It was a wonderful experience! The doctor was very thorough and efficient. Very professional. Answered all my questions and the testing took 20mins max. Luis was very friendly and extremely helpful!! Took his time to show me different lens till I found the ones I wanted. He was very attentive and caring. I’m very happy with the results. Choosing glasses 👓 is always a tough choice but with Luis’ help you can never go wrong! Thank you Target 🎯 optical of Pines!!! Great Team work!!

I havent purchased new glasses in several years. Once I got my new prescription for both glasses and contacts, my friend highly recommended Target in Pembroke Pines. Their selection of glasses is impressive with a wide variety of frames. Most importantly, Ramses was phenomenal in helping me pick out the right frame for my face and very knowledgeable in choosing the right lenses for my high prescription. Im so thankful for his help. This is the most seamless experience Ive had when getting new glasses and contacts. I highly recommend this store and its all thanks to Ramses.

A couple of weeks ago I went with my own prescription to purchase glasses at the target optical in Pembroke Pines and needless to say I had the best experience of my life. Luis and Ramses are the definition of amazing. They both went above and beyond to help me out through the process. From the selection of frames, to breaking down my prescription and explaining what everything meant. Before this visit I had no knowledge of the different types of lenses, coatings, and benefits they offer. As it was my first time wearing progressives I had many questions and doubts about wearing them as I’ve heard a lot of negative things about them, they took their times walking me through all my questions and answer them without hesitation. When my glasses finally arrived the vision was extremely clear and they were very patience explaining how they worked and the expectations. A week after wearing I am loving them, I have perfect vision up close and far, there’s no need to switch glasses anymore. My son who also needed glasses and was going to be his first time wearing them was very exited as they made the process fun for him. I am extremely happy with their service, I would give them 1000 stars if I could. For anyone with optical need I would highly recommend going to see Luis and Ramses, they will take care of all your needs.

What a great visit!!!! Ramses was the best consultant anyone could ever have. He makes sure that he walks you through the whole process and makes your life easier. He helped me and my family pick out glasses and had so much patience. I would give him more stars if I could.

First off, I would like to state that talking to Luis and Ramses is like talking to family. A very great atmosphere to be in (this is my second time going here). Will gladly come here again when the time comes!

Unfortunately, I have to take the time to write the review because of a few incidents at this Target Optical. Please, try to find another provider and avoid this location.1. I went there with a frame I really liked and I asked if I can change out the lenses to which they agreed however they did say if they break I would have to choose a frame that’s of “equivalent value” to the one I had. About a week later I get a call saying whoever was switching the lenses out broke the frame beyond repair and I would have to come in to choose another frame. I couldn’t believe it because there’s no way of telling who broke it and when but you have to agree that this can happen so I picked another frame but of course it could not replace the one I really liked.2. I ordered a pair of contacts and they said it would be 5-7 business days and I should be receiving a call to pick up. 10 business days passed and I called, they said they have no record of me ever purchasing a pair of contacts there and I would have to provide proof of my receipt to show I bought them. I couldn’t find the receipt but I had my bank statement saying Target Optical, but that wouldn’t suffice. I finally found my receipt and they said they’re so sorry that someone forgot to put in my prescription and that it would be another 7-10 business days for my contacts to come in.3. I went in for a scheduled appointment. I booked in of course a year in advance, being an educator I book all my appointments in the summer. When I went they asked if I confirmed, I did, a few weeks prior. They said they have no record of me confirming. I showed them and they asked did I go through the process of confirming which I did but they said it’s not in the system and I would have to schedule for next week. I refused.This is the first review I’ve written for one star because I understand that people read these to make decisions for their eye care among other needs. Please, go to another place that will accommodate your vision needs more succinctly and professionally. The owner will more than like follow up saying they would like to hear more but I believe this is comprehensive enough. Addressing it with staff will not suffice because clearly it’s happened on a few occasions so I’m trying to save someone the trouble. There are a myriad of eye care providers to choose from, honestly, this is not one of them.

I always go to this location because Dr. Salla and the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Luis in particular, was extremely helpful today, from helping with the selection and order of my glasses and contacts, to helping me save money using my insurance and store discounts. I highly recommend it! Thank you Luis for helping me save money and for helping me make the best choice.

I will forever be thankful for Ramses. Two weeks ago I went with my son to get he’s glasses fixed as he broke them. Previously to coming to target in Pembroke Pines two other places had said they were unable to fix them. Lastly I came to this store 10 minutes before they closed and Ramses took the time to inspect my glasses and not only fix them as other stores couldn’t but he left them better than they ever were. This guys knows what he’s doing!!! He also talked to me about kid promotions and warranties they had available. He’s amazing service led to me purchase an extra pair of glasses for my son with warranty in case of any damage. He also talked about the team being great which now made me and my family and forever customer of this store. Even though the store was closed he went above and beyond to help me with this problem as my son couldn’t see, he didn’t mind staying a little bit late to make his customer happy. I will forever be grateful for him. Anyone reading this review go see him!!!

Luis and the rest of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my vision insurance. I am so glad I chose the Target Optical on Pines Blvd and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very quick and easy to deliver contacts home

Two weeks go I went with my son to purchase glasses for him and when I went to the store it was empty. I waited until the young lady came back from getting coffee. She came in the store while FaceTiming someone and rudely told me to wait. She said as on her phone for 10 minutes before offering any help. This is unacceptable employees who don’t want to work should be there. Terrible service will never return to target

Great service! I have been a customer of this store for a long time all because of the great service from Ivonne, the best customer service person I met ever, and Doctor Shannon, great doctor. I just met today Doctor Richard Valdez for the first time and I can see what a great team this Target Optical Store has. He is super, these guys are like twins wheb it comes to great service and patient care. They are so professional and the best thing is, in comparison to other places like Lenscrsfter at sawgrass mall, they really care about you. I strongly recommend this store and have the opportunity to meet the best customer service: Yvonne (she speaks spanish and english).

Wonderful service! Dr salla took her time and was very informative along with staff luis with a combined effort to try on so many different frames that made me feel comfortable for my final choosing.

This location is very disorganized. Customer service skills are very poor. I did not have a good experience and will not be coming back in the future.
