Very rude. Went in here a few times to look at guns and didnt seem like they were very interested in selling them so I walked out, drive up the road to medford and bought them there.

Decided to sell a gold chain which I had for a long time but havent worn in a long time, I took it to the store and was immediately greeted as to how they could help me in a very polite manner. After explaining I want to sell my gold chain, he examined it then weight it in front of me. Told us the weight then the chains value and how much he would pay me, to which I was very satisfied with. There was no hassle or dissatisfaction and the transaction took place within minutes, to which I was very satisfied.

Budget buy and sell was the first place I went to to sell some old jewelry.After they gave me their price I shopped around for a solid week.After my research I found budget buy and sell to be the best offer.Now I don’t need to shop around anymore.

If you wanna know why your taxes are so high...businesses like these are the answer...they rob people blind...are millionairs..and then grease just the local politicians palms to get grants to do renovations on their businesses they couldve easily afforded themselves..and then also gyp the contractor friend who did the job for them...we need to have oversight on all these connected business owners who take advantage of our laws and policies to enrich themseves

This is my first ever review on anything, I usually dont get into these things because I have reasons to think people are biased or too sensitive. But this was a very bad experience on my part and I had to say something.I went to sell my coin collection in the winter months. I was ignored when I first walked into the store during opening hours. I had to wait about 5 minutes while the man at the front counter was texting to pay attention to me. I placed my coins on the counter and then the man quickly moved the coins around without looking at them and said, nothing.I then took out an extremely rare coin that I knew was worth a couple hundred and he said the same thing.Overall: Dont bring your coins here. I cant say anything other than what I have experienced. I hope your experience will be better than mine. Thanks for reading.

The only reason Im giving one star is because I cant do zero stars... they totally tried to take advantage of me.. I walked in with over $1k worth of jewelry when the guy then tried to offer me $50 bucks for everything. Then tried to use the excuse that it had a custom design and would be to hard to try and move/sell. There was nothing about my jewelry that would be hard to move, it was beautiful and expensive, white gold and black diamonds. Needed the money for rent, otherwise, would never sell it. This place is a joke and so are the people who think they are professionals that work there

Had a great experience here today. My friends guitar was stolen a long time ago while he was in a VA facility for almost a year. While killing some time waiting for an appointment in the area, he went in to Budget Buy& Sell to browse and saw his guitar. After speaking with associates at BB&S, and the police, the whole process of getting it back without bringing down some very dear people to him, he was ready to let it drop. Hes a brother at my church and some of us really wanted to get his guitar back, so I went there today,told them the story, which they knew, and they gave me such an awesome price, feeling it was the right thing to do. They didnt have to,and Im so grateful they did,because I cant wait to see the look on this brothers face when he sees his guitar back where it belongs. I had a great experience there! I was taking my children on a cruise and wanted extra spending money. I brought in all my old 90s xoxo jewelry and could not believe how much they gave me as opposed to other jewelers in the area. They are honest and not shady like most pawn shops. I felt very comfortable with them . I am sure they deal with alot of different people coming in and out on a daily basis, and need to keep their guard up. Artie actually helped me and did the right thing.

Garbage. Took a look at a ring that was solid gold (little less than an ounce)..placed it on scale and in 10 seconds i got a price of $250. Joke of a gold place. I guess if you wanted to buy used TVS and Xboxs at a price that probably gamestop would offer you more for than this is the place

Went in to get a watch resized for myself only charged me 10 bucks were others were charging more... I wanted the watch a little more snug so I went back the next day they resized it no problem they didn’t charge me anything...this store is great been coming here since I was a young teenager and they are always professionals. About a year ago, I bought a pair of diamond & GOLD EARINGS . Last week, I tried to take one out, jt had to be cut by a jeweler. Also the back of my ear was green ! i was ripped off !
