Although the hair color I purchased was nice, they fail to tell you that the hair is synthetic mix . I bought a bob wig couple months back and my stylist tried to flat iron the hair and it couldn’t get take heat . She had to try her best to work with the wig to the best of her abilities. Not to mention the asking price was $160 before they gave me a $20 discount. I believe that’s a bit much being that it’s a synthetic wig .The customer service is good but I don’t like to be be bamboozled.

I paid $510 for a synthetic lace FRONT wig, advertised as 9A hair. Tge lace on the mannequin and the lace on the wig i got were completely different. For the price i want the hd lace I was showed before purchasing. They really played this is plastic Barbie hair!

I was extremely disappointed with the lace front wig I purchased from Beauty Factory. For the amount of money I paid, the quality should have been way better but it wasn’t. I took the wig to my hair dresser to have installed & she tried for over an hour to bleach the knots & and knots could not be bleached. Also, the hair does not hold curls. I’m starting to doubt that the hair is human hair. Please me mindful when you purchase or purchase your hair somewhere else. I know I will.

They’re literally so helpful every time I come in! The guy at the front is very respectful and 😎 cool, the girls are really nice too. I’ve always gotten my bundles and wigs from this store in the last 2 years and I still have hair that holds up well. Thanks for the great products and customer service.. this is really saying something cause I barley ever wrote reviews lol

Customer service is great. Quality of hair is horrific. I never leave reviews so trust me when i say this. I tested them. The first time i purchased 9A which is the “ lowest quality “ and it was horrible. Shedded and all. Then i went back. He said he gave me 12A. It’s stiff already and it’s my second day with it in.

I visited the store on Friday 10/10/20.I was greeted upon entering the store immediately.I was assisted by Niyah who was really patient and very informative.I showed her a picture of the look I was trying to create and she showed me several options.I was unsure of what bundles to buy so I told her Id consult my stylist and return. A few hours later I returned and purchased 4 bundles,and the hair dye I needed.The owner was very friendly at checkout and even asked me if my service was good? He was gracious enough to take the time to go above and beyond to ensure his clients are happy so I can appreciate that. Excellent service standards!

OMG place nice and clean. Great products, but there was this worker in there cursing and speaking bad about another customer that left. She was using the F bomb and she continued to fuss, mentioning what she wanted to do to her.She was standing behind the counter. She didnt care that there were customers in the store. All the other staff just walked around like nothing was going on. Learn to leave your issues at the door. And ive always loved this place until today.

This hair store is amazing I just left there and it was nothing but great customer service a fun environment an awesome knowledge of the hair products that theyre selling. Bought a full lacefront and the quality was nice until after the install. Turns out the hair was NOT human hair but synthetic fibers because it would not bleach nor take color. A waste of time and money!

I went to get a wig from here for my baby shower and when I walked in I was helped immediately! The wig I brought is still lasting and the pattern is beautiful! Definitely worth the money

The store is clean and organized but the lack of customer service made me walk out empty handed. To an extent I understand why majority of the hair is behind the counter but as a regular customer that means I rely heavily on the employees to help me out. That means if I stand in front of the crochet section your worker should move from behind the register and the conversation of how hungry she is, and at least ask if I needed help. Not one time was I approached and I cant get to the hair myself so that means I go across the street to Elegant beauty supply to get what I want.

I purchased a full lace wig last week. The hair color is beautiful but the wig sheds SO MUCH!!! Cheap pack hair doesn’t even shed like this. I literally have to have my hair up in a clip everyday to limit the shedding.

Extremely bad quality hair. Don’t waste your money. I spend $380 in a hair that lasted 1 week. Owners are very nice and friendly though. Very good costumer service but bad bad bad horrible quality hair. Hair feels soft at 1st but after a week hair gets very dry, kinky, sheds a lot, very bad tangles to the point I have to cut pieces of my hair that’s how bad the tangle is. Please do not waste your money at this store. I purchased a wig which I was told was human hair for $117. It felt nice the first few days but then the back would get tangled while the front remained manageable. I then realized the closure part is human hair but the rest of the wig is synthetic. I tried to put a little oil then a little bit of conditioner because at this point I couldnt wear the wig but nothing helped. After two weeks I had to cut a few tracks from the back. I wish I could get my money back but its ok because Ill never go back . Ill stick with ordering from AliPearl Hair I havent had a bad experience yet with alipearl. My issue cant be resolved. Please do not buy hair from this place.

While browsing around, I noticed a lace frontal on one of the mannequins and inquired about the price. Although reluctant, (since I thought it was a bit pricey) I decided to go ahead and purchase. When the employee presented the item, I noticed a “2nd” sticker on the package that was $20 LESS than what he quoted to me! Upon inquiring about the discrepancy, the employee (with an attitude) insisted that the higher price was the correct one - No surprise.🙄 Needless to say, I did NOT purchase and left. Initially the hair felt very soft at the store when I took it home I realized the wig was all fly always and the top (lace ) had A LOT of short hairs, I’ve had it for 2 days and it TANGLEs and sheds like crazy. I really wanted to love it. But honestly I hate it, I get mad everytime I try to put it on and style it, Also they claim it’s virgin hair but the hair smells extremely processed and when you flat iron it the ends don’t even get straight. You can tell it’s not virgin because it doesn’t even have the cuticles anymore, Miami is very humid so the hair gets EXTREMELY frizzy. I’m so disappointed, I wish I would have took my time to find another wig/ hair store but unfortunately I didn’t. I came back up there once to see if I can get a refund after speaking with the owner over the phone. He told me to give the wig a chance and if it’s still bad to come back but the store is so far from me I don’t want to keep driving back and forth for no reason. SMH!
