Came in to get my Dad upgraded and Billy W. was amazing!! I can see why he is the manager. Dad has a new phone and Billy even put the screen cover and case on for him. So glad we came here.

Highly disappointed in the service. I spoke to the store manager over the phone me about switching over from my current carrier. He offered me a plan and schedule me to come in and make the switch. Once I was there they said the plan I was offered was not available. That they had no idea what I was talking about. Mind you this was the manager who I had spoken to over the phone Who offered me the plan. Then he admitted to offering me a service that was not available. I wasted my time going there, sat there and waited to be helped, for them to tell me that they couldn’t help me out. I won’t be coming here again because clearly they aren’t educated in the services they offer. False Advertising at it’s finest.

Great team of people at this location!!! Oronde P. was awesome!!! Professional, knowledgeable, patient, graceful and very generous with his time and attention! Calm and steady under pressure, respectfully servicing and attending to customers. We switched carriers after hearing about a promotion. During the process Oronde made us aware of additional benefits and discounts to our delight. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire transaction without a hint of any pressure. Oronde answered all of my questions and encouraged me to ask more any time. Later I did have more questions and called him from home. My call was answered immediately, Oronde quickly got on and answered all of my remaining questions to my full satisfaction. My experience couldn’t have been better. I also would like to add that when I dropped by the store on another day for a quick visit and Oronde wasn’t there, Moises L. provided excellent customer service!!! I’d highly recommend anyone to do business at this location. I also experienced T-Mobile’s customer service via their general phone line who helped me through with some additional account set up at home, and the agent was extremely helpful, patient and kind, guiding me through the process. I think so far based on my personal experience T-Mobile has a winning combination of the best product offerings serviced by the best people!!!

This is not a review of the larger company of tmobile, but of this individual location. As a company, I do not recommend tmobile, but the customer service I received at this location was better than any I have received at another store, including on the same day at another location. Earlier in the day I had gone in to a different location with an issue, and the rep said I had to pay the deductible to get it fixed or upgrade. My phone is about 6 months old. The deductible was going to be more than the value of my phone. I started looking for new ones, but fortunately they were out of everything. I went to this location, and I was given the option of buying a new SD card or using the warranty, both options under $25. Then, the rep told me how to run a recovery on my laptop, totally outside of my needs at tmobile! I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off as I often do with this company and these stores, and every other person there was treated well as well. Great job!
