I had a problem as I bought a new cell phone and needed to get the sim card to work....the staff there actually called the cell service provider on my behalf and was able to walk me through what I had had to do.......great service......Great staff..... Ieven sought out the manager on duty and praised the staff at the cell phone counter.......

This tmobile was okay but the wait was extremely long. I believe i was in there for at least an hour before seeing anyone which was quite aggravating and the staff seemed to be slow at whatever they were doing. Once i was helped it was okay but even that took forever too. I guess its the staff and location.
