I worked with Matt and he was knowledgeable, patient and out performed all other Verizon customer service people I have worked with. I needed to set up a new Google phone and transfer info from a temporary iPhone and load data from the Google cloud for my phone that is in a lake! I had only had frustration and confused people at Apple and Verizon in the past

Some black man with glasses called Erald or something along those lines was absolutely obnoxious like it was such an inconvenience to help me with something. Is it coming out of your wallet what I needed!? Pitiful! You are lucky to have a job fella!!! Get a personality adjustment. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and this is what I get to deal with? No thanks. I’ll take my money and time elsewhere!!!

Attrocious treatment by Erroll and the rest of the charlatans employed at this location. I was literally yelled at by this lovely and extremely pleasant man because I asked him to explain to me why I was charged for a product I had returned. He just told me that I have 3 phones and that’s why. LOL. Also another employee who wasn’t wearing a tag, had his masked pulled down the whole time while chatting on the phone with his friend. The 3rd gem of this lovely team just kept walking around in circles, avoiding me and not offering any help. I will be reporting this to corporate and the department of health.

I find it extremely frustrating when you show up to a store where you have a contract with the provider and even though there are NO customers in the store, you are required to make an appointment to have the representative set up your new phone. When I laughed and asked for the appointment, I was told not until tomorrow. Apparently, this is Verizon’s policy to make sure everyone is safe during COVID which would be great, however, it is laughable when there are absolutely no other customers present and just representatives on their phones. What is even funnier about the policy is the representatives are completely allowed to touch your new phone repeatedly to attempt (I say this sarcastically because it ended up a failed attempt) to put a screen protector on your new phone. You buy the phone and leave with a photocopy with basic instructions on how to set up the new phone. It is not only pathetic and insulting, but makes the entire Verizon store pointless. Most importantly, I came in to buy a new phone today because I shattered my screen and had no choice and needed help. The store had a limited selection in stock and no screen protectors, which I needed because I had just shattered my last screen. Again, going forward your store seems obsolete.

Had an appointment today at 1 to purchase my son a phone for his birthday. Got there on time (with masks on) was met outside by a girl who then tells me, “I cannot buy a phone there due to limiting human contact, and would have to order online and pick in store pickup.” I respond, I can’t just pay for it here and you pass me a phone? The answer was NO! Now normally I wouldn’t be annoyed but I made the appointment, came masked and answered all Covid questions that were asked and was never told you couldn’t make a purchase during the appointment. I then get home to order the phone online and it won’t allow a me to pick up at this store. I then spent an extended period of time on the phone with Verizon wireless to attempt to order the phone. They as well can’t select to pick up at this particular store, because they are listed as CLOSED! They are not closed and are taking appointments! So now I ended up having to order it and get it delivered and it won’t be here for my son’s birthday! Thanks Verizon in Peabody on Andover street, what an epic waste of time and you weren’t even right with what you told me! I will never give you my business again!

I will NEVER walk into the Verizon Store in Peabody on 114 again, after trying to call for hours, you cant get through because they are so busy, I drove up there and there was not one customer in the store, I had to wait out side until one of the employees came to see what I wanted. She was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and should be terminated. I just wanted to switch out a phone and instead of taking the phones she just was barraging me with questions that were way over my head and when I questioned her she had the nerve to tell me to listen instead of speak. Are you kidding me!!!! I would say Verizon needs to go back to training there employees on defusing angry customers and to treat people with respect. Needless to say I drove out called corporate to complain (good luck with that it took me an hour to get through) and went to Saugus where I was taken care of very professionally. He heard me took the phone and explained to me in words I could understand why he couldnt do what I needed. He not only explained it, he saved my account because I was on my way to another carrier, and he gave me a solution to my problem. Peabody...........shame on your store and now Im off to write to corporate.

Very poor customer service at this location today.!!!!!Need not to say much, but after sales person knows Im going to buy a one thousand dollars phone the least we expected is being attentive, gave options, etc....She was just careless, and when asked billing questions seemed bothered.I needed to buy it since was my daughters promised present, otherwise Ive probably tried luck someplace else.Youre there to perform a good job and get us out of there with a happy ending, but if you dont like what you do Im sorry to say this is not for you.Will try luck at a different location next time.!

Great service!! Been a Verizon customer for years (was with Sprint before Verizon). Prices here are always very competitive compared to other carriers. They always have promotions going on and have found ways to save me money on my bill multiple times. This store is great - very new looking inside, so many products! The reps are very helpful and great!

My SO and I had a great experience here yesterday with a great associate, Love. Love helped us out so we got a great deal and phones that best suited our needs. He was patient with my SO trying to find the information he needed to switch to my account. And when my phone took forever to back up, he let me take the new phone while my old one continued to back up overnight. He also helped me properly set up my new one the next day so we didn’t have to drive back. Thank you so much, Love!

I went into the store today with my 90 year old mom. She still owned an old flip phone, but was nervous about changing to a smart phone. At first, a very rude sales man, Dorian, waited on us and was extremely rude and impatient with my mom. I asked for a new sales person and we were delighted to have met Mike. He was training Casandra, a knowledgeable team. They guided my mom through buying an iPhone and took the time to teach her basic steps to using the phone. They were kind, patient, and empathetic to the needs of an elderly person. Mike even took the time to manually transfer all her contacts to her new phone! Extremely grateful to Mike and Casandra! Patience and kindness go a long way in life 😄👍‼️

They should care more about their customers satisfaction. After 10 yrs of service without issue or complaint, the company would do nothing to rectify a purchase Im extremely unhappy with. I made very reasonable requests that were met with indifference from verizon.... too bad for me basically despite obvious misleading by their sales people.

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 25 years and found it quite obvious that the staff is working on commission now. As soon as I declined to purchase the tech plan for over $30 a month, the tone of the sales associate was short at best. Very disappointed Looks I will switch over my 3 lines that are not under contract

The service here was prompt but they werent very helpful when it came to helping fix my warrenty covered mobile phone. They basically have me a stickey notes with some random phone number on it, for some unknown company, and told me to go through them to set up a claim with them. Why was I paying you, Verizon, for my phones extended warrenty coverage???

Very bad experience! I thought about switching companies and coming to you to get the benefits of black friday too, but I was disappointed by the scams! I got three phones and signed the contract but two days later I learned that they cheated on me by saying another monthly price and in my letters came another fee! exploited the fact that I didnt know English well! the $ 150 a month offer came up to $ 185 plus the first two months I would pay the bill over $ 300 while the package told me it was $ 150 a month! and when I broke my contract I was forced to pay $ 150 in penalties !! all this I did not say before signing the contract from the seller Micheal! Only when I broke my contract did not even return to my current state, telling me to go to the company where I was and ask for help since my phone was no longer working with my full family for a couple of hours! shame!

I went into Verizon because my phone wasnt connecting properly to the charger. The greeter took my name and told me I had a brief wait. After only five minutes, I met Karen (the Asian girl from the previous guys review), who figured out pretty quickly that it was a bad cable. She gave me a new one and I was on my way.While Karen wasnt effervescent, she was quite pleasant and professional.Ive only had good experiences at this store so far, and would recommend it.

I was not happy with my experience here, I feel Verizon is far too big to appreciate one simple customer such as myself. I went in to get a replacement for my broken phone, and arrived less than an hour from closing time. Because my replacement was covered by my plan and they werent making any money from it, they were less than helpful and tried to rush me out of there as quickly as possible. I explained that my work requires me to take and post many pictures, and needed a phone with a quality camera and storage. I was not given ANY advice on different models, and ended up leaving with a phone that was far less than perfect for my particular needs. And now Im stuck with it for 2 years. I was happier with the phone I was trying to replace (because it was broken) and will not be going with Verizon again when my contract is up due to the service I received at this store. Im sure its just luck of the draw, and timing, but as I said, I feel Verizon is far too big to appreciate any one customer. So they can kiss my business goodbye!

STAY AWAY FROM DARLENE!!!! Wolf in sheeps clothing, She will sell you a plan that is way more money then what she writes down. You will spend hours on the phone with Verizon trying to fix the mess. We worked with Darlene, STAY AWAY FROM HER!! I switched from AT&T after 13 years...for what I was told was a good deal. Well, it all comes down to this Darlene is a big Ol liar. My bill is way more than what she told me, when confronted with this she simply denied it. We are working my with corporate to resolve this problem. Even corporate said if we knew the real cost...no one would sign up for it. DARLENE WILL TELL YOU ONE THING, THEN YOU WILL GET CHARGED SOKMETHI MY ENTIRELY DIFFERENT!

Needed help with my phone and they were all standoff-ish. One guy directed me to go to a phone repair shop over there. This is what this company has gotten to?
