I bring my guitars to this business for upgrades and repairs. I never met the guitar tech but the work done there is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable...surprisingly good, in fact. The people are super nice to deal with, as well. Highly recommend.

I would have given them 5 stars, but they need to clean this place up. The staff there are amazing, but the place is a dump. They should invest a little bit in renovating the building and hiring a cleaning crew.

I would give it 0 stars but i have to give it at least 1 star. this is the second year i have rented a bass clarinet from this place. The first year was fine but this year i broke it and it took then over 3 months to fix it so they just gave me a new one but IT WAS STILL BROKEN i could only play from low A to high A and then i bring it to get fixed 2 weeks before my concert when they said they could fix it in a day or 2 and i just tried to play it now A DAY BEFORE MY CONCERT and it is even worse then before. NEVER RENTING FROM HERE AGAIN...

I just walked out of their upset because I feel obligated to take this instrument home with a case thats from the about 1920 ripped up an embarrassing. As well as if the instrument turns out to be not really as good as they say and I am completely music a literatewhen I get home to my son Im expected to keep it and pay for it.

Dont bother going anywhere else. They always have what we need. Nyssma, school or private they have it always. Price just a little higher then other music stores

I called to order music for my sons NYSSMA solo. They told me it would take a week. I called to see if it came in a week later as he needed it 4 days later. They forgot to order the music then lied to me telling me its on backorder. Another music store in the same area got it for me in 2 days. They use the same distributor! Backorder?? I think not. Would give zero stars for dishonesty.

The items are high quality, the staff is friendly, and the items are, for the most part, decently priced. You might want to get your first instrument from ONeils, but if youre looking for high quality, come here.
