Great place with lots of variety. Aisle of beauty and hair care

Beware of all the fake reviews. I’ve frequented this store many times as I live nearby. Today I stopped by to pick up a few items. I attempted to get some stockings that were behind a stack of boxes. The Store is a mess and very unorganized. This employee with bright red hair was literally watching me from behind the boxes. She proceeded to follow me throughout the whole store. Check other reviews for similar complaints. This is racially profiling and it made me feel very uncomfortable. My money is good enough to take but respect and decency to me as person is not. I will never spend another penny in this store.

Never again. Bunch of young 18 years old during this shift. I cant go behind the counter. Looking for assistance none to be found. No one has time to waste...

Traveling from Dallas to Miami on business needed a quick high end wig. Lady working with the human hair wigs walked with me until I found something that worked I am picky service was outstanding.

The people here are so nice and I was able to get the stuff i needed to get my hair did and GIRL it came out so nice and i got some products here too. AND THEY GOT SNACKS

Wife sent me and I had no idea what I was looking for. the girls were very helpful.

I’ve been shopping here for years. They always have what I need. But the owner needs better sales associate. Coming from a business standpoint, I bet you’d do a lot better with better workers and not a bunch of children who can’t say a simple “hello how can I help you?”

Well stocked beauty supply store. Aisles are clearly marked. It has a great variety of products.

You can find the same products at another place for cheaper but they have everything you need.

They always have a great selection with several colors to choose from.

If you lost your hair somewheres, you can find plenty in there. Large veriety of haircare products and etc.

I was willing to give this store the benefit of the doubt but their customer service is poor and their commitment to serve their loyal customers is poor as well. Doesnt list or heed the customer whatsoever and employee turnover is extremely high.

My experience was absolutely horrible. The supervisor Nadia needs to be trained in customer service. The system charged me a different price than what was on the shelf and Nadia informed me that she does not have to honor the shelf price.

Great place wirh different options for aññ hair type

Sometimes this store has massive sales on wigs, braids, bundles etc. The staff seems nice and helpful to all customers. Ive been going for a few years. I havent had a bad experience yet.

The young lady Alex was very helpful to me today I think she is new because I never seen her before. She took the time to explain to me what hair would be best for the style I’m looking to get. I hope she stays there or even be promoted bc she was not only helping me but she also was assisting others. Multitasking with a busy store gives her gives her two thumbs up!

Honestly the best beauty supply on the whole south Florida and good quality wigs that last long and best prices. Love the attention and the service. I go there once every 3 months they always have the latest styles. They have for white, Spanish and black all skin types of hair and colors to choose. Ill be there again very soon. Thank you guys!

Wonderful store you will find everything here for kids to men supply, and everything you can think of for us women. Nice and organized the staff is incredible the lady with red hair I believe she was one of the managers she knows everything about the store and products, everytime I come in I’m very satisfied when I leave and I receive the best results with my products.

Awesome, friendly, and helpful staff! They take pride in their store and took a teamwork approach to helping me find the right hair wefts. They have a great selection as well as other salon/nail and haircare products.They also have a points program for cash off future purchases. I drove from Oakland Park and I will be back!

Until recently I was only shopping at another beauty supply store, but Im am too happy I made the switch to Elegant. Their prices are much cheaper and they always have what I need. Glad I made the switch. They gained a regular customer.

First time shopping here and I found everything and more. The associated were so friendly and helpful. This is my new hair shopping spot. What a wonderful experience.

Great little place. Too bad they are closing

When it comes to hair and hair products they have a large inventory to choose from decent prices and multiple sales on stuff you actually want. However, the staff arent rude, per say, but I dont find them to be the most helpful either. Multiple times in the evening, 3 ppl behind the counter, one register, long line. The makeup section is atrocious. Items look like theyve been there for years It doesnt look like they restock any of the items, like theyre just trying sell out whats left. Some of the makeup show discoloration and displays are messy and dirty from opened makeup.

Worst experience. I waited for my wig for at least 15 minutes after two associates acknowledged my presence with a glance before going to the front. I just went ahead to the back to look for my wig I wanted where the employees go. Couldnt find it sadly. Then waited for the clerk to finish the line that formed after 20 minutes of me waiting....then I walked up to the young lady that saw me earlier and asked to grab a wig from the back....not accommodating AT ALL. Highly understaffed, not friendly whatsoever. Gives Elegant Beauty a bad name in a prestigious city (Pembroke Pines)

This beauty supply store has a Variety of products, numerous name brands & alternative items. So, youll Always find a product that you can afford.👌🏽💲You can ALSO save by joining their rewards points club, AND they have a sales ad.💵 The ad is placed on the counter by the registers & door. Wig selection is vast. 💇🏼‍♀️Sometimes they get busy, and need More help for people in the back of the store. They also have a Great variety of nail polish.😗💅🏼

I had to take the time out and rate this store awesome customer service I was in there Saturday morning for the first time and they took very great care of me super great customer service very clean and organized the young lady that was helping me was very patient with me on deciding on what style I really had in mind for a special occasion she was also able to get me great discounts I wish I got her name to be able to let you guys know of her customer service what I can say is she had a blue shirt on with red hair hope that helps out but other wise awesome location they have lots of different things to choose from I was able to get what I needed with no problem and I will return again to shop with you guys!!!

Too many items not priced or priced incorrectly. When I questioned a discrepancy on an item at the register, I was told it was probably in the wrong spot and that it happens all the time. I got the item off the shelf where there was a row of the same item.

A variety of products are available to choose from. Plus they are always prepared to ask if you need assistance.

As I walked in the store, I was confronted with a unpleasant Hispanic woman that stated she had to escort me throughout the store. Unfortunately, I escorted myself directly out of the store. Im sorry I have too much to lose to go to jail for hair products. I do not wear artificial hair (weave) and I will never go there to shop.This comment is in response to the owners response. If you have an employee talking to your customers rudely Im sure your business will not grow. I have read several Google reviews and the majority complain about this Hispanic woman. Your business can boom but your business must make changes in the atmosphere and the culture of your business practice. Your response to my review sounds great but the culture of treating your customers rude and disrespectful must change to see a difference in your business. Get rid of the Hispanic lady, she is sabotaging your business.

Let me tell you this beauty located at 8373 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines FL 33024. Such Awesome Stall. This store has everything you need for your hair, different wigs, Jewelries, chikdren perms, hair Barretts, bows, nail polishes. Dont just take my word. Come on down and check the store out. You will not reqret your visit. Kudos Kudos to this store. Ok.

Very rude staff, last week i went with my sister and she needed to use the bathroom shes 2 and one of the employees saw but still wouldn’t let her go to the bathroom.

There was no one there competent enough to help me. I asked 3 people. One guy was hiding in the wig section and couldnt help me cause he said he knows nothing about hair!..and you work here because??! The other little girl took forever to help one customer and didnt know how to multi task to assist me as well, and the other was just acting busy at the counter doing nothing and just didnt want to be bothered. No supervision and poor management!

This place beauty supply store is packed with all types of goodies from sunglasses, wigs, to Razors, my only concern was that the young man that attended to me was not knowledgeable of the product that I was looking for.besides that great place to shop...will Definitely Recommend and Will Definitely Revisit.

BUYER BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE! CON ARTISTS!!! DO NOT GO HERE! They will STEAL your money. Before you buy ANYTHING at this place pay attention to the huge signs strategically placed at the eye level of a five year old child, that once you buy anything from here you will NEVER get your money back. I returned less than 24 hrs. after my purchase with unopened, never used, still fresh in the packaging hair with receipt, just to be turned away. Why? No one knows. These are bad business practices, stealing customers’ money. This was after the cashier Valencia (employee) assured me BEFORE my purchase to return with unopened packaging and receipt and I would be able to get my money back which she reassured me would supersede store policy. Do not support this location’s illegal business practices. I will contact my attorney.

I had to edit this comment and 1 star it. I tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. Have gone in on several occasions and was greeted by rude employees and supervisors/ mangers. These people obviously dont want to be there and it shows terribly. Recently, I had an issue with exchanging a defected product that THEY sold to me.. BROKEN. Manager goes on and on about not having a receipt. Claiming I could have bought it from another store. The item had their logo and barcode right on the box and I am apart of their rewards program(which monitors all of your purchases). I called corporate and thats where it got hectic. They had me the calling week after week trying to solve this. Putting through to every type of manager and providing false hope.I called the manufacturers and they sent me a new replace item WITH NO PROBLEM!! Shame on Elegant Beauty to treat customers with such ill-regard and disrespect. I will never shop at any store that is associated with this company.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I was waiting in line behind this woman that took at least 10 minutes at the register. More and more people lined up behind me, yet they only kept one register open. The other girl that worked there just kept pacing back and fourth behind the counter like she had nothing else to do. I asked her politely if she could check me out at the other register by the door, and she told me no. I finally got to the cashier and all she said to me was do you want your receipt? I turned around and walked out the door, but I could hear her mumbling something out of her mouth. Load of trash girls. Why employ people with a lack of customer service skills? Clearly this is their first, and only, job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

We drove over 30 miles to visit this store because nothing in my area meets my needs.It was worth the drive.Was able to try on wigs and the staff helped with everything I needed.Answered my questions and very friendly.They knew I came a long way and was made to feel welcome and encouraged us to visit again.I definantly will.I was satisfied with my merchandise and got lots of compliments Thank you!!

Awesome selection, the aisles are clearly parked and easy to navigate. They also have good amount of stocked items.

Deceptive outside features and advertising. This dirty, little place is best left on the bottom of your shopping list since the selections are tacky and the staff is young and dumb. Save youy gas, money, and time.

This place was amazing Maria who works with the wigs treated me like a human being she was so nice. When I was ny. Tried to find a wig, and was tteated horrible i felt so uncomfortable.this place treats you so well I felt very at home. Its so big had a blast highly suggest this beautiful store .

The staff is young and immature. When I was there a young man was yelling at another young lady about which kind of soda she wanted. No on offered to help me with what I was looking for. There were boxes in the isles walk way, so feel free to trip while there. They do have a wide range of products, which is why I have them 3 stars.

Ok i experience the most ghetto scene at this place of business. I had my kids with me that was a bit lost and afraid of what was going on. The manager and the staff was arguing at eachother so bad that they was about to fight. It was so u professional to see the manager act such a way with her employee there where so many people walking out that day. I truly believe they lost a good amount of that hour. I decided that i will still shop there because its near my home but i will not take my kids there again.

Sign says need to be wearing masks to enter however there were several employees and customers not wearing any. Be careful shopping here if they dont care about their health Elegant surely doesnt care about yours.

Very convenient that they are open Late -10 p.m.! There are MANY products here. The workers, Esp.the young women at the front are Very helpful & relatable.🙂👌🏾 MARIA went out of her WAY to help me. At times, the music can be a little too loud.😣 Items are a little pricey. Do they price-match? BUT UPside to that- you earn points on rewards using ur 📱📲number. They used to have & administer a💳 card for customers; they need to bring that BACK.
