Ian was amazing. He greeted us as we entered the store. Then he was very patient and informative as we made several selections then narrowed down to final selections. He then checked our insurance to make sure that we got the best deal possible. Ian also makes sure to sanitize all of the glasses that we used during our try on to make sure that everyone stays healthy and safe, a definite must visit if you need eye or sunglasses.

Faith and Ian did an amazing job as they always do. They both love helping people select frames and explaining all their lens options. They made sure I got the best price and will always come back to this store

Had a great experience at LensCrafters in Pembroke Gardens. Ordered a great pair of prescription sunglasses, and when they came in, noticed the color was not like the sample pair I tried on and were much darker. The staff went over the options with me and ordered me a replacement pair with lighter lenses. Great customer Service!

Dr Randa Djabri, Faith and Shanny were absolutely amazing. I use to go to Lens Crafters in the Pines Mall but stopped using LC bcuz the customer service there was atrocious. Needed a Sunday appointment and bcuz they are one of the only companies that are open on Sunday I was forced to try LC again. Called the Pines mall LC and after their trademark bad Customer Service on the phone I called this branch in Pembroke Gardens. Best decision of the month! Great customer service from the first words spoken on the phone by Shanny to her intake process. She was simply amazing! Dr Djabri was comforting and informative during my examination process. Faith was helpful and responsive during the frame selection and buying process. The cost of getting and eye exam and buying Eyewear is not cheap so keeping a certain level of professionalism, patience and responsiveness should be standard. This young crew were on their game! I usually buy name brand glasses with all the trimmings and I pay out of pocket so I dont appreciate bad customer service. I WILL DEFINITELY be back to this branch and Ill send my tribe this way too. I had such a wonderful experience. I just paid over $900 for some designer shades from Louis Vuitton and they we bent and I didn’t notice it. I went to Louis Vuitton and it was going to take them almost a month to return my shades. I was in the neighborhood and stopped at the local LensCrafters store. I was greeted by Alexis who instantly helped me out and repaired my shades in 5 minutes. His customer service is second to none, if you’re looking for new eyewear I highly recommend to pay him a visit and have him take care of you. Thank you Alexis.

Dr. Larkin was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and kind. I was recommended by a friend of mine who went to this location and also saw Dr. Larkin. She absolutely loved her interaction with her and the rest of the staff and recommended myself and another friend there immediately after her appointment. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else to be honest.The frame selections were great! They had sassy frames and classic frames; something for everyone! And I absolutely love the location.

This location is extremely clean, providing touchless options with sanitizer. The front desk staff, optical assistant and doctor were all very friendly and professional. There was no wait time for my appointment and the process was very efficient. They offer the latest technology for a complete eye exam.Dr. Kathryn Larkin is extremely friendly and professional. The exam is not rushed, the doctor explains the functions of the tests. She also provided options for additional eye care outside of prescriptions. There was absolutely no pressure to make any purchases with them. I got the $89 complete eye exam with the $39 additional retinal scan. The doctor also took the time to show my all the images of the retinal scan and explain them completely.I would travel out of my way to go to this facility with Dr. Larkin.

Omg I really enjoyed coming to this LensCrafters. The eye exam with Dr. Larkin was phenomenal. I did not feel rushed, and she was very pleasant. The Optician Faith was very professional, she provided great customer service with a smile, took her time helping me find the best frames that fit my face, while also making sure she followed the new COVID-19 rules, her customer Service was Exceptional. Exceptional service! My family felt safe being in the store because it was spotless. All the staff members were accommodating.

First time visiting at this location and the customer service was bad. My husband and I waited about 25 mins just to have our glasses cleaned off that we would like to try on. Either this place is understaffed or they don’t know how to keep the flow going. I’m all for waiting but not when Alex is talking about what kind of food he likes to eat with the customers he’s suppose to be ringing out. It would have been nice if one of the employees said hey let me just take a second to clean off their glasses they picked out and then I’ll continue with ringing you out.

“You get what you pay for!”I did not come to Lenscrafters thinking they were too expensive and therefore took my kid to a competitor. Moral of my story- come to a place where technology and customer service is superior. Yes - I had to pay a little more than competitor but I couldn’t be happier with outcome. The doctor took the time to ensure my 10 year old felt comfortable and technology impressed my son. The sales person took the time to explain all of my lens options and they have a 50%off sale for kids.I had a group of people helping my son find the perfect pair. I thought they were just being nice because they wanted to make a sale. A few days later I returned to pick up glasses and they remembered me and greeted me with the same smile. Thank you to the entire staff for helping my son see and for showing me the difference in quality eye care.

The office hours are flexible and they are very accommodating. From the assistants to the doctors, they were all extremely friendly and professional. I had an exceptional experience at the LensCrafters at The Shops At Pembroke Gardens for my computer/reading progressive lens. Getting a computer and reading progressive lens can be very difficult. I was helped by a sales associate Daidania, who used my existing lens to get a better idea of the lens parameters beyond the prescription. She spent quite some time calculating and adjusting the approximate dividing lines between the computer and reading areas on the frame, which is a bit larger than the previous. The glasses, which were delivered today, came out perfect. Thanks also to the supervisor Maria. I will likely return to this Lenscrafters shop in the future years.

A week earlier I went to the lenscrafters on pines blvd and it was the worst experience ever. I have been a lenscrafters customer since 2013 and I was considering going elsewhere for my glasses. Matter of fact I went to the pembroke gardens location to return my glasses I purchased at the pines blvd store. However Maria was a lifesaver. She was just wonderful. I ended up leaving with new glasses and got lenses for a another pair

I went this past weekend with my son to this particular store. We both had an excellent experience. Every single employee that we spoke with was amazing and very knowledgeable. The doctor was just wonderful. Loved her. I specially loved dealing with Diana. She was just simply the best! Great selection of glasses (both for me and my son) to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Will be coming back yearly!

Starting with my sunglass wrong prescription and my glasses. today actually will be my 3rd time back to the store and their manager doesn’t know what happen 3 times she’s been helping me. If I can give this store zero stars I would . I come to this store a lot because I love the merchandise they sell. today I was very disappointed. I take extremely good care of my glasses . I went to put my glasses but the top piece where is hooked just fell off . I walked in the store and the lady there told me they couldn’t fix them . She sent me to lens crafters . I didn’t buy the glasses at lens grafters I bought them here . She checked in the system and the glasses were less a year old and all she can do since they didn’t have the same glasses in stock was give me half of what I paid for . My husband walks in and asks her if she was the manager come to find out she was but was not very friendly at all or helpful . He told her we weren’t coming back they lost a very good customer . We have a long account of how many glasses we have purchased from them .this isn’t the first time they bail out on their warranty so do not buy any glasses from this store . They are quick to sell you but when it comes down to replacing is another story . They send you to lens crafters lol .

I had to comment on the customer service experience that I had today at this store. I was greeted and helped by Daydonya she helped me pick out glasses and held them for me. Then for my eye exam Shauny was great - was lighthearted and fun. Dr. Larkin too was very professional and explained everything very well. Overall I was there over an hour and just had an amazing experience. I will DEFINeTELY recommend everyone go there for glasses !

My initial visit was not a bad visit, but nothing spectacular. Had to go back because I had headaches with my glasses. The Dr refused to see me or speak to me after I waited 1 hour to see her, even though I asked if I could speak with her about the issue before I checked in. I could over hear the Dr and her assistant talking about me in the back stating “I am not speaking to her”. Then proceeded to send her assistant to let me know she was going to lunch. I’m sure she would not have done this to a white person. Racism still exists. Hope you don’t need healthcare help and be told “I’m sorry I’m going to lunch”. Well guess what you prescribed my lens too strong, which is why I had headaches when I wore my glasses. Visited another ophthalmologist who gave far better service than you did and my new lens are perfect. I have been a Lenscrafters customer for 8 years and thought I’d try a new location that was close to home, but new isn’t always better and this scenario proved that.

Horrible, horrible service. I have had exams and purchased glasses here for two years. Year one...... one pair, I never wore. They were really messed up. Year two.... purchased reading and sunglasses. They had to remake the sunglasses three times to get them right. The reading glasses keep falling apart with the lenses falling out. I have been back to the store four times to get them fixed. Today I was back again. Neither of the two employees could fix them. What a mess. I will never go back here.Just FYI... I like the eye doctor there, but the store is a mess.
