Got my spare tire here.. when I asked for a 50,00 mile tire, the computer said that it was available, but when he went to check it was no longer available.. they were selling the next one which was more expensive.. had to buy it cuz everything else was close for the day.. when my tire was ready, the guy literally told me that my tire was outside.. couldnt even help me roll it to my car.. I guess why need a man when you can do it yourself right..lol
What a horrible place. I brought my car there at 7:30 this morning its now 11:30, four hours later, cant get through to a single person. I keep getting put on an endless hold, and all I needed was to put a valve on my air conditioning and charge it. I was told there were two people ahead of me. The service there is terrible, very impersonal. The guy would not even make eye contact. I will never bring my car there again!
Great customer service, will be coming back for next recommended services for my car.
Cesar is amazing. He is always helpful and fair. This is the only place I bring my vehicle.
Excellent job thank you . Pembroke Pines Firestone is a place I can trust on buy tires and even getting mechanic work done
I went to this Firestone to get a complete tire change. The employee working the front desk told me that for a full tire change it would be two to three hours..I accepted this time frame as I knew I wouldn’t need my vehicle during that time frame, but I had an important meeting going on in six hours (which I informed the employee about). The employee sent me on my way saying all would be good to go and it would be quick. After three hours I made my first call to the shop, where they informed me that my car hadn’t even been seen yet. At the four hour mark, I called again, and they informed me that my car had just gotten put on the lift. At the 5 hour mark, they said that it wasn’t finished yet. Finally, after I missed my meeting, I went to the location to see what was going on, they had my car in the air and only completed two tires on it. When I complained about it the manager put two employees on the job to speed things up…Finally I got my car back at the seven hour mark…completely unacceptable. After getting my car back, I soon realized that my two back tires kept going flat. I went to the shop multiple times and they kept promising me that it was due to the weather and that “this is what happens with new tires all the time.” After about the fourth day of me returning they finally agreed to really figure out what was going on with my tires. Turns out that the two rear rims were extremely cracked/damaged and needed to be replaced (I do not blame the Firestone for the damage as I went in for a tire change knowing that something was up…which was why I thought I needed the tire change). However, the mechanic that found the damage said that whoever changed these tires definitely saw this damage and completely ignored it. Following this discovery, I bought all four new rims for the vehicle and had Firestone change them for me. Stupid, I know, but I was under the impression they were going to do it for free since they neglected to tell me about the damage during the first tire change (which I already paid labor costs for). This was not the case. They charged me $20 dollars each tire and acted like I was getting a great deal on it.Later on I realized the mechanics didn’t put the locking lugs on the vehicle. I thought this was out of pure laziness. Though it bothered me, I left it alone and decided to put the lugs on myself, only to find out that the mechanics actually completely destroyed my locking lug key (I’m assuming with the torque wrench); however, the problem wasn’t that they broke it, but they hid it in the center console and didn’t say anything about it. I called Firestone and spoke with the manager. He agreed with me on the dispute and agreed on supplying me with a replacement locking lug set and told me that he would call me when it was shipped there and was ready for pick up. After about two weeks I called the store because I never received a call, but was dismissed by some of the employees (who clearly didn’t want to look around for the lug set) who said that they would have the manager in reference call me when he was in the next day…I assume he never got that message because I did not receive a call. So I waited one week and made another call to the Firestone, luckily I got the manager on the line who said it was right there on the front desk and that I could come by for them to put them on for me. Needless to say, after everything I went through at this location, I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend there services to anybody.
Quick service at the Southwest Ranches location. Was told by the service advisor that my cabin and engine air filters need changing. I asked him if he checked it and was told yes. I asked the cabin one in the glove compartment and again he said yes. I responded if you checked it you would know its not in the.glove compartment. He responded with oh thats where it usually is. Be careful of the upsell BS they try to add on.
First and most importantly I have been a customer of Firestone for over 35 years some shops are more friendly than others what they sell is Top tires their service is back up by honest mechanics so with your eyes closed Firestone is for sure a place you can go this particular one os close to my home but the BEST IN 35 years everyone CEASAR YOU ARE THE BEAT THANK YOU SO MUCH
Absolutely the worst place in tire buissnes
When I arrived to the store at 10am I specifically stated I wanted a euro blend oil change in my Mercedes as that is the only oil Ive put in it from factory. I was told that it would happen. After a 3 hour wait when I received the invoice for the work performed on my vehicle in the end it states penzoil platinum, not euro.... I instantly went back inside and brought up the concern as I know what I asked for and what was told to me. Carl quickly realized the error and spoke with the manager Caesar . The manager tried claiming that newer Mercedes cars only from 2016 on took that oil. I assured him when I pulled the car off the dealership lot back in 2014 that I was told only euro blend mainly because I have the m276 3.5l engine found in c350s . In fact on Mercedes Benz website it says their cars from 2010 onward call for it. I assume the manager thought I was not the original owner or unaware of how to maintain my vehicle. After waiting until 4pm my vehicle was finally released to me. Im unsure if the work was done correctly but I am sure that he told me to drive my car off the lift area myself because he didnt want to dirty my interior. When I get home I realize my door panel is covered in grease and oil and my suede kick panel has foot prints all over. This is a absolute joke. If it wasnt for Carls kindness I probably wouldve gone back for a 3rd time and made a real stink about it but after spending almost an 8 hour day there for an oil change I was utterly fed up and hungry.
My tire went flat while I was out running errands. And I went there because it was the nearest tire shop. And they squeezed me in, in the middle of their busy Saturday, and changed my tire for me. Great customer service.
I have had bad experiences with Firestone in the past but this location is one of the good ones. Dominick was very welcoming and pleasant great customer service and efficient work.
Pretty good Customer service and deals but had to return back 3 times just to get the correct Job done.
Pretty good service, but always verry busy so be prepared to drop off and come back depending on service needed. FYI lifetime alignment is worth every dollar!
I walked in at 5:30pm to get an oil change for my car; their closing time is 8pm. The employee in charge proceeds to tell me that they cant do an oil change because there is only one tech. Keep in mind there are still MORE THAN TWO HOURS until closing time so I asked how come and he then added that they are backed up. In the meantime, there are 2 employees on their phone in the parking lot and a few others just telling jokes inside the workshop. I cannot believe how a business that claims to be open until 8pm cannot serve a customer who walks in 2 and a half hours before closing; and for something so simple as an oil change. If you dont have enough personnel at 5:30pm to serve in a business that closes at 8pm, there is definitely something wrong with how your business is run.The employee then told me that for me to be able to get the oil change, I would have to come in early in the morning. Really? No wonder these 30-min lube places are killing businesses like Firestone...and they are cheaper too!I would like to add that the employee seemed totally unbothered and never admitted to this practice being wrong. I have been a Firestone customer for years, but NEVER AGAIN!
Ceasar and his team are the Best!!! Excellent Straight forward service... With the comfort of knowing Im not being overpriced...
They were happy to do an alignment on my newly lifted truck. Now is goes straight as an arrow.
They took 6 hours to balance the tires on my car and they also scratched one of my wheels.
Very good experience with this Firestone location! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and they helped me pretty quickly!
I get to the location before the store is open, to be first in line. I ended up being second. The service manger Rene Perez decides to take a white lady that came after me. I expressed to the other employee that I was here first. He agreed and expressed to Mr. Perez to take me first. Mr. Perez tells me to wait and that it didnt matter. As a black man in America I felt shame, hurt, and utter disappointed. I expressed to Mr. Perez that I felt like a second class citizen and he reiterated that it didnt matter. I will not be bringing my vehicle there ever again.
My reason to give the 3 stars is not cause the costumer service because I can’t complain for that, that was amazing how they take care on my needs and also the time to complete my work was amazing. But the reason I give the 3 stars is only for the fact that no one of the employees on this location wear a mask for the covid19, I know is lot of people will say We have the right to no used but again and something people doesn’t understand is that the wearing the mask is not to protect you is to protect all others around you. And they are giving a service for no one if not lot people every day, is really sad see that some people no cares about others.
I have had a credit line with firestone since 2017. This is the only firestone that not only stole from me but completely lied to me about servicing my car. I have come to find out every time I took my car there for services they either didn’t do anything and charged me or they completely weren’t trained properly and glued on my oil cap. I do not recommend using this firestone in Pembroke Pines what so ever.
Ive gone to this location several times for small things and never had an issue. But this last time I took my car in for air-conditioning problems, what a nightmare. I have insurance and they pick up the bulk of repairs less $100.00 deductible. When they called me with the total, my out of pocket was well over $700.00, when I called my insurance they explained to me that Firestone was charging them/me to replace something that wasnt broken, guess they saw $$ signs and wanted all they could get, they didnt even have the decency to lie about it. I made several calls and what they wanted to change that wasnt broken, wasnt needed to be replace in order to fix my issue. Kalan, asked that I speak to Cesar Garcia, the manager to see if they could do something or resolve the issue, he was rude, said he wouldnt guarantee the a/c repair without changing what they WANTED to change and later said, he just wouldnt do the work. Come to find later, he lowered my bill but still expected me for pay for something that wasnt broken. The fact that they can lower the bill by hundreds, makes me think, theyre over charging to begin with. The disrespect of telling me he wont work on my car or guarantee the work till I paid for a replacement of a working part, is beyond me. I honestly think he saw a woman, who had insurance for repairs and thought caching!! Ladies beware.
I called this Firestone location inquiring about an approximate cost to replace the front rotors and brake pads on my Gen 2 Toyota Prius. I was put on hold for ten minutes, so I hang up and called again later that day. I was finally able to get hold of an associate and asked him to please give me a quote on that job. He quoted me $390 plus tax to replace the front rotors and brakes. This was the highest price I have been quoted anywhere in Pembroke Pines. Before calling this Firestone location I went online and priced in the rotors and brake pads on autozone.com and the cost of the part was $117 retail.(Duralast Gold Ceramic Brake Pads DG990, Duralast Brake Rotor 31377). This was by no mean the best price. this was retail. So I asked him why is he charging me almost $300 for labor knowing that the parts are nowhere near the $400 he is asking me to pay. His answer was. Well we will give you a warranty on the rotors. The rotor come with a 2 warranty already from the manufacturer and even if they didnt that does not justify what he is trying to charge me. $300 for labor is just an absolute insult and highway robbery. I strongly advise you to not use Firestone for any of your maintenance needs. Absolute rip-off.
Been going here over 10 years. They are honest, and nice. I trust them.
Horrible I tried my hardest to get there on a flat tire, just to go and for him to ask me did I want to book an appointment for later or get a donut when I have about 30 minutes worth of time to get a new tire or used whatever it maybe. Now all the tire shops are closed and I literally cannot move. It’s cool though all due in time.
Very bad service, they are supposed to close at 8: pm, I arrived at 7:30 pm with a flat tire and they didn’t want to help me because they were closing the store.
To who it may concern., In Firestone Auto care center.! Corp.My most recent experience at this store was amazing. My most recent experience at this store was amazing. A few Years ago my wife some repairs recommended by the store manager which quite frankly was extremely expensive and unnecessary .We were advised by friends of ours that store was under new management and great leader ship. I find it important to spread the word To the local consumer and too Firestone upper management in Corp that ., Mr. Cesar has great Management ship skills tremendous leadershipHe Took his time to explain his concerns of a few safety maintenance/repairs needed on our vehicle.. With my 30 years plus of experience with dealerships Service department and Big name repair center for the first Time my family and I acknowledge that his concern was not to make a sale but the safety of our family ..Thank You
I came in to solve an issue with a shaking steering wheel and discovered I had two warped tires. The guys at the shop showed me exactly where the deformity is in the tires and offered my two new tires for a reasonable price. Great service.
Gerald is an excellent saleman..Has outstanding skills to convince a client to buy Firestone products..Thank You!!🤗
Make an appointment through the website and received the confirmation email !! when I get to the store they tell me no! very bad service!
This is unbelievable. I bring my car to get the tire plugged because I had a nail in it and they declined to fit it because they said that they dont patch or plug tires with fix a flat. what kind of BS is this that they wont patch or plug a tire because I had to use the emergency gel to get my car to the shop???Nothing against the rep but according to him its company policy.Avoid this place.Ive read reviews of people saying that they try to upsell you bs charges (especially if youre a woman.)This is not the Firestone that I used to know. Never again!
Front desk was rude and will lie to you.Told me 2 hours, waited 3 then only saw my car when I complained.
The staff is great, courteous and attentive, never had an issue with anyone.
We took our car to this facility for a right rear tire change. When we picked our vehicle up and drove it back we noticed that it was making a odd noise and also the rim caps were missing!! We turn back around and dropped the car off again. They did internal investigation regarding our rim caps as I guess they thought we were lying and they granted us a credit to replace them. It did take over a week to close on the cost of replacing the rim caps. Now 2 weeks later as the car sits in the driveway the right rear tire is flat. The brand new tire we bought is flat! Horrible experience this time around. Unsure why happened to this facility but from the recent comments I see service levels have gone down.
Dropped off my vehicle at 230 pm. I called prior to picking it up and I was told it would be ready at 6pm. I arrived at 615 pm and my vehicle was untouched. This is the second time this happens at this establishment 😡
The front desk (angel) kept trying to sell me four tires when I repeatedly said I only wanted two. kept talking over me and trying to make me feel bad. Weird experience never going again.
Wonderful experience, lowest prices by far!!
I had a chance to spend several hours at this Firestone while waiting for my car and honestly I’m very impressed by the front of the house. Kendall is who I worked with mostly and I watched him juggle a large amount of customers while taking phone calls non stop. There was basically no down time for him and I was impressed that he was able to keep such a positive attitude while working so hard for an extended period of time.I believe the other guys name is Juan and he was great too. Both guys seemed to be super competent, friendly, and knew what they were doing.About the shop- a nice guy named Gene jump-started my car and when it was revealed that I had a big problem with battery corrosion the master mechanic John G somehow got it to work. I would recommend this place. There’s so much to say about a shop that is honest and stocked with people who know what they are doing. It makes you feel like you won’t get ripped off and that’s peace of mind you can’t buy.
Had ac replaced, while the cost was fair, I was told it would be completed 6-6:30 PM. 7pm and still not done. The vehicle has been here since 9 am.
Wonderful customer service, quality and price.
Great service!!! And no sticker shock when all was said and done...
Very nice staff.
As usual, excellent Services. Only in for tire repair. Was quick and reasonable
They made a mistake put wrong size tires on my car had to go back put new ones on.They took care of me...otherwise good service...Always check work being done to your vehicle...
Excellent experience, As soon as i walked in the door i was treated with nothing but respect and their aptitude to preventative maintenance really opened my eyes to certain things that was wrong with my car.Mr. Alvaro Mendoza really went the extra mile when it came to customer satisfaction. Excellent entertainment and selection of K-cup coffee while you wait.Up kept and clean bathroom.10/10 Would go back for the lifetime alignments they provided for my car.
Mario was incredible! My wait time was WAY LESS THEN EXPECTED! I was in and out like a guy buying lotto tickets at the gas station! Best firestone experience of ALL TIME! Remarkable work! They are TRUE MVPs at this location!
The people are nice, but service takes far too long. Even for appointments, you still have to wait. If you don’t keep track, you’ll be looked over.
Super rude people, even over the phone. $135/hr labor cost for the worst customer service. Just by the way the guy that answers the phone treats you, you know you gotta run for your $$$. I do believe the other reviewers about overpricing.
I bought lifetime alignment package when they were finished I asked for the paperwork there was no print out to say what they align they said they dont do that anymore I drove down the block and my car pulled to the right I went right back in they had. To recheck it I asked them for the new alignment numbers they took a picture of the machines screen. .
Excellent service...Great customer service..talk to Ceasar
Great service very professional.
Are u kindding me? I went to this place yesterday evening and asked the guy behind the desk if they would install a set of tires, he said yes sure and told me to come back in the morning which I did. I signed the work order that stated tire mounting and balancing. After an hour I get a call that they cant mount my tires because they are used in great condition and have 8 mm profile! ... now get this! U better sit down for this one! They took the old bald tires off that are unsafe to drive and put them back on!!!, Stating they dont install used tires! But the just did! Putting the old used unsafe to drive bald tires back on! Unbelievable! Then I was told the service guy asked me if those tires where new I want to install ... not true! No questions regarding new or old tires where asked! This place is a disgrace, dishonest and very poor customer service! At the end they had the nerve to give me a recommendation to install new tires for 1000$. Really.... Read the reviews, take your business somewhere where u are appreciated and not being taken for a ride! Its not this place!
Went there for some tires The associates was very helpful
Do not go there. Rip off!!!
Up Sell and felt cheated.... I asked if any services recommended by manufacturer is due and if they are mandatory or optional... I went for oil change and (wheel alignment - lifetime free ) and rotation, I ended up paying $334.47.I was told a lug nut is missing but they did not care to put one... of course they could have charged me but neither I was informed that they are not going to put it back.later, I reached home and checked if services were really recommended for 52500 miles and to my surprise there was none which was mandatory.attaching the screen shot from mfr recommended services and services done by Firestone. Can anyone explain it? i did not see firestone explaining services to its customer and why it is recommended and pros and cons etc...Since, it was not needed, I doubt if they actually did it and that is where the whole problem - TRUST?How you cross check and feel peace if the services were actually performed?
Good place to shop
I brought my moms car here because her ac was blowing hot. The staff here is so nice I cant even put into words. Very helpful, very caring and they look to help you out instead of scamming you. They were able to fix the problem and keep us from having to go to the dealer and spend a fortune. I STRONGLY recommend this place to everyone. I have never been so satisfied with service as I am with this place. Its actually hard to believe there are still good people in the mechanic world, but here they are. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I gave Firestone a second chance at service for tires. I told the representative my story from my first having to wait All day for tires and Chris took good care of me immediately. Thanks Firestone.
Good serviceGood costumers service
Here is my story. I first called to make an appointment for a simple oil change to my vehicle. The day of the appointment the gentleman inside told me that since I called to make the appointment, my car would be one of the first ones to be worked on. I waited patiently inside the waiting room for 2 hours only to find out that my car had still not moved from its original parking spot that I left it in. I told the gentleman that Ive waiting for well over 2 hours and that I also had a appointment. He seemed not to care about my concerns and simply said We have other cars in. I then asked him how much longer till my vehicle gets checked and he responded by saying youre going to have to wait much longer. With that response I simply asked for the return of my keys and left.
Theyve done good work for us. It takes longer than Id like (but doesnt it always with these things?), but I dont feel pressured to get a service that I dont need. They only press when, say, your brakes are completely spent. Well come back--its probably the best auto care place in our immediate area.
My car overheated. I was concerned because I took it in later in the afternoon. But they repaired in a timely manner and I was able to drive it home that same day without having to leave it overnight. 😊
In this day and age of fast shipping, I was Informed yesterday that a hose would take a week to arrive. Somehow, Im finding this unbelievable. Of course, the upsell was included but no written estimate that the state of Florida demands. Ill update soon.It was indeed a dealer part. I went to a local dealership and overnighted the shipping (Slightly less money than a 1 day car rental.) I just didnt want to wait a week for a simple part.
The customer service I received here was the worst I have ever received anywhere. I was attended by a specialist by the name of Jose Valencia. First, when I arrived, he does not allow you to speak to him as he quickly tells you to not speak, and even when there are no other customers, I still waited a long time to be serviced. When I was finally serviced, I asked if he could check the record on my car, and he said “I do not have time to check any records of any car, you need to bring your receipt next time.”. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said that the manager was not there. He threw his card at me, and told me to call the manager or corporation “or whatever the hell I wanted”, and then told me to have a nice day. He was impeccably rude and alas, I will be contacting the district manager as well as corporate because I was incredibly offended by this horrible employee.
Mario was great!!I went to change the wiper blades and he even verified them just in case I did not need to change them as I wasn’t sure.Thank you!
Great costumer services
Always helpful
Willingness to help, always after the customers best interest. Ive only been to the Pembroke Pines location and Im very satisfied with the overall quality of service at this location. Ive been attended by multiple employees and the standard of service is present throughout.
Shane was a very friendly service adviser. Dropped off my car for their free brake inspection. After telling me what I needed, I got proper and timely service for a brake service and oil change.
I have been a customer of Firestone for 18 years and have been serviced by 5 different centers in 3 different states. I have always liked their service but this location is absolutely horrible. Took a month to have a part delivered that I could have gotten delivered to anywhere in the world in 48 hours... including other Firestone locations. After a one month hiatus with zero customer service, I bring in my car having been told my car would be treated as a priority. Two hours later and they still havent pulled my car into a bay. 10 employees working on cars and zero in the waiting room.... 4 people here waiting to even be greeted and its been 20 mins since the first of those 4 walked in here. Absolutely horrible service. Firestone is great but this place gives the company a really bad image. Find another Firestone.... trust me.
I got towed here to fix a flat. The staff member who helped me explained that they wouldnt be able to repair the tire, because they dont work on custom rims. Im guessing for liability reasons, however he filled up tire and send me on my way. Really nice guy.
Today I bring my car to do it aligment and tire rotationThey keep the car for all day long and never give me the notice that the car was ready. They supposed to do it the aligment but never maked the tire rotation because I mark the tire for be sure that the do it but never happened. When I give the complain the employee answer with bad actitude.
The staff gave excellent service especially Charlotte. She was very patient and did every thing she could to help. The wait was long.
Came in because of a flat on my wifes car. The representative Jose from the beginning was rude, short, and not willing to help. He told me to have the tire patched was $20 but I had to wait 1 hour and a half. An hour and a half to patch a tire, which only takes 5 minutes at most. I said ok because I had time to kill. The guy asked me if I had been there before, which I had unfortunately have, and proceeded to ask me for my phone number. My dads name popped up instead of mine and I told him that when I came, I had paid with my fathers Firestone credit card. He then says, so then youve never been here before. After putting my name in the system with my phone number and giving me the receipt for the work, he asks me if I was going to stay, theyre closing soon. They close at 5. (I walked in at 3:12). I told him I would be back before 5 since he said the car would be done by 4:45. He asked me again if I was going to stay and I gave him the same response. I understand that its a holiday and he doesnt want to work. Ive worked in retail my whole life and have worked countless holidays. But if youre that miserable when working, then maybe youre in the wrong line of work.
Renell has a very friendly customer service. For the many times I have been here for help he treats me with respect. He is so knowledgeable and detailed in his work.
I made an appointment 5 days in advance and the guy didn’t put it in, came in at 9am and it is 1pm and I’m still waiting for my oil change. Staff was very nice but seems like they are very very unorganized. Never coming back here again. 5+ hours wait for an oil change is ridiculous.
When I asked about when I should come in, the man on the phone said the sooner the better. I told him Id see him in 10 mins. When I arrived, the man working the front said it would be a 3 hour wait. I left. Why would he tell me to come in when theres a 3 hour wait?
They do a good job and look for the best price to buy my tires
Went here thinking a place that specializes in tires could handle a job of installing tires and an alignment. I couldnt have been any more wrong, upon bringing my car in for three consecutive weekends due to the car pulling to the right I finally just went elsewhere where it was determined the car was out of alignment specs. Two reasons I gave one star, couldnt give zero and during the process the employees were nice...Also, I found fingertip grease stains along an interior side railing. I am very meticulous in keeping my car clean so this wasnt from me. Thankfully I was able to remove the stains
Bad service. Went for an oil change and was told it would be two hours. I said ok, and after two hours I asked the gentleman that works there if my car was ready and he said my car was next. I asked him why did he say two hours and told him very bad business. I asked for my keys and all he had to say was that they are backed up yet did not grant me the courtesy of informing me that it would be longer or at least an apology for the long wait.
Best tyres service, excelent. Wont have regrets
Ooouusshhhh. Just paid $550 to replace the front shocks. And found that the cost for a oem is $60. That means $400 + in labor to replace them. Ill Never go to this place again in my life.
Great service. A bit pricey
They were right about the Camry that I had I shouldn’t have bought that car....I now own a tiburon took it to get all 4 new tires and loving the fire hawk Indy 500 tires will be back again since I do work close so it’s super convenient
My appointment for an oil change was at 10a they didnt touch my car till noon, and I was sitting there the whole time, and reminded them several times about my appointment time. Instead the one guy was pushing a walkin over me.
Excellent service. Took me right at my appointment time.
I was there yesterday with an AC problem. They quoted me 470 Stating : The blower fan and resistor needed to be replaced. It is always good to get a second opinion. So I went to another mechanic. The only reason the AC was not working is because the fuse which cost around $5 needed to be replaced. What outraged me most, they even removed the fuse so I would never know what was wrong it with.I really hope the Government creates some law to prosecute this type of illegal activity. I plan to write a letter to the CEO of this company.
They always take care of my van, providing suggestions and excellent services.
I came to this location and the attendant was very rude. He informed me that the location was abt to close. I was fine with this, and asked him what appointments were available for tomorrow. Clearly he wasnt expecting this, as he became flabbergasted and told me no appointments were available. He didnt even check, and did not stop attending to his end of shift duties. The man didnt even try to assist me or find out what I needed. Ill buy my 4 tires elsewhere.
Ramezy was very helpful. He gave good honest advice. Ill be back again.
I have a trailblazer 2006 they were supposed to replace the gear shift wire but they were careless and while the lift it bent the front wheel bar so my front wheel besides making grinding noise enable my four wheel so their answer was to charge me $600 more to fix something they broke. I had to take it to another workshop. from a $200 job turn to be a $800 damage. DONT USE this people horrible customers service and irresponsible with customers cars.
Very long wait time for battery change but kind staff. Thorough, prices reasonable.
I had have the tpms light on for over a week, so I pass by to this location to see if they can take a look at it but the service advisor Winlter told me that they were to busy to have it check out at this time, he offered to check the air pressure for me right away... all my tires were just little low on air and he show me how easy was to reset the tpms light that my car had.... I really appreciate his time and dedication that he took to take care of me.... I will definitely coming back to get my oil change and tires done at this place... Thank you guys...!!!
Love the hrs, but gotta drop those prices!
This place gives great customer service and made sure my car was safe.
