Casey and all the guys at Rite Flooring and Cabinets were amazing to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable and were helpful with my specific cabinet needs. Casey reviewed my layout plans, and had several much better ideas based on his experience with my type of kitchen layout, and provided insight down to the exact trim I would require. He made my husbands job of installing much easier. This was also by far the best value for money we could find for quality cabinets.

We recently purchased cabinets from KC at Rite Flooring. We could not be happier. I shopped a lot of places and compared prices with close to a dozen places in this area and these were the BEST price and quality of any place I looked at. I saved a bunch of money and was extremely happy!I would never go anywhere else to purchase cabinets. He is a very honest and hardworking guy. There is only one way to say this. These are the absolute greatest people in the world. To say I was nervous about getting my floors done was an understatement! I want you to know these folks were more than fair. Getting all your floors done in your home at one time can be stressful or at least it was for me. I want to thank Mr. Casey (the owner) for his personal involvement in seeing to it that I was more than satisfied. He personally came to my home on three occasions the first to measure and two more times to check on my progress and satisfaction. Tommy the General Manager, what can I say, Tommy you are the best! I called him many times with questions, and concerns he ALWAYS answered my phone call no matter what time I called or how many times I called, never once was he impatient with me nor did he ever make me feel he was too busy to take care of me. He knew I was nervous and he did all he could to calm my fears. He also came to my home to check on the progress and the best thing he did was give me a hug. What a great guy! I would recommend Rite Flooring to anyone, call them and you dont need to call anyone else. They are also very fair and competitive with their pricing. Had a great experience with Rite. Rich was very helpful and courteous. They hit all the project milestones as promised. The work crew was clean and efficient. The price wasnt cheap but very reasonable for the product and the installation went without a hitch which to me is more important than possibly saving a $100 on a big project. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to do flooring.

I never knew that sharing your experience makes a different till I got the call asking me if I can share my experience online with this awesome company. I came back from the navy and when I contacted them about my apartment that I needed to redo the cabinets in it. I wish I know how to add pictures.They installed a new car put for me in my living room FOR FREEEE I swear for free, just because I’m in the navy and I did business with them and I would love if business owners can be more thoughtful about our service that we give to this beautiful country.Way to go ❤️

I was rushing around town looking for carpet to match my existing carpet. I went to every single store in Pensacola including home depot and Lowes and nothing. Rite flooring is a life saver! Not only did they have something to match perfectly but they are genuinely the nicest staff ever. They even ended up simply giving me the piece I needed. They had the best price ever, this is my second time I redo my carpet from them, the same employee that did my carpet the first time came and did it, it’s very hard to see that in a business.Well done guys.

We checked several stores including the 2 big box stores. Rite flooring was less than 1/2 the cost of anywhere else for comparable floor. We were treated like gold by owners son and store manager-will definitely buy from them again. We wound up with luxury vinyl plank for same cost as linoleum. Had a couple of planks that needed re-gluing and they came right back. Only negative was mess made by installers helper. Lots of dust through house-glue on counters in kitchen-rinsing buckets on neighbors yard. Installer-Micheles flooring-was top notch. Helper was only reason to not give them 5 stars.

Our experience with this company left much to be desired. In the beginning, I was advised the measurement fee would be applied to the total price and, after being given the total price, I had been advised the fee had already been deducted. However, my total cost was an additional $40. The installers were late, the installation was sub par, and after calling several times we have not had anyone fix the issue. Robert, the store mgr, stated he was on his way one night and never showed up. He said he had a family emergency which I could accept if he had only called to advise us he was no longer coming. He left my family waiting to start our dinner without any apologies. Only excuses. When I called again, he said someone would be out that evening. That has been weeks ago and I am still waiting.
