I have been a fan of the pandora line for years way before it gained popularity and still impressed by them

Dont lose money. This pendant is not safe. It opens on its own. The second time my wife used the pendant, it fell. And the store wont do anything for you. DON’T LOSE MONEY .

Management needs to be changed ASAP, not up to Pandora standards. No customer service at all, when needed an exchange for a ring that I bought YESTERDAY (not on sale or special either) the manager said i couldnt exchange or return even having a receipt. I asked her name because she did not have a name tag on and she refused to give me her name, instead asked for mine, very rude and disappointing service! I’ve been shopping at that location for years for myself & random gifts and never had such an unpleasant experience, specially coming from a manager.

I went in there confused on what to get my mom and the rep Abby was nothing short of amaZing. She was so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Abby.

I was super excited to buy a new pandora bracelet for my birthday. I decided to go to this store and check out the bracelets. When I arrived I was instructed to wait outside. A few minutes after a store attendant came up to me and said we have two stations right now so as soon as one clears up it will be you’re turn. I thanked the attendant for informing me and waited. The same attendant came up to me and ask what I was looking for. I explained I’m buying a new bracelet and I wanted to look around and find some charms. She told me I was not allowed to look and that I had to tell them what I wanted. I told her I came to the store to look for what I wanted and she said I’m sorry you can’t. I don’t know why they even open if they won’t let you shop in store. I told her that I would look online instead and order from the website. She did not seem to care at all and said bye. I was very disappointed as to how I was treated and felt as if there was some other reason she did not want to let me in the store.

Clean, good customer service, wonderful jewelry and a great location (the mall).

I was immediately placed on a brief hold for over hour then someone hung up, not UNACCEPTABLE. The brief hold lasted over an hour around 12:30 noon on May 19, 2020, I heard every guest that kept coming in and out of the store. Customer service is lacking below zero, I wonder how Corporate would react to how you treat your faithful customers.

If you are unable to help a customer with warranty issues is one thing but I think it’s rude to tell a customer to go to a jewelry story to have A broken item fixed as appose to up selling them. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal. I could have been up sold on another charm as appose to treating me like I wasted your time. Now the actual pretty young lady that assisted me at the counter was very nice but the other helper should learn to be a better sales person and sell. Never judge a person in front of you.

We had an excellent experience with Nicolas at this location. He was very attentive and helped me with picking out some rings and my daughter picking out some charms. We plan to go back to this location and scheduling an appointment with him so he can help us again.

When I walked in the store there was a young lady behind the counter that just look at me and didnt say anything. I walked around looking for charms for my Daughter B-day and a nice young lady by the name of CELINE ask can she help me with anything I said yes long story short walked in to buy 3 charms end up buying 8 Celine was so helpful and very patient with me and we had a cool conversation in the process, I ask to speak to manager who name is Myesha to let her know she has a great employee that was very helpful and nice. It was a pleasure and honor to meet both of you ladys will be back soon for myself.🙂

My particular experience yesterday was absolutely amazing I bought a gift for a young lady. By her turning 18 I wanted to get her something nice and something mature. What a coincidence Pandora made it happen for me. Pandora thank you for being so courteous with me and patient the fact that I am 9 and a half months pregnant.Your staff provided me what excellent service a bottle of water. Thats something I cant take for granted so for right now Pandora you will always get my business until you prove otherwise. Pandora inside of Pembroke Lakes Mall received two thumbs up by me.

I am a local at this mall and I gotta say the service is the worst (this was Thursday June 22, 2017). I came at around a time where it is a bit slow at the mall so I assumed to be greeted and attended. This WAS my first time at Pandora, but no one ever greeted me or asked if I needed any help. It was when my mother came in that an associate greeted her and asked her if there was anything they can do (my mother directed her to me). On that day I had a special event that I got back from (orientation at FIU) so I was wearing casual clothes (do not understand why my clothes would matter anyways, ALL customers should be greeted equally). On top of that, the Pandora associate Milly made me feel pressured to get the jewelry when I was just trying things out to see what I liked better. I kept telling her no, but she insisted to the point where she got annoyed with me and said to get it because she wanted to go home. Overall, coming into this store reassured my feelings towards Pandora. I never liked Pandora; however, my co-workers, partner, and mother encouraged me to try it out. When guests were coming in to ask for help with something, they walked away or ignored them. I work in retail, my boss would not let this happen at all. Unprofessional, I will only come back to return the merchandise.

Yvonne was the salesperson that attended me, she seemed to not have any patience which bothered me. I went in for the buy 2 get 20% off, I got what I wanted but when I paid, that is when she said Oh, and by the way its final sale. That really upset me because she was so inclined to sell me the jewelry, she didnt want to risk me backing out because its final sale. I wasnt planning on returning, I still would have purchased if she told me before she swiped my card. I was in sales before, therefore I know that she had no interest in what benefitted me the most. Customer service will always be favored over sales.

I just became a fan of pandora and every time I’ve visited this store it’s been pleasant. They do always have a long line during the holidays but what do you except. The ladies in there are always nice in every occasion. On regular days they’re usually never too busy.

So you figure on the day before Valentines day, Pandora store would be ready for customers but today at Pembroke pines mall you have to wait OUTSIDE in line, while others are browsing inside. They bring you a book to look to see what you may like and not enter the store. THEN to top it off you can skip the line if you apply for a Pandora credit card...

Worst service in the entire mall. I completely understand its holiday season, and there are many people exchanging items but it makes no sense to have customers wait who want to just return an item. The store manager Javier López is very disorganized, there should be a line to exchange and a line to return, he said we had to wait in line while he chatted with another employee, both doing nothing. Last time we buy from this store, suggest you avoid it as well.

Walked in there, all three employees were with customers however no one acknowledged me considering I was the only one waiting. All three employees noticed I was there but none said a word to me. It’s crazy because I actually wanted to purchase something and I was so upset I left. They need to remember my business is what pays their bills !!!!

The Manager named Dayana is an inexperience and negative people for the business. I was there trying to pay with the Samsung pay app and she refused in a negative manner. I paid with this app in the past in the same store the last four months every month but this time she refused to accept my method of payment. She dont even wanna try. She referred to me like was doing something wrong. I will never come back to that store and only because of her,a negative person, close mind.

Worst store ever. I walked in and stood there for 45 min and no one even looked at me. In fact they skipped me many times just to help other women. Will never go to this place again.

I have purchased In many locations but I regularly shop at this Pandora store. I have always noted that the customer service is substandard, not friendly, but serves the purpose of purchasing as the location is convenient. Long story short. I purchased for someone out of town, lost the receipt, wasnt able to collect the piece to exchange it until 7 days after the return exchange policy. Gratefully, the store exchanged the item for me but was so rude during the process that I do not plan to shop there anymore. I was told no, then told it was used (its not) and then told that I needed the original bag and box I received it in(reasonable but stated nowhere, it was a gift). I was rudely explained all the options I could have used to resolve the situation and then clearly told it was a final sale. My advice is that before you insult a good customer for something that I am sure is a big issue, check their history to ensure they are a member of the offenders.
