Andrew and the team at ProSource are outstanding. They have been great to work with and assisting us throughout the design process of our builds. All the tile was purchased through ProSource, and Rune did an outstanding job on the cabinet design and layout for us.

We used ProSource for a bathroom remodel. They have a great product selection and expert advice. Matt, our consultant, was very pleasant to work with and helped us choose aesthetically pleasing materials.

Best experience ever in buying and having new floors installed. ProSource has a great selection of flooring and the staff is AMAZING! We can’t say enough great things about Keith Quackenbush. His knowledge and help was invaluable. And we owe him a debt of gratitude for helping us find our installers Tim Choulat and Bo Dunlap.

Guess they didnt want business, since no one even talked to us after 20 minutes in the store. We asked for some one to assist when we arrived.

New customer on pro side. Didnt receive call backs as promised, no one could find order in system or showed any interest in assisting me. Seems like 2021 version of Amway. Dont tie your projects to their efforts; waste of a time back at square one.

Very disappointed! After looking at samples of tile we chose what we wanted. When it came in it was not the same as we had ordered,it was stacked at different heights and thicknesses. We explained this will not work for us due to the area it was going to be used was in a kitchen and it would be impossible to wipe it clean from grease. Pro Source would not return it and let us make a different selection. They had our money so they were done with us!

I was truly in awe when I walked into this showroom with the selection they had for my kitchen backsplash. Mr. Keith Quackenbush was a tremendous help in my selection of tile. Waiting to see how my backsplash turns out when everything comes in and installed. I will update my post then.This is an edit to my original post. I wanted to advise everyone the beautiful job that Randy Ramos did in installing our backsplash in our kitchen. Randy is a perfectionist! He did an outstanding job and his pricing was fair. I truly appreciate the recommendation from Keith Quackenbush as well as his assistance in the selection of this tile!

Great selection and service. The quality of products is much better than your big box stores and their prices are amazing as well. Keith helped me with everything and made great recommendations for my budget. He made everything happen quick and easy. Also the tile I purchased looked even better than when I saw it in the show room. The warehouse guy is also the best! I made a mistake and forgot an item but the warehouse guy caught it and called me. Can recommend this place enough!

After receiving a cabinet quote from a big box store that was 3x more than I expected, I called ProSource. They carry the exact cabinets I was trying to match and the quote was in line with what I expected. Actually slightly less. Keith in Pensacola worked up a drawing and made the whole experience very easy. I havent received the cabinets yet but I would definitely call ProSource again.

Keith helped us pick out the right flooring and gave us a few cards of installers they deal with to help us out.We went with TJC Flooring, LLC. Tim and No arrived at the time agreed upon and did an excellent job. They picked up the flooring for us which was a great help. These guys know what they are doing. They moved our furniture, took up the carpet and a sub floor that had the imitation wood on it. Did the complete 400 sq ft job in almost 8 hours including taking out that stupid subfloor.Came back the next day at the agreed time and finished, cleaned up got paid and left.Great guys that do an outstanding job.My wife and I recommend these guys highly and will use them again if we put in new flooring.

Keith Quackenbush at Prosource helped me out a ton when I decided to replace my floors. Im a first-time homeowner so I had lots of questions. Keith, who was my main point of contact, was super patient, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I never felt like he was rushing me into buying anything.When I finally decided to move ahead with the project, Keith hooked me up with an installer, Tim Choulat, who did a fantastic job replacing my patchwork of floors with Coretec and installing my beautiful new baseboards. Tim also got the job finished more quickly than I thought possible, and he was considerate of my familys comfort at the end of every work day, which I really appreciated with two small kids. He worked fast, clean, did a great job, AND his bid blew the other ones out of the water. I couldnt ask for more.

Came in to try and figure out cabinet pricing for a kitchen update, they couldnt have been more unhelpful. When we arrived they told us to just walk to the back and the cabinets would be there. No pricing or anything on display, so we ask and are told to wait for a designer who then tells us a round about number 400ish. Maybe they only really work with contractors or my job was too small. Sucks I drove 45min to get there, based on positive reviews.

I have built five houses and have had to deal with many contractors and subs. I am now having to replace the wood floors in my current home due to water damage. I walked in off the street not having known that this business existed, and even though ProSources customers are usually those building homes, and contractors, they still took time to help me find a small amount of flooring. Over the phone, they also suggested that I cancel an order due to a long back order wait, and I was credited immediately. In the future, I plan to go back to have a bathroom vanity specially designed to match my architectural style.
