I met Alvina as I was pursuing the lies looking for beauty items. She ask if I wanted to try the brow makeup and I did. She did a phenomenal job. She explained what she was doing, ask for my feedback. I appreciated that. Alvina was so friendly and informative she gave me exactly what I needed .. she provided amazing service!

Thank goodness Alvina approached me to offer her assistance with my makeup purchase. I had two other ultra beauty reps that I had to flag down that were not knowledgeable about the products there and I had given up hope. Not only did she help me with me finding the right products, she slayed my eyebrows and taught me how to properly apply my makeup (which I thought I was doing right all these years 🙄). I had a bad experience with the previous eyebrow threading from another place and decided to try Ulta. Alvina was great. She reassured me that I will love her work and will fix my brows, granted there’s still room for improvement as I need to continue allowing the hair to regrow. Indeed, her work was great. She thoroughly sanitized EVERYTHING before use, from my seat, all the tools, even the clipboard where she attached the piece of paper that I had to sign. I will go back to see her again.

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Avina - she shaped them perfectly and the tint color matched and actually made me look like I had natural eyebrows.

Alvina did a wonderful job with my eyebrows. She also recommended products that would keep me look great until my next visit.
