They close around 8 pm. Dont pick up the phone when calling. Wasted of time and gas to find the door locked.

For the love of GOD, RUN. Im not even going to go in on the empty shelves. The customer service is better anywhere else. Like just go to Sallys if you have to. These people are rude and from the looks of it theyre on their way out of business anyway. Just help them speed up the process.

We are disappointed because we arrived at 9 pm because google maps said it closed at 10 pm and once we got there an employee said it was closed even though the lights were on.

Very disappointed. The store barely had anything. 5 or 6 items that i went into the store for were not available.

Horrible customer service, if I could give them a 0 I definitely would. I was in line first and a man who works there assisted a person that wasn’t standing there before me then on top of that the girl over the counter saw me and didn’t even offer assistance either. I will never go to this low budget hair place ever again, only reason why I went this time is because it is convenient to my job

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE GOING!It is very unfortunate what happened recently since I purchase all my hair products at this store even though I have another hair supply store closer to me. The only reason I return to this very store it is because of the young lady who is very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the hair products.When a hair supply store stock their shelves with bad products from China, they should take responsibilities for it. However, a manage from this store tells me that he cant give me a refund nor exchange for value of the product which was accompany by a receipt.Its a shame since I like going to this store but I will cut my lost and go where customer service means more than just a sale. I will be contacting BBB to inform them of the products that are being sold in the store.If you have any merchandise you would like to exchange due to how its made, please dont go to this store. They will not take responsibilities for any possible damages.

My wife called beforehand to make sure they had the product we needed and the lady was nice and said yes but when I got there to purchase it (which was half an hour before closing time) they had the door locked and the guy standing around pretended he couldnt see me. I waited for them to come out and it was STILL before closing time and I explained my wife had just called and I drove there as soon as we heard they had the product and he asked if I was paying cash he would let me purchase it, if not then no. I told him I didnt have cash and I pointed out that they closed at 10pm according to what they told me over the phone and what was on the door. His response were gone by 10pm, we dont close at 10pm. Dont bother in giving them your business, the customer isnt to their interest and its no wonder they have to close up early because business isnt booming for them.

The store is okay. Hair extensions are expensive for small bundles, wigs are good, and the extensions not behind the desk last for a couple of weeks. Dont always have supplies restocked and the customer service is slow. But on the positive it does have good hair products for washing or styling.

I purchased my first wig. The sales girl named Melody was so helpful and pleasant. I would definitely go back to the store for all my hair and make-up supplies.

This beauty supply store completely jacks their prices. You could order from Amazon, have $5 shipping, and itll still be cheaper than QBSS. They do have a wide variety of products, but their wigs suck. Also customer service is absolute sh**.

The service was horrible and hair quality. I brought Marley hair from them and the texture felt like kanekalon hair. I could have saved money buying that hair instead. I went to return it they close at 8 I showed up 10 min before and they already closed down and would not let me exchange. The manager wouldnt even speak to me he just ignored me and shoved me off.

Im just giving 5 stars so everybody can see my comment, this place is terrible and the owner its an idiot, they sold me a Babyliss Nano Titanium that doesnt work and I tried to change it and the owner didnt change it or returned my money. Im not buying anything else here. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!

Got what I needed for my blowout

I am very disappointed,until I had the need to return a few extensions that gave the same length of my hair, do not use or ungrace them and take the ticket had not spent 24 hours and I invented a stupid excuse, I did not return the money, hopefully they come of profit my tip, because never again I return and I hope nobody returns there bad treatment.

Staff very RUDE see you looking up for products and they dont even offer customers services and when ask questions they look at you with Attitude and on a nasty tuned if you dont find it then means we dont have it ..
