I love doing my shopping here. Always someone to help you. Cashiers are very nice. Just wish everything hadnt gone up in price but thats not their fault.

Love Publix. I always stop in at least once when visiting relatives in Florida even though I live in Wegmans home town. I particularly like their raisin bran muffins and other baked goods. Great wine selection for a grocery store. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Beer prices are a little high compared to home, but that seems common to the area. Clean, well maintained store. Never a problem.

Deli dept will NEVER disappoint you always nice and friendly

Since my last visit here theyve done the usual rearranging. I know thats doe periodically to get m customers to walk around the store out of their norm route to her favorite items. But It was hard to find what I was looking for (International isle). It wasnt labeled on among the names on the signs above the isles. Finally found the section where I was looking specifically for Thai Peanut Sauce (I usually buy several of them to travel back north with). There were only 3 on the shelf...of course I scooped all 3 😁 Ill check back before I go. Its super great for a variety of suaces and flavorings not just Thai or asian style dishes.The place was clean.i went to the deli to inquire of another item that was notin store. After speaking with the very helpful sub station personnel she pointed out where the Jamaican patties were near the deli.but unfortunately this Publix didnt make the ones with Beyond Meat - which is so good. If you have an opportunity to try them out do so.Employees were nice and helpful. Easy parking good local walking score for neighborhoods nearby.

This Publix is our quick stop when we our in a hurry. A very friendly place to shop. Costumer service is impeccable. A little bit pricey, but still reasonable.

Really good place to get your grocery needs. The store is fully stocked and has some reasonable prices. They have value prices on the Publix brand items and the buy one get one free on many name brand products throughout the store on a weekly basis. I noticed the Greenwise brand is an organic brand trademark by Publix. If youre starting to eat more organic food, Greenwise carries most of the favorite foods found on the shelf as well in the frozen sections.

Kind of surprised to see self checkout at Publixs. Understand the conveyance for the customer with one or two items and wanting to get out fast but the whole point of shopping at publixs and paying higher prices is service. Hope this trend doesn’t continue, particularly when they don’t open more lanes like today and each register with cashier and bagger was 5 customers deep.

Still trying to kearn my way around the store shelves. All the inner aisle contents were rearranged recently. After 10 yrs shopping there, Im easily lost. The friendly cashier told me dont feel bad, we get confused too. Made me chuckle...

I live on 184th so most of the time I go to the Sunset Lake Publix but about 20 percent of the time I use this location. Today I remembered why I dont go to this location as often. Walking around shopping I noticed that publix brand frozen pizzas were marked on sale for 2 for 8.00. I grabbed two. Once at the register the pizzas rang up at 6.99 each. I just happened to notice or would have paid too much. I told the cashier and she sent the bagger to check the price. He came back with the tag showing the pizzas were in fact on sale and gave her the tag. She then went to customer service and then walked off for a while to the annoyance of the two men standing in line behind me. The bagger, then stated if its wrong you are still to be honored the price with Publix promise so dont worry. He then walked away and asked another bagger to take his place. The cashier came back later and stated the price is 6.99 each ok? I told her I no longer wanted the items. (I had been waiting too long so I just wanted to pay and leave.) She questioned me why I no longer wanted the pizzas so I told her they were too expensive for 14.00 so no thank you. With a bit of attitude she pushed them to another register. (Completely unnecessary) I paid and walked towards my car to have the original bagger ask me how did it go. I told him the price was not honored and Id be going to the other store from now on. He was very pleasant ... Blake I think was his name.

My wife and myself got our covid shot today at this location. The whole pharmacy staff were an absolute joy to deal with. Sorry we cant remember names other than Michael who jumped though hoops to make everything happen for us and administer the shots for us.

The employees on the deli were not wearing any sort of face mask while serving customers. I asked the manager if the deli employees were required to wear masks, she said No also, THIS USED TO BE MY USUAL DELI, IT IS RHE SLOWEST DELI ANY PUBLIX HAS TO OFFER

The Pharmacy is amazing!!!! Got my Covid shot from Michael, he explained everything couldnt ask for more. Love the staff and service i am changing my Scripts from CVS to Publix.

Always Super clean, Great & friendly customer service, Everyone greets you with a smile & wants to make sure you find what you’re looking for. Only 1 thing needs improvement- Parking lot lights at night are not enough. It’s very dark & there’s too many big trees. I’ve had a couple of times where, I’ve had someone walk me out before. I’ve mentioned this to store management a couple of times & they agree. It must be a corporate decision. Hope this comments help. You guys Rock!

Service at the deli was very slow 🐌 .

I am a customer of this store for more than 15 years. Sometimes is very good service and products,but lately I have had bad experience. Like this week I bought a bag of mandarines, and 6 of them finished in the trash .. the price is high ..and I was very upset with it.. so. I am thinking about to change store...

Dont buy money orders from publix, refunds its a waste of time and money, the manager doesnt help at all.

This is my neighborhood Publix and it is the best. The staff is friendly, pleasant and most of all, helpful. The store is immaculate and calms my nerves in this time of intense fear. Sometimes I go just to feel good.

The past month Publix will advertise products that when you get there are never available. I will go as quickly as possible and hit two Publix stores. Huge disappointment. The employees also seem very rude. Publix continues to go downhill in South Florida.

Mayra (Bakery) did such a fantastic job with my sons birthday cake. It turned out exactly as I wanted. I received so many compliments from all the parents at my sons birthday party. Even the venue owners were so impressed with how beautiful the cake was. People could not believe it was a cake from Publix.Mayra really cares about making costumers happy. My background is Human Resources and I believe employees like this need to be recognized. They make customers happy wanting to do repeat business and she also helps bring in new customers when other people become aware of the quality of Publix products. Keep up the AWESOME work Mayra! The Hagen Tudela family is very grateful for the beautiful cake you made and we took many photos to have memories of this special day.

Sat in line to get a sub for over 30 minutes looking at the people behind The serving counter doing nothing but talking go up to the manager speak to the manager ask him to help us be attended and he goes there to make nothing happen come back and not just wandering around, dont come make any sandwiches here theres barely customer service, after all atleast someone came to help by the name of Derek I believe he is the manager of the deli Also forgot to mention how I asked one of the managers with the white shirt for help and he told us he was off on break while standing there watching the whole fiasco go down.... wow... round of applause 👏 publix!!!

This review is not for this specific store but for the entire company and is strictly about prices. all super markets have remained opened during the pandemic and it seems it wasnt enough the money Publix was making so they have raised prices on a lot of basic items, specifically Meats. One pound of Ground beef that was $5.50 ( 97 % lean) is now $10, $11 While Wallmart has it still at $5.50. A tyson or Perdue whole Chicken at Publix is $10,$11$12. At Walmart they still at $5. Is this the way Publix is going to go ftom now on, i mean, their prices were already expensive and now they are beyond expensive. So, if you are willing to pay these prices u are even better off going to Fresh Market or Whole Foods, where the prices are about the same at Publix but the Quality is better..... this is very Unamerican what Publix is doing, they are ripping u off but worse yet they are taking advantage of the situation ..and without reason bcs they were never ever closed or suffered any down sales, on the contrary, they have become much richer with the Pandemic going....

Past week was there twice for sushi at about 8pm. I get the spicy tuna roll and the California roll. Unfortunately the spicy tuna roll was fishy both times. I didnt get sick but now Im kind of turned off to it. Didnt wanna bring it back instead I just didnt finish it. A waste of $9 each. I dont have that problem with other locations.

This Publix is the one I like most from the ones around the area, they always have many sale items right at the entrance which I like. Their bakery is very good (I ordered a birthday cake online and it was great)I like that is always clean and the staff is always very nice. I wish their produce was more fresh. Also the produce is a little expensive. Overall is a great grocery store.

Publix is always our go to food store. The selection is always amazing, prices are always fair and the prices are great. If you can catch items on BOGO it is amazing. The produce department and meat department always have such delicious looking items.

The employees are always nice and helpful....especially the pharmacy staff. They always try and help me out any time I come in for refills or with questions. They are very knowledgeable about the medications Im getting and the over the counter medicines Im looking for. Nelson (Pharmacy Manager) is a great guy and always willing to help no matter how busy he is. As is all the pharmacy staff.

During this specific visit on june 19, 2019, Robert helped me out in the deli. he was amazing and made this experience at publix one of my best. Shows you how one good and caring person can put you in a good mood the rest of the day.

Cutting machines are unclean.For the past 4 yrs, I have complained to managers and nothing is done about.In my opinion the present managen team should all be transfer or be given proper training.. The shopping is a pleasure logo, definitely doesnt apply to this store.. Avoid the dirty deli...They got a new manager, I am sure things will improved. Deli a little better.Updated, they have a new manager and I CAN SEE HES MAKING LOTS OF CHANGES..

The employees are great and very helpful. The only thing is the seafood section. You should not be able to smell it, much less as soon as you walk in store. Happens quite often.

Stop letting people park in front of the store for the ATM. Theyre normalizing this low class inconsiderate behavior.

It has what you need but quality and brands are better at other stores like whole foods and Costco.

Got in the express lane, 10 items or less, lady in front of me had 20 items in her cart. Then before laying a single item on the conveyor belt starts deciding what she really wanted to buy. Adding items taking items out. Never the less it took her 8 minutes to check out. When it was my turn I asked the cashier whos responsible to let customers know that they need to go to another check out. She said she didnt want to inconvenience the lady. I told her that the only people being inconvenienced are the people behind that lady. Just saying. You know if Publix leaves it up to customers to enforce their policies it can get ulgy. So please Publix, enforce your policies yourself.

I would give this publix 5 stars but the staff at the deli and where they prep the subs are always rude. They’re not helpful and always give an attitude to anyone they’re helping. Other than the deli staff, the overall staff are always helpful and have a positive attitude.

This Publix isnt the BEST in the vicinity. Its so-so.👋🏼 SOME of the associates are nice though. Tonisha is joyful.😄 Ryan is a little bland. He rarely smiles or sounds delightful. Not very approachable. The young woman and young man who work in the produce🍇🍊🍍🍎 dept. are VERY helpful. They make SURE that you find what you are looking for, tell you the right prices, & where the items are located. Their deli dept. hardly has any variety in the sides (side dishes). And sometimes they are not so fresh.😕😦The girl, Sabrina does a stupendous job, & has a Super personality. She smiles while fixing your plate, sub!😀 You can actually Tell that she likes her job! The manager, Regina, is helpful. Theres another guy on who works in the deli. I think his name is Dwayne. He is also nice & accurate when preparing ur food. There ARE some others who are Not so nice. Some of the women in the deli dont seem very friendly. Some of my associates have said the same. They avoided those women, but that was in the past. Perhaps those people have left. Raheem, another one of the stores associates, is also helpful. The bag boys are VERY nice, usually carrying out patrons bags. I would stick to other locations, if u have a favorite..OR if u are here,just pick the Right people to help u.

Earlier today, I Went over to the Aprons lady serving turkey meatloaf and salad with strawberries and I found A HAIR IN MY MEATLOAF.. It was COOKED INTO YHE MEATLOAF to the point where I had to pull it out. And the sad part is, she was serving individuals in front of me first, I just got the unlucky piece. I AM DISGUSTED!

Can never find the same thing twice. Vendor items are inconsistent. Holes in shelves, (grocery speak for empty shelves) Seems that since Mr. Hardy retired no manager walks the store.

By far the worst Publix Ive shopped in. Its old, not well organized, small selection of organic merchandise and cashiers always seem like your a problem. Staff around the floor were nice but this Publix could definitely use an update.
