It took me months to wait and hunt for the right car. One day we stopped by at this dealership and first thing they did was letting us test driving every cars I was interested in without any complaints or unpleasant feeling.I finally found the car I liked and interested to take it for a little longer that drive on the highway and I liked it! The only thing was we couldn’t open the hood and we let them know and they make sure that it’ll be fixed by the time we come back and pick up the car. Mike and John have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I dealt with Mike and he was easy going, kind, honest and fair. Mike definitely helped me find my dream vehicle after what felt like ages of searching and getting the run around from other places. Dont ever buy a car/truck with any rust whatsoever. Theyll tell you they have a guy who goes in and “will cut the piece out and do it the right way” before they sell it you. Its an absolute lie. My truck rusted through above the tires about 6 months after i bought it. Disingenuous, typical salesmen.

Bought a car from Elite pre-Own auto about a month ago, I want to say it was an excellent experience Eddie was very courteous let me test drive all the cars I want it with no pressure at all about selling, finally I picked a chevy equinox he make sure the car was fully service before I get it, Michael did handle all the paperwork registered the car, plates and title everything was done right, I would recommend it get a good used quality car from this guys Thank you. Pros: Caring, thorough, hard working, and will get a deal done for you.Cons: TLDR: Increased sale price without my knowledge, wasted 2 weeks of my life, and sold me a car with $1400 worth of repairs needed to be inspectable. Honestly deserve 1 star, but Im too nice.Cons: I honestly feel bad for giving a poor review but here we go. I purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester, the car itself is clean inside and out and has a newer engine with half the mileage of the car. However, the car was listed at $8,995, after looking over the paperwork when registering I noticed the sale price of the vehicle was exactly $1,000 more. ($9,995) Im assuming they were thinking they could grab a quick grand from me where Im young and naive. Unfortunately for them, nothing in this world is free so enjoy the bad review hope it was worth it. When I first when down to Peabody, (I live near Bangor, Maine, a 3.5 hour/300 mile one way trip.) the first thing he says is that there are lights on and he wont be letting us take the vehicle today. No where in the 5 days we were coming to terms did either person ever mention issues with the vehicle. So after wasting a day off of work, 600 miles of gas, Ieave frustrated. Next comes 2 full weeks of minimum communication with updates on the vehicle. Finally, its finished and the first trip, I was told we would be meeting somewhere closer to the middle due to the first inconvenience and the distance I have to travel. After giving a full day of notice and a reminder at 7 am that morning, they couldnt coordinate delivery of the vehicle so we had to waste even more time and money to go finally get the vehicle. The final straw that took me so long to write a review was I was waiting to get the car into my mechanics to get it looked over for an inspection. I received a call today saying that I need $1400 of repairs done to it for it to pass inspection. So not only did i waste $500 on two trips to Massachusetts, got $1,000 stolen from me, the car that was 1000% ready for an inspection will cost me another $1400...BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a car here about 3 month back long story short I started overheating took it to a mechanic down the street from my house who not only gave me a list of codes it was running but inform me it has a blown head gasket and the check engine light was disabled now as a first time car buyer I trusted them even spent 5000 on this pos paperweight sitting in my yard legally there is nothing I can do I can try to take it to small claims court but Ive had the car too long dont trust these people they are not trustworthy they sell junk
