These employees have to figure out a better way to greet people that they seem unsure about their ability to shop here. Every time i walk into any CosmoProf i dont feel welcomed. Im a licensed Barber so i am definitely ALLOWED to shop here

Be aware Salon Owners, even if you have your sales tax exemption ID up to date they choose to charge sales tax anyway. Even with proof. Have been trying to resolve this issue for months and their management is no help.

I give this store the lowest rating for a reason...Today, I was looking for Sugar Wax (the wax that doesnt need the strips). We stopped by here with the idea that they might have it. The moment we stepped in and the employee there asked us if we were licensed hair stylists. Obviously we werent. He told us we cant buy anything here because we arent professionals. He didnt tell us this gently. He said it with that Im better than you poor people attitude. The store is completely empty with all the shelves full of merchandise, and he just told us we couldnt shop there. We asked him how would someone who isnt licensed buy there, and he said if we went with someone who is certified is when we can buy from them. Thats like having an adult go into a liquor store and buying vodka for a 12-year old. If the store only regulated who was able to buy the harder chemicals like the relaxers and dyes then it is inderstandable. But for shampoo?? Thats ridiculous. So they deserved this rating for this kind of rule.

This is the closest store to my job. However, you are followed in the store if you are of a certain hue *cough cough* (if you know what I mean) Everytime I come into this store, they pretend to check items or move items to watch me on the aisle. Ive spent over 2K in this store and I make WAY too much money to steal ANYTHING!!! I get offended and standoffish while in this store because of how I am treated!!! I literally have to yell out dont worry, I do not steal, you dont have to watch me then they studder and try to come up with an excuse of why they peaked around the aisle or basically followed me to the aisle! Its HORRIBLE! Ive purposely moved aisles just to test them and see if they would follow me. And they never fail....right on the same aisle pretending to move bottles. Literally, the chick had the same bottle in her hand the whole 30min I was in the store. And I caught the mgr peaking around the corner at least three times. Smh That is sad and so unprofessional. They have to do better.....everyone with brown/dark skin arent criminals and we shouldnt be treated as such! I am a faithful Customer and have to yell out a disclaimer everytime Im in this store. Something is definitely wrong!

Bad experience in this place they treated me badly because when I entered they asked me to vacate the store because I could not be there but I have a Mr. License, it seemed rude to me because just going to see a product was not the way to get me out of the place
