Bakery department has the worst customer service ever possible. I believe the manager lady either hates people or she is just rude for fun. Honestly, Publix could do better on this department, they really don’t go with the company’s well known five start customer service. I shop at this Publix, however, I avoid the bakery at any cost. If I need something I would either go to Target or any other Publix around the area.

Everything is so well placed and fresh. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the additional money as the selections are better and not typically available in big box markets.

Love this Publix. Always get the best subs here. This is also where i find my favorite teller: Robert. Hes by far one of the most amenable customer service reps Ive ever come across in my life. This is a top tier Publix, always clean and organized. I only wish yall had Vanilla coke in the cashier aisle machines lol

Dont usually shop at this Publix but was in the area. My 3 star is for being charged twice for one $5 item. Have to go back to get a refund later tonight...sigh.

This Publix is around the corner from my house and Im there probably every other day most of the employees are pretty friendly. The other day I witnessed one of the employees his name is Chaz helping a disabled woman in a wheelchair what a nice guy and hes like that with all his customers.

Very nice local publix, good items and prices. They dont carry all my favorite brands or items sometimes or maybe its cause they sold out other than that no complaints.

The manager name SEAN is horrible. I tried to returned an un open item and he refused. Literally spent 20 minutes waiting. I left, went to another Publix and in 30 seconds my refund was complete. SEAN, please give better service buddy.

The worst costumer service in a Pharmacy ever and I’ve dealt with several different ones through the years, but no one has been so rude and unhelpful than in this Pharmacy. Three different people did absolutely nothing to help me figure out the issues with my prescription and after almost an hour of them making me wait (in more than one occasion) they said that there was nothing for them to do without even explaining me what the problem was. I had to go home without my prescriptions several times. The last couple of times I had to deal with J Wang who verbally mistreated me, she has been nothing but rude and unprofessional to me without any justification. This is not an ethical treatment to a patient or even a human being. I’m not EVER coming back to this Pharmacy.

Even though there’s another Publix near me, I always go to this one.

Tons of free parking and spots are close to the entrance. Good place to shop if youre coming home from work and want to get everything you need super fast. Not very visible from the Pines Blvd. Its its right on that street. Behind the Chevron on the corner of 157 avenue.

I wish I could give 0 star! The store in general is fine except for the bakery! They are horrible! It happened about November of last year, ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday, went there to pick it up on the day of and guess what, no cake was made at all! Employees was arguing in front of me on whose fault it was and who is going to do the damn cake. Manager wasn’t there so I asked for the assistant manager who looked at me like he don’t know what the hell was going on. Assistant store manager was no help either. Anyway, left the store empty handed. Now, I said to myself I will give them another chance, my baby will be celebrating his first birthday, ordered a cake ahead of time and got a phone call 3 days before and was told that they can’t make the cake for some BS excuses! Idk what the heck is wrong with them but I think it’s just pure laziness because I went to another Publix and they are willing to do the cake for me. Whoever is the manager in this bakery needs to manage his/her employees more better. I will never ever going back to this bakery ever again and I will never recommend them to anyone!

The employees in the bakery department lack courtesy, enthusiasm and they are not willing to help, and their attitudes will give you that feeling. They didnt greet me when I entered the department, no one acknowledged me, until I acknowledged them first. I asked a questions regarding a cake, and got a no, I didnt get an offer to help with anything else nor was I given any options. I simple asked, can I change the color icing on a cake that was seen in there book, and I was told no! This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience with the locations bakery department, I would suggest management make some necessary changes, especially if they want customers to have great experiences. I would have given 0 stars, but I had to give a star, in order to post my experience.

Ive had an immense amount of Pubsubs from over 15 Publixs, I can tell what a great Deli cook is like and Rae fit that description perfectly. He treated me great and made my Sub perfect, he went the extra step with every request without hesitation which is the really impressive part. He was happy to fulfill any small request I had.

Had to wait in line for ten minutes because the two cash register people felt it was the best time to change out or take break whatever they were doing. Had a long line behind me. All the employees have a smirk on their faces as if they are superior. Almost felt like I was being forced to buy more sodas than I wanted.... they had a sale on old sodas buy 2 get 2 free I don’t t drink a lot of soda so I grabbed just one the employee proceeded to interrupt me to tell me the sodas where on sale as if I can’t read. Bad experience.

Great place to shop! Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Hot food bar is great for lunch and dinner meals! Been coming here since they opened like 10 years ago... Hope they never change

I do almost all my grocery shopping here, I love the place....always clean and stocked up. Once in a while I catch them closing the sub area a little early....usually when Im looking for a late night dinner! Employees are always very nice, and greet you at lest once....

Maria the cashier was rude, offensive and basically verbally abusive to us . I will be contacting Tommy the manager tomorrow to file a formal complaint. If nothing is done then I will take it all the way to the regional manager. Folks like Maria the cashier should not be allowed to be in customer service. She is not professional. Has a major chip on her shoulder. She needs to be retrained and or fired before she is the cause of a lawsuit Publix. She definitely made our experience a less than pleasurable one.

Deli dept was empty. Not customers only me waiting. The only employee prefer to clean the glass that was not dirty than to check in what do I needed to buy, known as customer. Left the place since we have different priorities. It just happened. Friday at 6.15 dec 7.

This location is not my usual store. Just stopped in to pick up something for a friend. I found this location to have poor lighting and it seemed dingy. Since Publix is not a boutique specialty market, Id much prefer brighter lights. Otherwise, the store is big, clean and has helpful employees.

Good quality items and the store is super neat and clean. Associates are kind and knowledgeable . Down side maybe prices a bit on the high side. Guess i gotta watch for sales before going.

Convenient free parking, excellent selection of good meats including Argentine sausages, great selection of inexpensive good wine, and surrounded by numerous shops and eateries. Prices are competitive plus many specials make it my goto market in Pembroke Pines.

No matter how many times i ask at the deli to cut me my meats paper thin and put paper between 5 slices they do whatever they want.I complain to one of the manager and is like talking to the wall. Why i have to be frustrated all the time with this people. I’m not going anymore there.

I heard workers innocently discussing the posting of their schedules. Apparently they only receive a few days notice of when they are to work yet they need a few weeks notice for time off... How are they supposed to schedule their lives in that way? Many other retail jobs offer schedules with more advance.I feel bad for the young people working for Publix, I want to support Publix but it seems like they treat their employees as disposable and nothing more.

I like shopping here. Easy to get your stuff except for the bakery. Everytime I want to add two different cheeses to my sub its always a pause for a few minutes and a look. Then telling me you have to pay extra. I have no problem with paying extra like since when do I get anything for not paying lol. Then smirking with the teeth after they have to go and cut my cheeses for the sub. You would think you would get a sorry for the wait but no. Other than this issue with the battle at the bakery everything is sweet.

Management please retrain Maria the cashier as she is not suited for a customer service position! My partner and i went in there for the 2 for 1 special for eternal water and 1. She said there was not a 2 for 1 special and 2. She shoved the price sticker in my partners face! Sorry $1.99 each. Folks i dont know what she did with the sticker but i clearly saw the 2 for 1 special advertisement under the eternal water. Corporate will hear about this because publix is where shopping is a pleasure and this certainly was NOT a pleasueable experience . When you fplks get secret shopped again the scores wont be so hot again. Retrain this cashier maria she says and she told this to my partner its not so easy to fire me. Are you folks experiencing employee scarcity? Yikes!

Tommy in management you need to ensure for the sake of the publix in paraisos revenue your cashiers and anyone for that matter that is in the frontline of customer support or customer service has training as to how to direct themselves to the customer which are patrons who because of them this publix stands stall and employs them. Maria your cashier she was evidently upset it was 4th of july and ahe was working so she directed herself in am extremely embarrassing manner towards my daughter . If you are a father tommy you wpuld know how much this upsets people. Im the age of technology and progress these reviews make or break a business and for now until my daughter speaks to you i am urging everyone in west pines to spend their hard earned dollars elsewhere because there is not any gratitude towards the dollars you will spend at publix in paraiso mall

I’ve spent far too many hours at Publixes in South Florida, and recently started to visit this location. The first thing that struck me was the poor lighting. It has that industrial ceiling many new Publixes have but here it’s high and the lighting not sufficient for fresh foods, etc. My favorite section in Publix has always been produce. Here it’s lackluster with few choices and paltry fruits and vegetables. It has the smallest berry section I’ve seen. I havent tried the deli or bakery yet. The employees have been very kind.

Shelves not always stocked in timely manner. Pre packed salad especially romaine hearts not fresh going brown at bottom leaf cut. Some frozen fish in cabinet out of date. Staff generally pleasant but Management of store is sloppy.

Place is nice and clean, but one day I went to order a Sandwich at the Deli around 8:30 Pm and the Lady who help me probably had a bad day and I paid for it. Rude and Meaning.I remember her face, Next time Ill ask for other Crew Member and not her.

Went to get prepared cannolis in bakery, was ignored by both employees, then i asked if they could add choc chips on the ends (like Tampa Publix) first they said they didnt have choc chips (???) (on other goods there) then said i would need to wait 15 minutes for choc chips??? Very snotty attitude unlike Publix style...i bought them anyway but disappointed

Are you serious with these high ratings. Dont get me wrong the food gets 5 stars but the service at deli dept is horrible. Its like they got turtles working. For hard workers to come in with a half hour lunch go elsewhere. Your half hour would be gone before they take your order. If you decide on going to eat for lunch I suggest you phone in your order 2 hours in advance, and it probably still wont be ready when you get there.

Probably the worst Publix is south fla. A bold statement, but it seems there is issues all over. Expired products, issues with bakery orders. Do yourself a favor, drive to another Publix.
