The Lash Lounge Pembroke Pines is incredible — I live far from this location but always come back because I’m always impressed. The location is clean and relaxing. MeKayla is the best stylist. I’ve been going to her for almost 6 months and she always gets my lashes right for every event or just a simple look for every day. My lashes look so full and and natural looking I sometimes forget mascara is not needed.

I appreciate that they take measures to keep everyone safe and everything clean. Your temperature is taken upon arrival and you also wash your hands. The stations are clean and you can see the wonderful ladies cleaning their stations in between sessions.I availed of the free lash sets being done by a stylist in training, Tamiyah. I was a bit nervous because I dont usually get my lashes done. She made me feel at ease and communicated with me on exactly how I wanted my lashes. She was meticulously, gentle, and did an amazing job. I am definitely a challenge with my extremely short and sparse lashes but she did amazing! My lashes are beautiful and Im super happy and feel super confident with them.

Gonna stick with amazing lash studio. Will never get my lashes done here again they barely lasted a week. When I get my lashes done at ALS they last well over 2 weeks. I had to pay to get my lashes fixed here when they messed up TWICE. Then had to pay to get them done at ALS which I’m not complaining about because they look amazing now compared to before.

The Lash Lounge located in Pembroke Pines has to be one of the most absolutely outstanding places I have received service in. The front desk ladies, Maria & Gabby are phenomenal! They are super helpful with sharing the correct knowledge about everything I need to know about eyelash extensions & eyebrow services! Definitely a spa I would recommend coming to! The stylists make you feel absolutely comfortable when getting any services done!

Terrible & Unflexible! Debbie who is the “manager” belittles you and speaks to you like a child. Ladies please go elsewhere where being a paying member is valued! I have the membership which runs me over $150 a month and tried to reschedule due to weather conditions here in Miami (tropical storm Fred) and they wanted to charge me to cancel the full fee! I explained that due to the severe weather in my area I would like to reschedule and they said absolutely not! My situation was not valid because ppl were still coming in. Like wth! They have no problem taking your money upfront that’s for sure! Cancelled my membership and going elsewhere immediately!

I wanted to really like this place but I feel like every time I come here for the same exact service, I am charged more than the last time. They add on add these fees that end up making my appointment an additional $50 not including the tip. Im not sure how that works out. They do good work but I feel like I am being taken for a ride with the inconsistent prices.

I’ve recently done eye lash extensions with Chrystie K and eye brow threading and she was so sweet and very informative about the process. I’ve come back again to do more threading. She always makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. The location is very clean and Gaby at the front desk is always very inviting and warm. I will be coming back again and again.
