I placed an order on Sunday for my anniversary the email said will be ready in 4 hours but I called on late Monday and the person told me it was ready I just have to come and check if it’s everything right, I live 30 min away from that mall I came on Tuesday around 4:30pm and the girl who were there told me my order were cancelled because they were out of stock, nobody could called me before to let me know that I drove for nothing and now I don’t have any gift. Thank you for nothing.

Sorely disappointed with the decline of lack of customer service, minimum services offered, limited products available and the amount of wait time...This was the place to give so many recommendations in the past but clearly that was a long time ago it has lost its luster, its past its prime and will no longer recommend to others.
I visited the store for pick up of an order I placed and as I approached the store there was a person standing outside and I asked if there was a line to get in. She said there was. I looked around to see if a staff member would greet me and advise me of their process due to the new guidelines that is happening globally. Most businesses have processes in place to ensure safety and capacity. A younger girl with glasses (staff) looked at me (no greet) and I asked her if we have a line and she just held up a post it. I told her I don’t have my lenses on and I can’t see what she is trying to show me. And then she said “we are at capacity”. And that was it. And I just stood there. It was so rude. I work in retail and we greet all of our customers and make them aware of what the process is and set all expectations. This store should consider that to create a better experience for their customers.

I stopped by here for a birthday present for my family member. Vanessa assisted me and I will return back here to complete my order. Excellent customer service. Plus, the store was clean and organized. I just enjoy buying things from here, for a few years now.

I experienced extreme racial discrimination from the store employees, especially from Vanessa. When I entered the store, no one greeted me. However, when Hispanic/Latino customers entered the store after me, they were greeted with a nice and warm welcome. I had to ask for assistance multiple times and the response was very curt and unwelcoming. When I picked up the product the following day, the engraving on the award had black marks on it. I had to ask the associate to clean the marks off of the award.. I have never experience such discrimination. This experience was very unfortunate. I will not purchase any additional items from this store. I will also be contacting the corporate office.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They forgot to complete my order when I came to pick it up and their Exact words were we will do it when we feel like it. I will not be surprised if this store files for bankruptcy.
This place has a few interesting things for sale. It seems a lot of it is just unnecessary stuff for too much money. Maybe if you caught some major sales some of their items would be good for gift giving.

My first encounter with them was a fairly okay experience. I got two male members of my family mugs. One glass and one a coffee thermos. The glass one was fine but the thermos I could hardly read the engraving. So I brought it back the guy was cordial not nice but not mean. He told me he would try but because of the material it might be hard. I didn’t mention that maybe this should have been something I was told before I bought it in the first place but I digress. So I get a text to come and get it. Today I go and they rude lady at the desk takes 10 mins to even acknowledge me then hands me the mug not even in a box or anything. And it was obvious nothing was even done to the mug. I get no explanation and well I will never use them again

Let me start off by saying I love shopping at Things to Remember. I love giving gifts that are personal and and thoughtful, this is usually my go-to store when I have a big event.However I will never order anything from the Pembroke pines Things to Remember. The employees didnt say anything disrespectful but they defiently lack customer services big time! This past Saturday I went there to pick up an order I did online and while I was at the register there were three employees there one male 2 females and no one acknowledge me until I said something. The one female who went to get my order was so dry (attitude wise) she look like she hated her job.I left the store briefly after I got my order I realized they put the wrong names on the glasses. A Female name was suppose to me on the I am always right glass but instead they had the males name on it. Okay mistake happen and the order that was printed did not specify which name should be on which glass ( Definitely should fix that in the system).When I brought this to their attention one of ladies looked confused and wasnt sure what to do so I ask to see the order that was print. The other lady handed the order to the guy with a sour face like she didnt want to be bother. I barely got an apology and pretty much had to wait two hours before than can do it again. Which I was unable to wait for because I need it for that night for an anniversary party. So pretty much we had to wait the next day and customer service sucks at this place.Your employees need training on customer service.

Ive never had a problem with this place till yesterday if I could give this place zero stars I would but this appt wont let me . The only reason is getting two stars is because the assistant manager was fast to try to make the engraves I had ordered the day before . I first came the day before and the girl Ana that was there I could tell she didnt want to help me like she kept going behind the register and I felt like I had to Harass her her to help me like hello you work here and youre getting paid work . Im pissed off because today I came and both engraves were not ready when specifically the girl Ana said they would be . The assistant manager tells me she didnt leave a note as to wear was the names of the engrave I gave out were supposed to go when I discussed that with her that day . Meaning she didnt Work she left the job to the people in the next day or should I say one person because they only had one person there and like 8 people waiting because she was rushing to make my engraves . She also said the manager was coming in 30 minutes is now 45 minutes later and he finally showed up. He was nice enough to give me a refund on one of the frames for the trouble so that was good . This place is disorganized and the people they do have are lazy. The customer service here sucks . I will re view this place in six months because of the manager and his gesture I will come back ..
I must say Laura is awesome, she was able to help me on everything that I needed, I was in a rush and needed some flutes engraved for my cousin 25th anniversary and she was able to help me and save my day, great customer service and she is very patient and knowledgeable
If you need anything in Graves or purchase any souvenirs gold are they were very nice and willing to help

This is a very unique (a bit pricey) store that will personalize your purchase. I spent a half hour choosing 2 items because their sale said 75% off the 2nd item, but when I went to pay, I chose an item not in stock and he wouldnt sell it to me. I left not buying anything!!!!
By far, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After placing an order online for my anniversary, and receiving a confirmation to pick it up in store, I called to verify it was ready. I was told by a very rude sales associate it is not in stock and I am out of luck. I then get a manager who tells me to call customer service if I have an issue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Horrible customer service.

Very poorly done! The custom mugs I requested had ridiculously small print and you could clearly see the messiness of their effort. They didnt bother to call when they were done. For the price I had to pay I am extremely disappointed! Have this place closed
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at things remembered. I recommend everyone not to go and find another location because this is not it. First of all, they messed up the order not once but TWICE. The manager or whoever he was goes by the name of Carlos is so idiotic and unprofessional. This man is so incompetent and I have no idea how he still has a job. He seems not to care and claims “nobodies perfect” when you mess up the order twice by getting the wrong font and then show indifference and gets an attitude about it. Carlos literally lacks the capacity for intelligence. Bottom line, do not go here and if I could rate less than one I would.
I cant even begin to describe how horrible my experience with this store was. The manager is the rudest, most impolite, unfriendly person I have ever met. He makes sure to show how much he hates his job in every sentence and interaction with his customers. He wont say hi to any client, he wont even look at us in the eyes. When you ask him a question, he replies with a discusted look on his face. They made a mistake on the first engraving and didnt apologize for it. Instead, he grabbed it from my hands and said he would redo it. When I went to pick up the second time, there was another mistake. This time, he had written 2 inches as her birth height. This time it wasnt the manager I was dealing with, it was an employee. Again, the employee grabbed it from my hands without apologizing and started looking for another one. he redid it and in 15 minutes the new rattle was ready. I have been living in this country for 11 years and this is the first time I write a bad review. Im not a person who normally complains, but this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. I just wish someone from the corporation goes undercover to see how mistreated the customers of the things to remember in Pembroke Pines are.
Great gift ideas at decent prices
The manager was so disrespectful it was unreal, I brought in a brand new watch with the plastic still on it fresh out of the box to be engraved and got it back all scratched up, when I questioned her and the sales person she consistently argued back and forth with me, if I were you I would take the time from my day to drive to a differnent location because the disrespect was unreal and service was horrible. If 0 stars was an option I wouldnt have even put 1

After walking into the store 3 times they still didn’t have my order properly done ! After they told me it will be done by a certain time and date The experience was so horrible don’t recommend this store to anyone !!!
