I have been in several Sephoras, both stand alone stores and some in JCPenny. I went in to this Sephora today and was so pleased with my experience. They actually didn’t have what I needed, but Rachel was absolutely so sweet and helpful. She offered to call the Coral Springs store to see if they had what I wanted in stock, and they did! Rachel asked them to set it aside for me and informed me to take my time as they would hold my item for me until the end of the day! She was beyond helpful and such a sweet person! Thank you so much Rachel :)

Excellent, attentive service, & informative.

Just recieved my bday gift from sephora. To my surprise they have removed all the testers for safety and prevention of spread of COVID. I appreciate every single person out there working to assist customers during the time of pandemic

I give it 5 stars because of Brandon. Brandon is so, so helpful. I asked him to do the sample smokey eye on me, and he was so patient and detailed with it.He deserves to own that Sephora

I was waiting for over 30 minutes to get attended. When you call about a product theyre absolutely rude and make you feel stupid for asking a simple question... I prefer going to Ulta honestly! Better customer service.

I went this following Sunday to buy Rihannas new brand of make up. Well first when I began trying out highlighters one of the workers I asked to grab me a specific one she states I think she only made that one for the pale girls A statement Rihanna would not want to be represented by. Then when I went to check out the girls at the cash register were just so rude. I had to swipe almost six times until I said lets just move to another register then she threw my product to the next rep. Horrible customer service skills, needs help improving tremendously.

Go to Marjerie at the benefit brow bar in the Sephora in JC Penny’s. She does the BEST eyebrows, I always get compliments after I see her!!!

I wish they offered negative (-10) on here. YES! They are rude! Worse than MAC stores and MAC is awful - so theres a clear picture of what you will deal with if you go here. JCPenny is very big on customer service so I am not certain as to why nothing has been done regarding these women that work here. Seriously, the store manager needs to have a come to JESUS moments with these folks. Awful!

Amazing by helping find the best makeup for your skin

Everyone has always been really helpful to me, only downside is they dont have a lot of staff, but since its a smaller store I understand, thats just corporate to blame, not the employees. But other than that Ive never had any problems.

Horrible store! I never write reviews but I had to for this one. Ive been there multiple times & each time the employees have been very rude & unhelpful. Id rather shop online so I can avoid getting the dirty looks & rude responses. Theyre really slow at ringing up too... It was a Saturday afternoon & they only had one person on the register while other employees were standing around talking to each other. The manager was rude too, definitely lost my business!

I decided to start coming to this Sephora, since the one in pembroke gardens is filled with moody workers who match you all wrong. Well, SURPRISE! same story here, I asked to get a sample for a foundation and one of the girls had such and attitude. She kept swatching me the whitest foundation ever. Mind you, she didnt even blend it! Then I asked her if they carry Laura Mercier and didnt even give me any eye contact and said no with an attitude. I really dont understand why work there, if thats the attitude youre going to have. I wish I remembered her name. Horrible customer service!!!! Now I know to not ask any of these worthless sephora workers. Just swatch yourself, its the best way to get it done then dealing with moody people who will do their job the wrong way!

Since this location is small,they dont have a lot of variety or brands.The brands they do have,are always out of stock. The staff is terrible and unwilling to help. I went on a Friday night and they only had 2 girls working.One on register and one on the floor. It was impossible to get any help...like always.
