I usually dont make reviews but this deserves one! I came by a few days ago to buy some colognes for my husband and I really liked this place. The environment and the attention was very good. The lady who attended me, Maribel, was very caring and had a lot of patience with me. Really recommend her. BOGO deals where also pretty good and took the opportunity to buy another cologne for my nephew. Good place and service. 10/10 :)

To be honest I been to this place three times and each experience wasn’t satisfactory. The two girls who work there customer service is horrible and have trouble mandating store policy. They don’t even have proper knowledge of the merchandise there selling. They were very unprofessional, and only money hungry not caring for customers interest. Honestly your best bet is to go to perfumia. And there perfumes are overpriced to the max .... Mary Jacob Daisey got it for my wife and it 85 there but I look online Amazon it’s 43. Do your research and I urge to never to go to this store again. Customer service experience was by far the worst I experienced

This is my favorite place to shop for perfume and cologne.I have been going here to the pines location for years, theres no where else I would go to buy perfume. The staff is very helpful and patient to make sure you take what u really want.The sales are spectacular especially during holiday season.

I come here every few months and stock up on perfume..they always have a sale going on... thats what makes it easy ..then they have oldie but goodies on the clearance shelf..then they have a managers special..get ready to be sold(a little).. you can never have too many I guess.. and theyre always friendly.

I have been to this place several times and the customer service is excellent. The store is clean and neat. Each time I have gone, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jessica. She is very knowledgeable with her scents, friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find what you are looking for. She makes going there a nice experience for shopping.

I stopped in today not thinking I would buy anything. However, the customer service was great, Lori was sure to inform me of the latest and best fragrances, and she was very personable, leaving a lasting impression. I plan on returning soon. 🙂
