They need to have more than 1 person helping customers. I have been standing out here 15 minutes waiting for help. There is only 1 lady helping...

I wait for 2 weeks for an appointment and when I get there I wasnt on the list, I updated my phone at that time, they get it, but not appointment, is not the first time :(

I was a walk on a Saturday afternoon and was pleased to be able to see the doctor. I appreciate the professional attitude and treatment at this location. After completing the required paperwork I was able to see the doctor immediately. Dr. Le was so professional and I was so pleased with the examine. The exam was through yet quick and I was so pleased with my new contact lenses. Great staff and service! Thanks.I had to return after two weeks since I was having a little problem with my contacts. Dr. Le was very patient with me and helped me to understand what was happening with my contacts. I am truly impressed with this office and the professionalism. I was so impressed with the office staff but even more impressed with Dr. Le and he caring and nurturing skills. Thanks for a job well done! I will be back and will be sending my friends.

Excellent service. Doctor explained everything to me--from the strength of my prescription, to what Id expect when I pick up my glasses. Frames are inexpensive as well. About a year ago, I went to another place to have my eyes checked, and the only frames on display were designer frames at $200 or more!! The less expensive ones were hidden away in a drawer.

Both doctors were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They pinpointed my eye problem right away. I was seen promptly and their office was very clean and organized. The treatments they recommended really helped my eyes recover. I highly recommend this vision center for all your optical needs!

I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center in Davie and I didnt have an appointment but my eyeglasses were broken beyond repair and I was due for an eye exam anyway. I know the doctor was very busy and it was also the afternoon. However, Dr. Cuc T. Le, OD, did not turn me away and took me in. I was so happy she still fitted me in her busy afternoon schedule. She took the time to do my eye exam for contacts and glasses, and other procedure I wanted. She is very professional and pleasant and easy to speak to. Her staff was also very nice.I then took my prescription to have my glasses done there and Susan took time to explain my options for lenses and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center - Davie.

Flexible appointment scheduling, excellent customer service, attentive doctors who treat patients like people, not numbers. I was provided with a vision solution which optimized my insurance benefits and as well made aware of available manufacturers rebate programs. No reason to go elsewhere!

Dr. Van is great. I visit once each year and she is nothing but friendly and very knowledgeable. They do such a great job here and I would do nothing but recommend their services to anyone that is looking to for an optometrist.

It was my first time going to Walmart Vision Center after going to Costco for so many years. Costco has always been very good but I was really impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the front desk staff and doctor. I initially went for contacts but also got my yearly eye exam while I was there. Very professional staff and good choice of contacts/glasses.

I am not sure what Suzette Fletcher is talking about but I have to say my husband and I are first time customers of the vision center and I could not praise more about Zoe (Suzette if your going to slander someone atleast spell their name correctly). Zoe was extremely professional and helped my husband and I though the process with ease. She even assisted the doctor and even the doctor complimented her. She even went out of her way go over our benefits and pick out frames. I feel that Zoe is an excellent asset to the vision center. Zoe keep up the great work and because of you we are patients there for life .Suzzette maybe its good thag youve taken your business elsewhere because they dont need to have your negative attitude anyway.

My experience was wonderful!! I am a student on a budget with no insurance so being able to get medical care at an affordable price is highly unlikely. The front desk associates are very professional and approachable. My doctor was awesome, Dr. Ho was the one who examined my eyes thoroughly. He was very gentle and friendly so I felt very happy and fortunate to be in his hands. He gave me a bit of background information on the tests and results of my vision so I learned something new too. Overall, I recommend this place to my friends and family whenever I can because everything about this Vision Center is top-notch. By the way, I paid a little over $100 for my contact lenses visit which included a box of the trials of the daily disposable Acuvue, the follow-up, and an exam that was not required but was recommended on top of the ones that you always do for a deep examination of the retina.

I am very pleased with the service. Doctors and staff display professionalism in all aspects of their duties.

The Vision Center ataff and doctors are some of the most professional and service focused people I have ever met. I trust them with handling the eyecare exams for my enitre family! Dr. Le is great and shows you she cares about your health and eyesight improvement.

The eye doctor at the Wal Mart Vision center was excellent. I would recommend them for an eye exam but not for the price of their glasses.

This place saved my eyes. I came in without appointment. When Dr. Hue K Ho noted i had a partially detached retina, she made arrangements for me to see a specialist the same day. Later that day, an out-patient procedure was done to save my vision.A true professional.

Optometrist is very nice . Optricians are helpful.

Terrible service. Had to wait 30 minutes to get a nose piece replaced. Eventually just walked out!

Bad experience. They changed my daughters appointment. We left unattended. The girl at the front desk said that I was the one who was wrong. She blamed me for the mistake she made. I have always taken my daughter to this place, but I will never go again. I do not recommend it.
