Service to take my order was fast and easy. The churros took long to prepare and when they came out they werent that fresh. 3/5 stars cause the staff was friendly

Two weeks ago I took my daughter to get some churros, she loves the churro sundae. I also ordered a meat empanada among other things. After finally waiting for the order to come out, I take a bite out of the empanada and its cheese. Not meat. I go back and tell the cashier and she says oh they have no more of the beef but they have chicken. Ummm OK fine Ill take it. After another wait, almost 10 mins, I finally get the empanada. Can you believe the inside was still cold! The next weekend I bring my daughter back and I have her wait in the long line by herself while I wait for some food at Charleys. I had time to east in line and get my food, come back and my daughter is still waiting to get served. Shes 11 years old! She was standing too such to the side so it is understandable that she may have not looked like she was in line. So I move her to the middle where she should of been and the same cashier who is always there, says she needs to go in the back of the line. Really? I know you saw her standing there for almost 30 minutes. Not only could she have acknowledged her presence in the first place, she could have had better customer service. Especially knowing how to treat a child or paying customers. We prefer to go to sawgrass. This location is horrible! And they need to learn English. Thanks.

Horrible customer service, were told by one employee by the name gabi on 7.30.21 that they are not serving or selling coffe because they were to busy with all the orders.

I’m line at 8pm to get churros and staff turned off the lights and told everyone they were closed. Not the right way to take care of your customers.

They sell products that are not ready. I waited for 35min to get my order. When asked what was going on, the staff said it is a matter of minutes, but it wasnt.This is my last visit to this place.

I ordered Churros filled with dulce de leche trough Uber eats and let me tell you. Omg . So good. Also a capuchino. Fast service, and churros to die for. They were warm. This are real and yummy churros. Try them !

I attended this Churromania on November 8th, 2017 at approximately 1:35 pm. There were two older gentlemen, who seemed Hispanic. The gentleman at the front was very nice, and helpful. However, the star of the show was the gentlemen who not made, but crafted the churros. This man deserves an extra 5$ added to his pay rate! His hands were blessed in the name Jesus himself. In all my years of living, i have never had some incredible churros anywhere in the world. He could have sprinkled crack of it, since it was so magnificent. My life will never be the same after today. The bar has been set for all churros, worldwide. Anyone who gives this place a bad review is a hater. They’re clearly jealous of the level of mastery exhibited by this establishment. It should be someone’s life goal to attend Churromania and experience euphoria like I have. If I could give 50 stars, i would still give more! Please attend Churromania, so all your churro dreams may come true!!!

We love churros here. The only issue, i believe that they close at 6pm or so (better check it out urself to be sure).But churros are great here!

I made the purchase of churros on 12/08/2021 and was attended by the cashier Kashmin, how is it possible that when I got home, the churros which they gave me in a white bag because they did not have from the company, are without Nutella or Dulce de leche, wait for them about 20 min. They had no shake or smothie. The owner of this Franchise should see the Bad Service that their employees give. They were two Girls and a boy. I do not recommend this site at all, what a disappointment that Venezuelans are those who do these things with malicious intent 🤬
