Who reviews a liquor store? I do! This is my go to liquor store. The atmosphere is open and organized. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. They will often appear out of nowhere when you look confused just to assist. If you go on a good day, there are samples for you to try. I never have a issue finding the need I need or new drinks I want to try. They have the best collection of wine bags for alcohol related gifts.

Though the selections are limited in comparison to another chain they definitely have a great selection of spirits. Sometimes too many options is frustrating. They have the primary and secondary known spirits and a few new ones to try. Great easy accessible location off of Pines Blvd.

We’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue. They have a decent selection of major brands of spirits as well as cigars. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always eager to help. Plus the place always look so tidy and clean.

As many people usually leave bad comments or reviews from employees, I want to take the time and share my experience. I went on Friday looking for wine for my mom, and I was greet by Vanessa, I have to say amazing experience and so knowledgeable. I show her a picture of a wine from Spain called canasta and she quickly took me to some other wine section and she explain everything in such of detail and she said is not the same but is a sweet wine. I decide to take two different ones and one for me. Well I have to say I been looking for a wine that is as sweet the Canasta wine is and she really hit the spot. You have an amazing employee and extremely knowledgeable with your products and the store know where everything is.

Me and my wife spend a nice amount of money at this location. In the two years that we have been shopping here we have never been carded one time. It probably due to the fact that we both are in our mid 40s. But for Brad to card us for just a bag of Ice? No alcohol this time but ice? I can not even understand the reasoning behind this. And to add injury to insult the store leader Victor McCauley was rude and asked why do I want his name while trying to explain to me that they card for everything...Even Water! If your going to follow policy follow it all the time!

Nice selection but got turned away from buying alcohol because my friend didnt have his physical ID, told me to come by myself in an hour. Decided to not come back, I already spent half an hour getting there.

I went to buy a bottle of rum that came with a free sprite. It was my friend and I. When I got to the cash register, the cashier (white guy, rocker looking) he asked for ID from both of us. We showed to him. He insisted to take it out of out wallets to show it to him, which was weird but we supplied it. I innocently asked him out of curiosity if one one of is buying the liquor, why does the other have to show ID were bother over 35. And he freaked out and told us he cant ring us up. I asked for the manager. The manager rang us up. We never felt so humiliated and discriminated against! Poor management

Decent selection of cigars and named spirits.

Very clean large format liquor store, high-end cabinet looked great if you like champagne. The bourbon selection is only okay. I hope for a better selection in such a large building.

It has been years since Ive been to a liquor store. But I must say.... I was impressed. The selection was many and the prices was very affordable.Also the interior of the place was very nice.The line was long enough to say something about it. But it seems as though they service the line very quickly.I waited maybe 3-5 mins in line.

The service here keeps us coming back - the staff here is really not into pretending to be busy to avoid helping someone find the right whiskey or the right gift for a friend. The store has a wide variety of spirits, beers, cigars, and other accompaniments such as olives, syrups, and more. The prices here and the rotating offers and deals are worth signing up for store updates or dropping in every so often. The location in the plaza is great as there is always parking available, including accessible spots.

This place is not bad but it lacks more scotch selection. Every other spirit is available and it has its own section except the scotch which I find super weird. Also, the staff is not very knowledgeable about fame methods such as Apple Pay, the cashier almost didn’t wanna except my payment because I didn’t have an ID which is not required when you’re using Apple Pay

Unlike Virginia, one can purchase beer, wine, and liquor/ spirits in one place. Soda, mixers, home bar tools can be found there as well. They even have a walk in humidor for cigar aficionados. As far as prices go, it seems to track with other retailers; with some deals/discounts if you look for them.

Couldnt resist buying 1.75L Tanqueray Gin on sale for $31 as well as 2 bottles of Pinot Noir. Also purchased Schweppes tonic water and 1 lime. They had everything to make my favorite drink! THANK YOU

First off the place is bigger than any other ABC store I have been to. Secondly, the woman that helped me was such a big help and a joy to talk to. She didnt rush me through the store like some others have done in the past. She helped me find what I was looking for and chatted with me. Im bad with names but I think her name was Valerie or Vanessa. It started with a V and she was great. Give that girl a raise.

Great prices and most of the major brands. The staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest issue I have with ABC is inventory. They dont carry a lot of the smaller brands, and sell out quickly. All in all, great prices and good selection of mainstream brands

Lots of staff, but no help, go figure!! They were to busy putting up bottles. Lots of empty spaces on shelves. Management is just horrible here, he was complaining alot, and ripped rudely into his employees several times in front of customers. What an A------. I would have fired him on the spot. Dont ask about the alcohol, most had no clue. Maybe should hire those with that kind of experience.Also the shelves and bottles were pretty dusty in different areas, so you can see what sells and what doesnt. I love the fact with all the lighting it really shows all this.

Huge selection of wines from all over the globe. I found my J Wray and Nephews Jamaican rum there and a few other great options.

Extremely unpleasant experience. I just left this store and I am shocked by how I was treated by the manager. I found a sparkling ginger lemon wine that I wanted to buy, the price tag had the price for the whole pack and also for buying the cans individually. I looked at all the other six packs that were on the same shelf and noticed that some were missing cans, so that and the fact that ALL the price tags had individual prices listed made me assume that you could detail them. I then proceeded to open the box to take two cans and purchase them along with a 12 pack and a 6 pack of beer my husband picked up. A representative pops up behind me asking what I was doing and I proceed to tell him what I want and he tells me in a condescending tone “We don’t bash boxes here!” Um, what happened with offering to open the box for me and handing me what I want and then placing the rest there for the next customer? I asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager. I told him who could I contact to make some suggestions about customer service, “get my card in the front and call corporate if you want”. This is enough for me to never step foot inside one of your stores again. If you don’t detail then don’t place the price for individual items on the shelf, it’s confusing. Also if you don’t detail then there are other ways to communicate that to me than saying, “we don’t bash boxes here”.

The cashier went out of his way to assist us. This place has a great variety of wines and spirits as well as mixes. You can even purchase cheese and snacks to accompany your beverages. The layout is very organized so you can get exactly what you went for.

The staff are great and I like the layout of the Pembroke Pines store. I found a new wine that I like and frankly, I havent been able to purchase it anywhere else, not even at Total Wine. Im the type of person who goes around to verify, price shop and follow up. I also ask when I dont see what I want. ABC Fine Wine... has what I want.

My 1st visit. 5⭐s because as soon as I walk in....this guy that worked there became my personal shopper. That was cool....I call out what I wanted he took me to it. It makes a difference when a store is adequately staffed. It only took me 7min to spend $267 normally itd take 45 or more for party run. Good job ABC

I enjoyed the beautiful layout of endless spirits and novelty items. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. I was looking for Keybilly Island beer. Maybe one day theyre have it. If not many other great similar options. Great place!

I would give this place a 5 star however I’ve had a couple of uncomfortable encounters with a gentleman by the name of Elizabeth in the past. All other employees seem extremely friendly or helpful to say the least but Elizabeth on the other hand is the complete opposite. His customer service approach is condescending and just flat out rude, speaks to you and makes you feel as if you had some kind of challenge in communicating and understanding. A career or customer service course refresher might be needed.

This store has some of the most hard to find liquor and wine I have seen in south Florida.While their beer selection may not be the largest, I have found botanical gins, Japanese whiskey, and specialty wines that I have only ever found while traveling to the places they are from.Also the staff is polite, helpful, and know their store.

Many options to choose from and even sells cigars. Employees are welcoming, however I tried to purchase my usual choice of drink and they wouldn’t sell to me because I was with someone underage. There is a sign about 20 feet from the entrance and I did not see it when I came in. The manager Joe explained the rules and I left without hesitation. I was a bit stressed out leaving so I left my sunglasses and when I returned liquor was being sold to a gentlemen with his child. This is unacceptable and I’m sure they use profiling strategies to distinguish who to sell to.

They moved the store around. So they usually have someone at the ready to walk around to help you find everything youre looking for. They make suggestions and see that you leave happy. They also have a new points system and send you coupons and notifications about upcoming deals.

Good selection of spirits and wines. Craft beers are a bit lacking though. Also they used to have a decent selection of hot sauces, but they seem to have disappeared. Still a good go-to place for sample bottles and small bottles of spirits. They also have a walk in humidor for the cigar enthusiasts.
