Elaine was fantastic, I have not upgraded my phone in years. She explained all the services and different iPhones. She even said she would show me how to use the new iPhone. Her customer service was so good I bit the bullet and bought the iPhone 13. Now Im thinking I should come back there for her service to upgrade to a family plan. By far such better service than the store in the north shore mall. Ill always choose this store now. Give her a raise!
I came into the atnt store and was helped by the store manager Elaine she was Phenomenal. My kids are going to be extremely happy she did all that she could to make the process easy she is the best thank you for the tablets and give her 100%
Came to this location many times & Looking at the customers reviews let me tell you they are in the wrong. This store has always helped me nothing wrong to say about this store & Their employees.They are all fantastic.Their was this one customer that was being rude & The rep did all that he can to help.The customer was just being totally rude.So disregard anyone saying mean things about this store because not only are they Knowledgeable they know what they are doing. I’ve been waiting for a survey text but since never got one thought I leave a review. Great employees
My experience with this store staff was great. Very knowledgeable. Elaine knows her stuff and Jason and Moses were great too. However they work in extremely poor work conditions they had no working A/C . It was over 85 degrees in there.
Representative did not provide complete information about availability of devices, and misrepresented the arrival time of the phone that I selected. By not providing this information up front, they impaired my ability to make a sound decision on which device to choose based on my needs. I will not recommend this store or ATT to anyone in the future.

Blanca (Elaine) your store manager is aboustly phenomenal. Being an elderly man she understood my needs and took great care of me. Shes a keeper dont lose her.
The staff was wonderful. Elaine, Moses, and Jason were great. They were extremely helpful and caring. The conditions these kids work in however leaves something to be desired. They do not have a working A/C. It was like 90 degrees in there. They should be compensated extra for having to work in these conditions.
5 stars for the staff they were phenomenal. One thing i would like to say is At&t you should be ashamed of yourselves having your employees work in these hot conditions with no working Air Conditioner. Im complaining because this is the first At&t store that I have ever walked into that was extremely hot. Its usually a cool place to come in from the heat outside. Overall though the service was amazing.

Went in to buy a wireless charger cuz my phone won’t charge with a wire, Elaine and Lucas spent 10 minutes trying to clean out my phone to save me the money. They’re awesome!
Jessica helped us in the store and she was so amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and made a process that is usually stressful super easy and seamless.Not only did she do my upgrade, she transferred all my data, talked me through product features, helped me with my case and screen protector - it was literally the best. Cannot say enough good things.So kind, understanding and personable. Would go back to this location to work with her again. She really cares about her customers.
Very impressed with the service I received from Bryant. I had so much data stored on my old phone there was a problem transferring everything to my new phone. It did take a long time but Bryant was very patient & didnt give up until he figured out a way to make it work. He even stayed past the end of his shift to make sure it got done. Very knowledgeable & great customer service!

Cameron was great! Helped me and my girlfriend both get new iPhone 12s! Made it really easy for us, took his time and explained everything to us so we knew what we were paying for.
Signed me up for a plan that wasn’t valid. Brought in the paper work to show what I was supposed to pay. Upon arrival I was told representative was fired as well as the manager. New staff couldn’t help me. Instead of paying $188 like I’m supposed to I’m now paying $235. I’m stuck in a contract with no help. Stay away from att. Wish I never switched from T-Mobile. Horrendous experience.
Excellent service and friendly management. After waiting on the phone a lengthy time to try to purchase new phones, I decided to go to my local ATT store. Im extremely glad that I did. I was able to get a speedy appointment. The next day. I was assisted by Gabe. He was very well informed, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me excellent service. The whole experience was pleasant. Including Jeff in management. I highly recommend this store.

My experience was honestly horrendous. I visiting this AT&T location when the iPhone 12 Pro became available for preorder. When I asked the representative about ordering the phone, he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t available yet. I had to inform him, that they were in fact available for pre order directly fulfilled to my home. At that point, he was able to begin assisting me. He completed the process of ordering the device for me, I paid for the taxes on the phone, and I left the store. Now, 3 months later I am looking at my bill online and I see this representative added the AT&T next up feature and AT&T protect advantage feature to my account... charging me $5/month for the first feature and $15/month for the second feature. Don’t go to this store unless you’re interested in having fraudulent charges added to your account.**Even if you have had a positive experience with this store, like I originally thought I had, I would highly recommend looking at your AT&T statements to ensure fraudulent charges weren’t added to your account as well.
Blanca Elaine the store Manager was a blessing to chat with. Not only did she set me up with TV she was able to help me save a little bit more on my cell phone bill. If i only came here first but now i know where to come for any future purchases. She made me feel safe and comfortable thank you for the laughs as well. If anyone needs anything make sure you come and see her.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone and was amazed on how helpful Elaine was with the entire process. She was very professional and helped transfer data, reset old passwords, and put my new iPhone package together. She even found a better contract for my family plan. If you need help come see Elaine.
There are two women there that are very helpful. They were willing to assist you with your purchase and give info to any questions. They’re Fantastic!
Bryant Perez is the most knowledgeable technical expert that I have had the pleasure to assist me. His grasp of the nuances of the iPhones is uncanny. He was able to solve a problem that the Apple “experts” were unsuccessful in even understanding. Nobody better!
I came into 240 Andover street At&t out side the mall on 08/07/2020 and let me tell you the most amazing service i ever received. Blanca Elaine went above and beyond after my bad experience with verizon i was worried about going to a different provider but she changed that. Thank you for all that youve done for me and my wife. Us being a little on the older side people tend to take advantage and let me tell you she was a pleasure to do business with thank you again.

Had a 6pm appointment, arrived at 6, was told that there were 2 customers ahead of me and the store closed at 7, so I was told to leave, that I would not be helped, because the employee would not stay past 7. What is the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get served first?
The staff is low key and very helpful. If you are on an AT&T go plan don’t go anywhere else to get a phone. I tried another AT&T store which only had pricey smart phones and Best Buy which had more reasonably priced phones but you then had to take the phone back to AT&T. This store has a selection of very affordable smart phones and if you are looking for one a very nifty flip phone with big keys. Go here first save yourself a lot of time and hassle.
I use the store at 240 Andover st and will continue to use it because of Bianca She is terrific in all aspects of her job I’ve dealt with a lot of people at AT&T stores and Bianca is the best I hope AT&T keeps her because she is great and really knows her stuff. in the past when I dealt with the people at the stores I was disappointed then I ran into Bianca and now I’m a satisfied AT&T user
We waited 1 hr at this location on 3/25/ 2021 only one employee working and 3 customers to attend to, finally we were told they might have the phone we were looking for, he came out no we dont, I can order for you guys online. Sorry we wont be back there, its not the first we have to keep waiting like today. :(
Elaine was indeed a wonderful representative for ATT ! My husband and I are over 70 She was patient and most informative for all our needs!! I will indeed go back in a couple of months for a phone for myself !!
I went to the AT&T store on 114 in Peabody yesterday. I just want to give a big THANK YOU to Elaine the manager there. She went out of her way to help me with my phone and service issues. It took over 3 hours to resolve most of the issues, but she would not give up. I highly recommend her for any of your AT&T questions and phone problems. Thanks again Elaine for not giving up.

Elaine the manager was incredibly helpful and patient resolving a big issue. She was understanding and spent an afternoon not letting me leave until everything was set up.
I went there yesterday and didn’t know what I was going to get into (going to a phone store and knowing sometimes they’re very pushy). I was debating on changing my no commitment plan to the 2 year AT&T but really needed to look into the phones and what they had to offer. April was the only one working and she was AWESOME. So supportive, gave her honest opinion and didn’t try to push me into anything. That’s seriously what I needed because again I was switching from a no contract service to the AT&T 2 year plan and the last thing I wanted was to feel pushed. I looked at the phones for a good 45 minutes and she was right there with me explaining the differences between each without swaying me towards one thing or another. She was VERY patient. She acknowledged what I was looking for and did everything she could to make it work for ME. I changed services to AT&T and got a phone that I’m very happy with. Thank you! OMG The store manager Elaine Blanca is a wizard! at&t store at 240 Andover Peabody I was so blown away with her knowledge of these phones and her ability to analyze and resolve esoteric problems - highly recommend at&t Store for your cell phone issues. Service like this is rare and a pleasant surprise to find!

I waited more than 10 minutes to ask a question. The AT&T app told me there Peabody location had an S10+ (1-Terabyte) but when I arrived at that location they told me the app confuses them with the Northshore Mall location (the one this review refers to). They are about 5 minutes away from each other so I drove over there and waited more than 10 minutes for someone to tell me the app was wrong and they do not have any S10+s, and it was special order only.
Steve is awesome very knowledgeable and honest wont steer you wrong ... I love my LG V40 best phone ive got so far.
AT&T was the worst thing to ever happen to my wife.After being a loyal customer for 10 years, she decided to switch to T-Mobile. They have done everything in their power to keep this from happening. We had to pay $240 to cancel the contract. They still have not unlocked the phone so we can switch over. This was over a month ago.We have spent around ten hours speaking with customer service, their managers, their managers managers, and still no progress.At this point, were going to have to demand the money back and buy a new phone with T-Mobile.Do not sign up with AT&T unless you never want to leave.
Sales men at these stores are absolutely ok with ripping off people even when people are geniuses and believe what they are told and even after asking them to promise that they give us what they say they are selling us instead of caring about their own selfish needs just contacted the ftc somethin has to Be done my story is crazy and people gonna know about these guys
