Just left this store. The cashier Dominick was Amazing!! Walked over to help me find the right product then found me a coupon. Just above and beyond service with a great attitude and super friendly demeanor. What a Gem!
Do not go here for your covid shot. I got my second dose at this Walgreens. Not only did I have to wait an hour to be seen, but the shot was painful and bleeding. The first shot that I got at CVS did not bleed at all and I barely felt it. This nurse did not know what she was doing.
Give that guy working cashier right now x-10am a raise or bonus or something hes amazing
Poor customer service. The girl that vaccinate my mom was rude to her.
Literally the worst Walgreens in the entire world, might as well be a CVS. Extremely long wait times everywhere and staff is nowhere to be found. Great location but horrible horrible place. Do not make the mistake of dropping off your stuff out of the one hour of our pharmacy because it will take five hours and you will still be wondering where your stuff is. But I could at least purchase some water after coming back from the hospital in the line at six people in it and was taking forever and nobody is self-aware. Don’t make the mistake of going to the Walgreens
I stop here sometimes on my way to/from Church. Place looks great, always stocked, staff has always been polite and professional.
Bought a $100 gift card. I went to use it, nothing showed as it being activated. It says invalid number. The card was not properly activated according to vanilla card customer service. Called the store & was told to bring it back by Ariana, i believe. The manager (John) wouldnt even check to see what the card balance to see what i was talking about. They do not do that. He just kept referring to the customer service number on back of card that no one is answering. No empathy whatsoever. I never had this happen to me before. Told to call the number on back. No answer. Tried calling coroprate with their 1800 walgreens number, it rings & disconnects. So i either lost my money or there is some other unknown issue with no one to talk to during these trying times. You would think they would have a system to check if the card was used, correctly activated, or malfunctioning. Establishment should not be to be allowed to sell these cards if they do not have customer service or assistance to help the customer within the store that is allowed to sell them. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.Update:4/28/2020At the very beginning of this transaction, I picked up a gift card, was told there was something wrong, it was not working, then the lady behind the counter had another card readily available that she proceeded to activate that was not properly activated.6/14/2020I am being told they are working on it and cannot get a time frame of when I will know what happened or if the card will be activated properly.Any suggestions?
Even though Pharmacy Dept.could really use more staffing, especially for the drive thru, counter, and phones. There always seems to be one person for all of that and one pharmacist. But I have to admit they are always friendly even when the customers arent. The store manager seems to be never around to help with the lines😬 even after they page multiple times 😔
If I could give zero stars I would I waited 25 min in the drive through to pick up a prescription. Mind you there was only one car in front. When it was my turn, he left the window, I hit the yellow button to call no answer. Finally said he’d be with me after 3 minutes.. and then FINALLY took care of me. It’s ridiculous to have one person staffed. Need better customer service and employees that at least fake a smile.
This Walgreens ALWAYS has problems filling RXs and misinformation. Delays and RUDE unprofessional staff to match. My Dr. called into this Walgreens by mistake . This is the 3 x I’ve been here, 2 for RX 1 to shop. Always a delay, lines n uninterested staff. Go anywhere else but here.
Pharmacy Cleo Manager and Pharmacy staff don’t care about customer service. They make you wait even when you call it in ahead of time and you are given a ready time. Go to CVS much more effective, efficient and responsive..When you sit and wait you see how different they talk to white people compared to others, they aren’t as nice and responsive to white’s..Don’t come here ..
Checkout is always slow and the personnel are quite nonchalant about their work. Pharmacy is average. Also, other stores have generally better pricing.
Waited in drive through for 10 min was not even acknowledged. Watched them as they continued to look at their computers with no line inside
They need a better costumer service, it looks like they don’t want to work.
This Walgreens has great hours and is always quick and friendly. It does seem a bit short staffed but Ive not had an issue with it. In a pinch i have always found what I need here.
My husband received a text from their automated system and when I called to update what they needed the pharmacist lady who picked up the phone put me on speaker!!! I could barely hear her much less understand a damn thing she was saying! Very disappointed in this plus who knows who else could hear the information being said! I am very upset!!!
Never had any issues coming here. I mainly shop in the cosmetic department. Kaedien (omg I hope I spelled her name right) a sweet Jamaican young lady is always so helpful. The Pharmacy department usually gets crazy full in the afternoon so if you’re picking up expect to wait a bit.
I never have a good visit when I go to the pharmacy. NEVER. Many times, I have waited to be acknowledged at the window, inside and outside. No smiles, no hello, how are you?, not an ounce of common decency and respect. What bothers me the most though, is the amount of time it takes to get a refill and their lack of organization. If I receive a call that my prescription is ready, I expect it to be ready when I get there. I dont expect to be told, No, we dont have it in stock and we cant order it until next week. Seriously???The only reason I dont give this location 1 star is because the rest of the Walgreens staff are great people.
From bad to worst. I got this as my pharmacy with all my doctors but they never have RX ready, to make it worst I asked them to place them all in mail delivery, gave them my cc. Called a week later to ask for my RX and they told me they were being processed, checked again weeks later and were supposed to be delivered next day. Called to ask for manager and they didnt know if manager was in store. Never received them in the mail, never refilled them when called, and also lost one of my RX since they dont have it on file. There is not one single pharmacy chain that is worth to have you as a client. they are all terrible.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! MELISSA WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME! JUST GOT SURGERY AND ALL CVS PHARMACIES WERE GIVING ME SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BUT MELISSA, YOU CAN TELL SHE WANTS TO HELP! LOVELY 😊 LOVE WALGREENS!
Pharmacy service at this Walgreeens is an absolute nightmare. They take forever to fill your medication even though they have it. When I went to pick it up through the drive through I literally waited 15 min before I was helped. When someone finally comes to the window (after calling twice) she said they were trying to find my medication because they have it and is ready but they have too many in the back....what the hell is that supposed to mean? .........if a drive through is available the service should be homogenous to the one received inside.
I wait for 1 hour that they attended my call. When it was my turn the call finish. Call many time and always I get the same answer.
DO NOT GO HERE! The store amanager and the 2 cashiers were so rude. They had an attitide when i asked then for ghe prive of an item. I would drive a couple milea more to go to another CVS or walgreens to get better customer service.
Worst pharmacy ever !!! I recommend do not come here please I repeat do not come here !!!! They lie to you when the doctor sends the rx five times.... and pharmacy staff laughing in the back ... not professional . Sorry
Pharmacist: I’ll get to you when I’m good and ready!
I drove up the window and they just ignore you. I then called and saw no-one pick up the phone. This store is giving the CVS across the street a lot of business by their bad service.
Pharmacy staff is super rude, wouldn’t even let me talk, interrupted me and asked me to “be quiet”
Ive been coming to this walgreens for years, the head pharmacist named Mary Jane refused to fill my perscription for pain in a fast manor when i begged her to while i had 20 stitches in my mouth fresh from surgery, not only did she refuse to give me my prescription fast she told me that i had to sit and wait 20 minutesand also said no when i asked her to please give me at least one pill due to the intensity of the pain that i was in at the time which on a level of 1-10 i was a 15 . very bad ethics, moral, and horrible servicce given to a man in pain with his 5 year old daughter watching her father in excruciating pain. No stars for this nasty ass person. Had to at least mark one star to comment.
I just rolled out of the hospital today. After spending 2 days in post op care from an emergency laminectomy, discectomy, and foraminotomy, and went to this pharmacy. My mother went in to pick up my prescribed medications, and was denied them by Sandra T, the pharmacist who violated her Hippocratic oath not once, but twice. I shuffled out of the car and limped in agony to ask her how she could deny medication to someone who literally just had ounces of his spinal bone removed. She hid in the corner for 5 minutes while I struggled not to fall over, then she read my offical doctors report from the ICU stating to IMMEDIATELY STOP ALL CURRENTLY PERSCRIBED MEDICATIONS, AND ONLY TAKE WHAT IS NEWLY PERSCEIBED. She stared at me with soulless, dead eyes, and still refused to fill my prescriptions. I will absolutely be perusing legal action against this person, and I highly discourage anyone from coming to this walgreens location.
Probably the worst place to pick up a prescription. I needed pain killers for post surgery. It took them over four hours to fulfill and the local anesthesia had already wore off. The female pharmacist there completely ignored me. Furthermore, there was a customer in the drive thru waiting for a prescription that appeared to be lost by the staff there. Unprofessional and rude. Id never recommend this Walgreens to anyone. Publix is now my go to pharmacy from now on.
If you have to use the Pharmacy you would be better served going to their location on Flamigo and Pombroke rd. The customer service is rude here and the assistants act like they are the pharmacist.
The guy at the photo dpt. Very rude and doesnt know how to explain, plus he knows everything!
Super bad service. I was standing inside for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to attend me in the photo department. Even though they have called three times for the person no one came and I finally had to leave.
This store has terrible customer service. They never call for IC3 the line is always to the back of the store. You guys need to hire more people! This is RIDICULOUS!!!
Too busy for dropping and pickup. One window only. An hour wait for each task. Otherwise good as usual.
Horrible service, worst pharmacy in town. One of the pharmacists was very rude and you couldn’t understand her. They also take forever !
Prescription staff just ignore customers waiting in the line.
This stores pharmacy & 1 lane drive thru seems to be very busy always. Is it understaffed? Is it corporate? What can be done to help us all.
Staff is not quick, the manager is not very nice, drive thru on the weekend is a nightmare, they call for prescriptions a day before to be refilled and they are never ready....not the best.
Pharmacy is short staffed and inventory in stock is a problem, resulting in long waits for pick up.
Stock well . Short staff
Great place
