Brought my daughter here for violin lessons to prepare for her concerts. Great teacher, always went over each lesson with us. Easy lesson policy.
Jessica and Melissa are wonderful teachers. Unfortunately it doesnt make up for service at front desk, wasting my time and money making repeated trips for nothing. Changing lesson times without discussing and lying about it. Then talking to me disrepectfully to top it off. No, I dont want to go back and forth with you either.
I was able to order NYSSMA music for my son in one day with no hassle. Another music store told me there would be a shipping charge lol. They called the supplier while I was there to make sure it was available before I left. Cute dogs at the animal rescue across the street also :)
This is a review I left on another forum, figure most people check google though so take this as your warning to shop at a more friendly location. Oldie but goodie and a very true account of what my family dealt with here.Truly an awful music center. Have to be vague because the owner probably reads these reviews (but couldnt care less clearly). Shop is dirty, people are very unfriendly, owner couldnt be bothered helping you or even saying hi without being condescending as you entered his crappy establishment. Instruments are not taken care of especially the rental equipment. There is zero customer service and its almost as if they dont want new customers and chase you out the door as soon as you walk in. I love to support local family businesses but not this one. The owner has to be the nastiest person I have met in business, really an awful person. Much better music shops around that take time to show their customers they appreciate their business.
Knowledgeable staff, excellent instructors and competitive prices.
It good place to play your guitar
