The service people were wonderful. They saw me right away and got my car in and I used a loaner for the day. They were very friendly and helpful.

My wife took my car in for a routine oil change on Wednesday and had arranged for a loaner. When she got there she was told that no Loaners are available. OK we can live with this, although inconvenient. They informed her that there was a software upgrade and she agreed to have it updated. When I got my car back I tried to connect my phone and carplay does not work now. I called Audi of Peabody and was told that I should make another appointment to have this corrected. I expressed my frustration and a manager came on the line. He said that I should call back the next day so they could reboot it. I called on Thursday and after a long hold I was transferred to his voicemail. Today is Friday, since I did not hear back from Mark I called again. I spoke with someone else who told me that Mark is not available and she could help me. When I explained what happened she told me that I would need to make an appointment to come in and have it seen to. I have decided to go elsewhere.

Had my oil changed this week. Honored my coupon, no hidden fees. Service was a bit slow but they let me know in advance and the waiting room is conducive to work! All in all a great experience!

Brought my 2018 S4 in for some concerns when it went limp mode. Tyler was my service advisor and took care of me when they found I had to have come major work done on one side of the engine, even after they fix the issue and the other side had the same problem happen right after they had just finished and had Audi split the cost of repair with me for the fact even tho I’m out of warranty now I’ve kept up with the service history. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome I can’t wait to come back from my business trip to see my car, it’s been about 3 months but well worth the wait. This is the only Audi dealership I will shop at and service all my current and future Audi at.

I bought a used Audi Q5 for a family member from the dealership a couple weeks ago from Audi Peabody. The car itself is very nice and the price was fair (I was amazed at the Q5s handling and how smooth it drives). The salesman was likeable and passionate about the Audi brand and delivered the car in a professional manner. At the time, a couple things could have been improved to create a 5-star experience.We had a relatively minor problem with the car where part of the drivers door latch cover fell off on the way home from picking up the car at the dealership. I left a message with the salesman the following week but never received a return call. I know hes not in service, but a followup call would have been great and probably resolved the issue. The other problem was when we were offered an extended warranty on the car and the price kept dropping to entice us to buy. The manager wasnt rude or anything, but Id suggest sticking with offering one price instead of haggling.After leaving some constructive feedback, the dealerships management took my concerns seriously, which I appreciated. To me, it shows the mark of a well run company. Thanks again!

Buying a car right now is not easy, but Audi Peabody made the experience a little less difficult for me. Appreciated the timeliness and thoroughness of my visit- everyone else as nice and grateful to have a loaner when I was having my car serviced. I love the early morning drop off as I am an early bird myself. My only issue, which is minor but still matters- when I spend money to get service done on my car and I recognize that it’s going to be expensive - it’s always appreciated when I get my car back and it’s washed. I travel quite a bit for my job, so I was surprised to still see the bugs splatters on my windshield and grill despite the fact that they sent my car through the car wash twice. Other than that- this is a quality place to buy a car and have them service the vehicle.

Terrible experience!!! I don’t know why they keep running out of loaner car and keep rescheduling my appointment. If they are running out of loaner cars why made an appointment with me at the beginning and the second time. I don’t feel safe driving in my Audi right now I got it brand new in 2020 and now the sos function does not work, tire pressure alarm didn’t come up when I had a flat tire.

Nice Place, they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. And the Audi product is the really great. I like my salesman Mike and I would definitely buy from him again. I do not like having no direct access to the parts department. You have to ask someone who asks someone else. That is a problem. Had a great experience recently purchasing my Audi. Inquired about a pre owned vehicle and within 10 minutes, the sales manager, Mike, reached out to me to let me know the car was still available and they’d love to have me in to test it out. When I arrived, Mike introduced himself and welcomed me to their location. He introduced me to a specialist on the team, Zoe, who was my point person through the entire experience. Didn’t take long, within a few hours I was sold. They were efficient, friendly, and most importantly...transparent. I was told to bring my car in and it was covered under warranty but then I go in and they tell me 2600 for it this place is a joke don’t go there to fix anything not to mention they told me 160 for them to diagnose my car and when I went to pay it went up to 200 dollars .. all I’m going to say it pay attention they will get you

Deceptive car ads and dealership. I bought a used BMW car from them and they misinformed me about the features of the car. General manager lied to me on the phone that the car was fully loaded with features. When I went there, they could not print a list of all the features. I specifically had asked Ed Stockel, general manager about some features on the phone before going to the dealership. After I bought the car I realised it did not have keyless entry and many other features. And also the finance manager Benjamin Delossantos is another crook there. I had told him several times that I did not need any dent insurance on the car, after I got home I realised he had charged me $1,269.00. He was going thru so fast and making me sign so many places on the computer that I did not get a chance to go thru the documents. I am extremely disgusted how many innocent people this dealership must have cheated.I am going to report this complaint with state consumer protection agency and the Federal Trade Commission, CSS and Attorney Generals office and dealer review websites.

Recently went to and leased a vehicle from Audi of Peabody. From the start, the team there was more than helpful and provided a great level of customer service/satisfaction. In particular Jason, our salesman, went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for. I was very particular in what I wanted and Jason and his team were able to track down the vehicle and pull strings to get it shipped all the way from California. I’m extremely happy with my new Audi and would recommend anyone in the market for one to visit this location!

Service was good. People were nice and friendly but I did stand there a bit after I entered for someone acknowledged me, even though there were people working behind the desk. Service was quick— just an oil change. Nice lobby—brought my laptop and did some work. Quick WIFI. Car was washed, not sure if it was hand washed, big areas missed. Almost drove away with someone else’s keys— they left two sets in the car.

Purchased a used vehicle from here that wasnt an audi. 6 days later, engine light came on. Was told I couldnt get a loaner car as my car wasnt an audi. I live 2 hrs away...felt totally abandoned by the dealership. They were so nice during purchasing....hum... had to find another solution to my problem without any help from them. No stars wasnt an option...

Unfortunately when it came down to meet with the finance person, Ben, he was an absolute nightmare. He tried to pressure us into a higher cost with 100% attitude. He was rude and unnecessarily pushy. We were ready to move forward and purchase the vehicle, but unfortunately because of a sour attitude, rudeness, and a pushy employee they lost a sale.

It takes a big mess up by a business for me to write a bad review, but Ira Audi succeeded. I bought my Audi A6 from them circa 2018 and at the time of delivery the car still needed an inspection sticker. After waiting hours, I decided I can get the sticker myself, to which they agreed and also agreed to send me a check to reimburse the cost which they had already included in the price I paid. Have not received any check to this day in 2021, even after multiple inquiries. Decided to give them another chance and ordered floor mats for the car. After waiting three weeks and multiple phone calls order was not ready. I decided to cancel the order. Still waiting for my refund, after about two months. Never again Ira!P.S. Wish to give zero or negative stars, but thats not an option.

Audi Peabody was the only dealer when I took the time to fill out an internet “ Get today’s price” with a contact by email only request, they actually emailed me a price quote. My sales person was new but very knowledgeable. She was very very helpful. The finance person was very helpful & patient. Manager also took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. Sales person and manager both called me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure I was happy with everything. Both left direct numbers for any questions at all. Great experience all around. Always a great experience with the Audi Peabody service department. They were able to get my car in for an urgent service immediately and at a very reasonable price. I can’t say enough about the communication and clarity from the service writers and the quality of the work performed by Kern. Kern has worked on my car a couple times and was the only person who was able to solve a mysterious issue with my steering column that no one else could figure out. When I went in for my most recent repair and learned that Kern would be working on my car again, my mind was instantly at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Found a Beautiful Lexus. I had done my research and the dealership even took a little more off the sticker price. The sales person and manager were helpful through the whole process. Louis took the time to go through navigation and settings in the car and Ed gave me a good amount for our Trade in. There was a rip in the backseat, Louis is helping to arrange someone to repair it.When I did have an issue with financing, Ed the General Manager checked in with me personally a few times and worked with me to resolve everything. I would definitely go back and purchase another vehicle with this dealership.
