Ehh! Store experience is shady. We already know portions are small, but I like to go see what looks better or not person. The lady opens a few boxes to show us the sides; wasn’t impressed. They shouldn’t have a store front to openly come in, if that’s not how they want to serve their customers. It should be by appointment only. They should have all the foods they have available in an open display so customers can see what they’re buying. Otherwise it all just feels like a huge rip off!

They always take of you. And they always have something on sale.

Wow I did not know there was a store, I was ordering on line paying those high shipping fees, depends on how much you spend from $15 and up, so this store had some great buy 1 get 2 free on some items, Loved it . Only wish is that they build one in my area Hialeah Gardens or Miami Lakes, closer then Pembroke Pines, Oh and problem with hours open, only to 6 pm or 7pm is hard for me to get there after work. I will never make it and sat and sun open 11 and close like 6 or 7, If it open sun like 8 or 9 am I could go or close some time at 9 pm, but I just happen to be off today my birthday . Only way is if i am off or send someone, :( guess I will be going back to online order, too bad really like this store .Nice employee, very helpful, clean .

Omaha Steaks are famous as is but this store just got it. Very clean, the personal is very helpful. Just tell them what you need and a minute later you got it on the counter.

The best quality meats going loved for years

I havent been to this location in a while and Theo was fantastic. Theo was extremely pleasant and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable about the products!

Omaha Steaks scammed my wife and I out of money. Beware of this company. We had been long time customers until we placed an order online. The deliverey address, somehow was not entered correctly by the customer service rep when placing the order. The package was delivered to a wrong address.We were initially told it would be resent, but received a call a few days later to tell us they had listened to a tape of the telephone call and determined we gave the wrong address. When I asked to hear the tape, the company denied my request and told me to get a COURT ORDER. Johnny, the customer service rep was very smug and not helpful at all. Its was a small order, unlike the large amounts of money we used to spend in the Omaha Steak store, but its the principal of the matter.So NO FOOD and NO REFUND. What a poor business practice. We will never shop here again and encourage others to also not frequent this place. I wish I could say how I really feel, but trying to be politically correct. My wife and I work hard for our money and to have it taken by a large company is obscene.
