Will never shop at Sephora again. Will just order through amazon as their return policy changed and could not even exchange my foundation for the correct color

I have never been to this location and felt unwelcome. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always put a smile on my face and they are always courteous. This is my favourite Sephora by far.

It’s really hard these days to find such an extraordinary customer service in retail store. Well, last night I went to Sephora to buy the Olaplex system for my mother in law, let me tell you I had it on my shopping cart for a week, but last night I decided to go to the store and I found Claudia well, I don’t know if that was good or bad because I was supposed to spend around $180 and I ended spending more than $400. Claudia was great, her knowledge is incredible, the security with which she speaks is amazing, you don’t doubt for a minute what she is telling you. She definitely is an asset to your company, and trust me I want to work for mine. At the check out process we were attended by Lee, wow she was also a sweet person and has a great charisma. I left the store with $450 less in my wallet and I don’t know if the products are going to work but definitely this is my go to store just because those 2 women.

My wife and I were shopping Feb 22 2021. My wife was in the shopping mood for some foundation and I found myself by the fragrance wall. I found a really cool fragrance line I don’t even remember the name but was approached by a team member who told me it was unisex but pointed out the more male oriented fragrances. I found two that I loved and my wife love but unfortunately I was smelling the fragrances “wrong” with my mask off instead of pulling down my mask by my nose. The Supervisor I’m guessing names Lee or Leigh was a little aggressive with her tone. I ended up not purchasing anything and neither did my wife. There’s a certain way of approach for customers these days with covid and masks and keeping up corporate policy. The store being empty at the time with no one in our vicinity I think could of warranted a better approach for me smelling the fragrances. The supervisor did end up apologizing after reprimanding the team member in front of us and did give my wife a tiny gift bag of sample fragrances. Covid is such a weird time nowadays stay safe out there.
This location had excellent service. They went above and beyond. I felt like their only customer that mattered. I got my Birthday gift even though it passed months ago. And the Fenty Beauty Line is divine!!!!

I went into the store and I was constantly harassed by the personnel. My friend and I were followed and even yelled at by an honest mistake of us trying an eyeshadow. Things with Covid are hard and understandable I do not disagree with the policy of the company but the employees made me so uncomfortable I had to leave unable to even make my purchase. I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I was just discriminated at this location for my physical handicap which an employee didn’t like. I am handicapped. I parked in one (of several) pick up parking spots in front of the store because there was no handicapped parking available anywhere else. Johanna from the store then came outside and started and argument with me telling me I couldn’t park there and yelled at me “what my problem was” . I was very calm the entire time and explained my physical disability. I am also a gay man. She told me she has the right to refuse entrance to ANYONE she doesn’t want in the store. Several people in line next to me where there and I’ve never been so humiliated by anyone. Johanna should not be allowed to work there this is discrimination!!! I am filing a complaint with the State of Florida, the better business bureau and with the EEOC

The rudest staff ever. They would try not to spend long time with the customer. They wont do the hard job of trying makeup on you. Three of them took care of me apparently, and none of them tried hard enough to make me feel comfortable. I used to come to this place very often a year ago, but, the staff they actually have dont deserve the position they currently have. I would not return to this place ever again.
This Sephora store pet products that many others of forest dont have, that can only be gotten online. Everybody there was very helpful. The staff was ethnically diverse. The products what are ethnically diverse. The Sephora brand has a great array of the verse color palette that Im more inclusive of black women as well.

Rude manager. Had a gift receipt (for $73.00 )and it was declined with no reason given, I said I wanted to exchange it for about $200.00 worth of merchandise in the store. I asked him if he could override it so he wouldnt loose the sale. He refused. Went to Macys and bought it there. That will be my last time at sephora. WHO NEEDS IT!!

Honestly Ive been to this Sephora a few times and Ive never had a bad experience. I went into the store today and was quickly greeted by Angie!!! Angie was so sweet and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! In addition she matched me so freaking quick! She knows what shes doing Great customer service from her! Would definitely shop there again.
Natalia at the cash register was so nice and helped me with what types of undertones I should find and lipstick when I asked her for advice. It was excellent service and usually I feel awkward going into places that don’t have good costumer service but this was a amazing Sephora location and you guys have a great team !

Great Customer Service. I Love that they have a variety in make-up, hair and skin care. Their staff are usually experienced cosmetologists and I appreciate the feed back and suggestions they offer about brands and promotions. Plus, they have weekly wows which is regarding price reductions on items.

Horrible customer service. I returned some items and the rep didnt seem like she wanted to be there let alone do anything. Barely a smile, maybe just a smirk if that. While I was waiting, a lady walked up to the counter and asked if they were open and one of the reps with a long pony tail told her oh yeah the line is right behind her, then looked at her coworker and gave her that are you serious stare - looked like she wanted to roll her eyes. When I was done, I then proceed to try to color match my back(for a tattoo) at a station and did not get any help. We asked one person but she walked off and went somewhere(she did come back to give me a basket after I was done and picked out my products - wow). We asked another girl to help really fast and all she said was to try Kat Von D, its right over there, I have to go to the back. Didnt even try to get another person. The other reps were just staring and glancing and then continued to talk in their group/huddle at the counter. Reason being for the staring is I had to pull up my shirt but its not like I was naked. Maybe someone could have helped with color matching to speed up the process then people wouldnt stare so hard. But no. I received no help.
It is always fun cruising through Sephora. Love looking at new products and getting the lastest info on new stuff. Staff always helpful.
I was so excited to go into this store to re-stock my makeup supplies. While Nikki, the last person I encountered, was very friendly, the first two makeup agents (Christian and another young lady) were quite rude. They both refused to help me and disappeared when I asked questions about products. Christian also refused to provide ANY samples, stating the containers were out of stock, but Nikki was able to provide a couple when I was heading out. I was a little confused by this treatment, especially since I spent close to $200. I felt a little isolated and mistreated. When I mentioned this to the cashier, her response was, “I don’t believe that,” rather than an, “I’m sorry you had this experience.” While I speak some Spanish, I’m left feeling that if I was fluent or native, I would have been treated better, as this was my observation with other customers. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and I will not be spending money at this location anymore.

They are great at pointing while talking on the radio and then quickly walking away. Come prepared so you dont waste their time, seems they dont have much to dedicate to customers.

Some of the staff here is great, but thats just because they are good, polite people. Others there, not so much. They require training in customer service and basic common courtesy. This store is clearly lacking in good management and all the poor reviews reflect it.
This Sephora store is one of the best in town. The staff is very friendly and they offer great help with getting your color matches or finding items. Check out is always a breeze and they almost always have items needed in stock. I love visiting here and would rather go to this one than any of the others around.

I went there to get my make up done for graduation pictures, and the service was strange to say The girls on the floor need to assist customers. The cashiers were the only ones working. The girls working on the floor helping people look for make up, and working on make up, were taking pictures of themselves, and coworkers. Some even began to fix their own make up and while at the make over center, while at the moment the store was filled with guest.
If you are African American I suggest you don’t go to this location unless you want to be profiled and followed around the entire time without anyone asking can they help you. The guy working there stood less than 5ft away from me and watched me the entire time, he stood there for about 3 minutes then had his coworker take his place as he went in the back. I had every intention to buy new perfume, but refuse to give them my service after that treatment!
Brenna was so helpful after Joanna who was very professional saved me from an employee ( didn’t catch her name) who gave me a matte lipstick and just left me sitting like a bump on a log I was very pleased with the customer service of Maryland she suggested I sign up for points card and completed my transaction with ease nice rebounds ladies

This has to be the rudest staff I have ever met in my life. The smiles are fake no one wants to help you or assist you and you practically have to hunt someone down for assistance One of the ladies in there I think her name is Jessica is so rude. I will not be coming back to this place I would rather drive further distance then to come back here.
Where do I start. The customer service is trash I had someone to find my match in nars foundation. First off she put the The foundation on the back of her hand Used her fingers And started to apply the foundation on my face so rough without my permission. That is so unhygienic.. it was disgusting. She also poked me in the eye, She was moving so fast. She Gave me a sample without writing anything on the bag. I had to take a picture myself. I had other questions to ask but, I felt like I was interrupting her conversation with her coworkers about spring break.. she asked me is that it? and left.. how rude. This is not the first time Ive been to this Location and had a problem. They need completely new staff from top to bottom.. smh.

Holy cow. This was the most distasteful shopping experience. On principle, no one should shop there. I went to Sephora to buy a full face of makeup. Maybe 10 salespeople approached me and asked if I needed help in a 30 minute window, some with genuine kindness, others oddly aggressively. I brush it off-- maybe they are overstaffed? However, I noticed that 3 of them that offered to help me, left the other customers nearby at peace. A few even seemed to watch me as I browsed and talk about me into their headpiece.I grabbed a few products and asked if there was somewhere I could try out the makeup and a salesperson invited me to sit in the vanity in the front of the store. Now, I have a question about a product. Im literally looking at the salespeople in the eye to get their attention and they ignore me.Ive found a few items Id like to purchase, and now I just need a lip color. I grab a few testers and head back to the vanity. Storm ensues.Joanna snips at me in sharp tone stammering with pent up frustration, You need to put back all the testers you have. Okay, I say. Ive never worked retail, but I get it. It can be frustrating to feel like people treat you like a maid. But there is definitely a more tactful way to deliver this message-- she was super hostile.Then, literally in the same breath, Sheryl approaches me. She asks about the testers, with this tinge of Youve tested all these things and youre not going to buy anything. attitude. I show her the items I d like to purchase. She tells me that Ive done this before. I ask, done what? She accuses me of going to a lot of Sephoras and doing this. Its literally my first time in a Sephora and I have no makeup at home and I was there to buy everything at once. Then she asks what Im going to buy. I very clearly show her the products, AGAIN. Then she tells me I cant buy the testers! Shes not making sense anymore. I ask her, Is there a problem here? and that goes nowhere because she cant exactly admit that she just stereotyped me and hates people that look like me. Shes super incoherent at this point and just fumbling. She grabs the basket of testers from me like Im a child and walks away. Then I overhear her speaking in Spanish telling the other salespeople that Im not even going to buy anything there!I just read the reviews and I see that there are many other people that complain about being followed in this store and being stereotyped. Its very disgusting and although its not all the salespeople that do this, there is definitely a vile culture there. Many of the salespeople that were acting discriminatory were minorities themselves. If this happens to you, make sure you log a complaint by calling 1-877-SEPHORA.

Okay so this has to be the most annoying Sephora you’ll ever step into. This is a very clean store, and some of the employees are nice but majority of them have this compulsive need to follow you the second you walk into the store. They are constantly staring at you and making me NOT want to buy anything. They stalk you as if you are trying to steal something. Nina was very sweet and was super educated on all the products and great at color matching!! I’m not going to name any other names because if you don’t have anything good to say... don’t say anything at all. This stores staff needs new costumer service training to learn how to not follow people around creepily while they try to swatch and buy new products. Like another guy said, this store is amazing at pointing at people, talking into the walkie talkie and then walking away. It makes me sad because there are some employees that I love at this store!! This is my local Sephora and all I ask is that I’m not followed around the whole time I’m in the store. It makes people uncomfortable and turns away customers.
I just came from there. I remember a month back my mom went in to get her foundation review and it was an amazing experience so I decided that I would go there for sure when I was ready. I wish i didnt. The initial person that greeted me when i walked in was very friendly and directed me to someone else in no time. This other person, I dont know if they were having a bad day but she was very curt and standoffish. I kept asking her about other brands but she didnt seem interested in talking about anything else other than the one brand she really likes. Putting on the makeup I felt like i was being beat up. I did major surgery a few months back and she was very rough around the scar while putting on the foundation. I really needed this and quickly so I didnt couldnt even say let me leave. After just handing me the box I had to ask another person if the foundation looked ok. She was very pleasant and assured me that it was a good match. I was hoping to get other things from the store but just took the that item and left.Probably will try to go to another one to get the other things.
Customer service is trash. The sales lady with the terrible fillers and limp leg had the nerve to tell me my skin is bad when she had no room to talk. I’ll just order my stuff online rather than being ridiculed by a woman whose face doesn’t even move and has a million cracks in her face like the Grand Canyon.
This is torture if you are stuck for 2 hours because your wife tricked you into it. Management please consider some alternative for the poor souls that have no other way to get out of it. Chairs, coffee, a TV in the back something to make less painful.

This Sephora is a dream to come inside. I live all the way in Miami and it gives me joy to drive from Miami to Pembroke gardens. I cant have a better experience every time I go in lucky enough to have a Grace every time as my helper if I have any questions whats so ever. The managers are all helpful and exchanging cant be any easier.

Sephora at Pembroke Gardens really went out of their way in terms of service. Nancy helped me choose the GHD straightener by showing me a live demonstration o my own hair. They offered all the right products and even wrapped it for me. Nancy and Sephora you are live savers!
Customer service is selective there. Majority of the girls either huddle up in groups or pairs and just talk amongst themselves. Im a novice when it comes to makeup, every time I would ask for help, they would either point for me to go somewhere without coming with me to help, show me the most expensive thing, or, like last night, a young girl with really curly hair at the register looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her a question about a product. Ultimately, I always feel like the employees there try not to make eye contact or only help those who are already experts in makeup. Its frustrating for someone who tends to be shy and new to wearing makeup.

Worst Sephora Ive ever been to. The employees followed me throughout my whole shopping experience, but when I needed to ask a question they were nowhere to be found. The manager on duty seemed to be genuinely concerned when I brought this to her attention. Very disappointed. The Sephora in the Galleria Mall is way better, the employees make me feel so welcomed every time!

I normally LOVE Sephora! This store is the one exception. The cashiers working there today were both curt, nasty and dismissive. It was early - so tiredness could not have been a factor. It was frustrating. I had to plead for gift tissue, she didn’t pack the purchase properly. When I had to fix it, she was already insisting the next person come the register - basically shoving me out of the way. It was rude and the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced at any Sephora. My friend who was with me experienced the same nastiness from her cashier.

I’ve been there so many times I’m afraid to count how many and I have spent thousands of dollars there. It is hit and miss with the employees. Usually stand around in groups of two or three and talk to each other and ignore the customers. I’m OK with that since I don’t need their help anyway, but I usually end up selling products to customers because they asked me if I work there, I’m a make up artist and I know what I’m talking about. Also they have too many kids working there. You need to have some older women who have lots of experience and know about all types of skin, not just the young kids who only know flawless skin.To the manager – hire someone who actually knows what they are talking about, a.k.a. someone 40 or older. Maybe even a license aesthetician or licensed cosmetologist would help. Get your act together!
This Sephora is the worst one I’ve been to. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve been followed around the store and stared at constantly. Some employees are more respectful than others, but for the most part, they’re ignorant and rude. Go to any other sephora if you can, because they clearly have no desire to treat customers the way they should.
I see so many bad reviews for this location so I was worried they would have gave me a problem when I had to come back to tell them the item I bought was an empty box. Thankfully they were really nice and didnt give me any trouble to give me a box with the actual item.

If I could give them zero stars I will. REALLY BAD costumer service. I ask for help to two different employees the really rude told me to wait. I waited for 15 minutes no body came. But they are not the same with everybody. Because there was a lady there that the two women I asked for help and another woman was helping her after I asked them for help. I think the reason was the way I was dressed because I was on my way to the gym. I went online I buy what I want ( not in the Sephora wedsite)
I couldn’t not get a consultant to help me at all. When I would approach one a consultant they would point me to the next person not really doing anything that person would then tell me there is someone over there doing that. Got the run around for 10 mins and walked out the store. Very unsatisfied.

This Sephora is the worst Sephora I have been to. They have a horriable staff. I asked 5 people the other day for a sample of a foundation yet they said they will be back and never returned. They are also really rude. The manager kept following my sister the other day which I found disrespectful as well. Yet when we asked for help she didn’t want to help. No one wants to help. Sephora needs to replace the whole staff in this location. With proper leadership they can have a better staff.
I went into Sephora searching for a Christmas gift. The customer service experience in this store was horrible. I asked two different employees for assistance, and was pointed around the store with no specific guidance. I have probably been in Sephora 4 times in total, so I must admit I was lost. I kept going around in circle trying to see if I could find what I was looking for. I noticed an employee stalking me as if I was going to steal something. THAT DID IT FOR ME! I was so enraged I left, and went to Ulta. Much better shopping experience.
