Avoid store at all costs, was charged $50 for set up fees when the phone in question was never successfully set up.. Store clerk refused to offer any additional support.. 11/1/21 update I went to the Boost mobile store in Somerville and was able to resolve my problem for free in 5 minutes... As mentioned in original post avoid this location at all costs.

Went there for a screen protector the girl was very friendly and helpful. She try putting it on and left small air bubbles then said she couldnt get them out, so i said Ill look at it better once i got home. To my surprise the screen protector was crooked and one air bubble was actually a chip.Early next morning i tell them what happen and she calls a man who speaks to me accusing me of breaking it i got so upset that instead of trying to help me or meet me half way he insults me. Employees are very helpful but when it comes their Products being bad they all change their tune. Worst place ever. Am trying to contact the real boost mobile they should know how slimmie these people are.

Bought an $86 pair of earbuds while getting new phone activated. Four days later, cap came off left earbuds, so I brought buds back. Woman at the store got the cap back on and said she would not exchange for other buds because mine were damaged. Now I have an $86 pair of buds, with a left one that doesnt work.

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Ill go back again in time for an upgrade to a new phone.

The WORST cell phone store EVER. Staff are very confused or you get different information from all the different staff. It has what I consider thoughts advertisement or mislead you. Would never ever use this to a full Boost or any other carrier

Helpful pple location a bit hard to find unless u know the area

I went and bought myself a phone and was helped by a nice girl. A very pleasant experiance. So I went back and bought my husband a phone, same girl, same decent service. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to go back a 3rd time because my husbands phone stopped working within a week of buying it. Well the nice girl was not there. I explained to this other person I just bought this phone here and its not working, it wont turn on. He immediatly got on the phone to call his manager who must have picked up with the 1st ring because he was talking to him before I even put my bag down. He had him try all these differant things to try to get the phone to turn on. They had no luck, he hung the phone up handed me the broken phone and said theres nothing I can do for you. Im like what? Heres the receipt and the box with everything in it. I need to exchange it, you sold me a lemon. He says, my manager said its over our 7 day return policy. No, no, no today is the 7th day if you count the day I bought it, otherwise its only 6 days! Please call your manager back this is not right. Now the manager wont pick up his call. So I sit there for him to try his manager again and again with no luck. So I say, ok whatever I still need a working phone. So I start looking at another phone. I ask the guy, how much for this one? He tells me a price that is so far fetched from what it really costs. I ask why are you trying to sell me an $80 phone for $200. I was just here a week ago, Ive been with Boost for 7 or 8 yrs and I know that is not the real price. He insisted it was the real price. Really, I just bought 2 phones from you guys, you wont honor your return policy, cant get the manager back on phone and regardless, Im willing to buy another phone from you and you try to charge more than twice of what it actually is. I walked out, went to Best buy got the $80 phone for $80. So do yourself a favor and skip this place!!! Well.. Unless you like to be over charged, treated like idiot and dont mind doing business with a store that doesnt adhear to their own policies. Boost Mobile should not have this place representing them.
