Requested a rod set. The stylist blowout my hair, then added the curling cream to my dry hair. The product she used, did dry properly and she knew that. The next day my curls were gone and my hair was filled with the residue of the product. Furthermore, the price I was quoted was not what I was charged. I do not recommend that salon. They are dishonest and the customer service is poor.

Asked for specific hair color change. What the lady states took only 1-2 hrs tops took almost 4hrs only because of extra talk she constantly had with peers and getting lost. Shes very nice however from the counter receptionist to the stylist they are rude and think they know everything mind you many customers that day complained simple haircuts were uneven.

I always have a hard time finding a hair stylist. I decided to try this place and Jenny is absolutely amazing. She always gives me the perfect cut and has absolutely amazing customer service. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Just recently went to get my hair done and I have semi-curly, thick hair. I asked for a wash and regular blow dry. The lady really gave me a blow dry. It was still puffy and it seemed like I went through bad humidity. People were even asking if it was done. And she justified by saying that the client needs her hair to be ironed. As bad as my hair was I didnt want to see how it would looked ironed. So at the finally, she charged me $53 for a signature blow out. Are you kidding me? My hair does not look like it went through a signature blow out. Never again will I go.

Hello I use to go to Jcpenny’s in Pembroke Pines Carolene was my stylist . On one visit she burned my forehead and the color I wanted was not the same as I asked, still today my hair is not the same and that was several months or so ago . It seems she rushes when doing people hair .

Is not the first time that this happen.Manager was there but she didnt care either, this is why lot business close down, they need to hire new staff, then I would come back

This establishment deserves ZERO stars!!!! Im a natural girl (coily/curly hair) and I came here 3/3/2018 to receive a TRIM from CAROLENE (Island woman). Beforehand, she informed me that she doesnt know how to cornrow or twist and I need to see a different stylist. I told her its fine and only would like a TRIM (1/2 inch off). She proceeded to wash my hair & condition my hair and she was as rough as can be. Lets keep in mind i have kinky hair! running her fingers through my hair like she was in a rush and ripping my curls out. Horrible!! she then proceeded to take me to her chair where she told me i need to hurry up cause she has to go home and i caught her when she was getting ready to go. IF YOU DIDNT WANT TO DO IT OR TOO PRESSED FOR TIME THEN WHY DID YOU DO IT!!??? She half way blow-dried my hair where the root and middle was wavy and the tips were straight (hot mess) and then started to to cut my hair. I looked in the mirror just to follow her and confirm how much she was cutting and she got an attitude and said If i move again my hair will be shorter. After she finished chopping my precious hair off she had to nerve to recommend an all natural beauty salon where she takes her daughter to because she doesnt know how to do her hair. Excuse me, if you dont know how to even do your childs hair why the hell are even in a SALON!!!!! I called the manager today 3/5/2018 and she spoke with the stylist (CAROLENE), and carolene said she was able to put my hair in a bun!? BULLSH**!!! My hair not even long enough to put in a bun. The manager (JOULIANA) who tried countering me saying what happened isnt true because her stylist says otherwise said i have to come in tomorrow 3/6/2018 to examine my hair to determine if my hair is worthy enough for a refund!!! At this point i dont even care about $35 I had to pay to get mistreated and my hair chopped off. I will NEVER EVER GO TO THIS JCPENNY HAIR SALON AGAIN!!! I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT (JOULIANA) AND STYLIST ARE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY WARNED. DONT DO IT!!!!
