The cabinets were of high quality, and they shipped and arrived within the time frame we were told. The process was smooth and our customer loves her new kitchen! Donnie Atchinson is awesome! He has color matched so much of my weird color paints. I just finished refinishing my kitchen cabinets and I used the primers and paints he suggested and they look better than when they were new. Its a small shop and you will be getting the knowledge of both Donnie and Scott. They are experts in there field and youll love getting the best products they have to offer. Good design and buying experience. Installation suffered from a less than optimal crew, but to the credit of Cabinets Direct, management stayed engaged with the project until everything was right. I have the most beautiful kitchen and it is thanks to Cabinets Direct and their quality products, patience in learning what their customer wants, and excellent installation. During install, I was asked if I wanted a little shelf next to the slide out trash can that I could put my box of trash bags on. Well of course I did, and what took the install guys less than 5 minutes to add has been appreciated ever since. They go the extra mile. And I have consulted with Donnie and Scott in the Pittsburg Paint Store during the renovation of both of my kids’ homes.
