I cannot say enough about this company! I got quotes from two other competitors, and neither came close on price or quality/selection. Caitlin, our designer, came to our home and really listened to our wishes and came up with plans that couldnt have turned out more perfectly! The installers were professional, courteous and very tidy. We had a couple of very small problems and they made them right with no hesitation. I highly reccomend these folks!

Initial interaction - great! We easily made an appointment for a consultation for three space in our home. :)Charity came out and did a thorough job - assessing our needs, measuring, and drawing a layout (It did take two visits to do all three spaces.). :)We chose to have shelves installed in our pantry and the install appointment was scheduled for three months out. The week before the install date I called to confirm. Yes, on schedule. The day before the install date I called to confirm the time of arrival and was told our day was bumped (due to installer illness). We had not been notified of the change. :(Skylar came out to install on the bumped day and did a great job. He was prompt, polite, professional, and cleaned up the work space when he was done. :)The pantry looked amazing - so much better with these nice white shelves! Right after he left I went in to admire the space. I noticed the four corner shelves were not flush - they were sticking out and/or gapping. :(I called right away to express my concerns. The following week I was told Skylar would come back to fix the situation. No-show. :(A few more calls back-and-forth and was told Jimmy would come out and take a look. He and Eric came out and spent time assessing the situation and identified the problem. Jimmy then came back the next morning with four properly cut corner shelves to install. He finished quickly, apologized for the mishaps, and left us with a fabulous, even-shelved pantry. Final interaction - great! :)

Assistance and contact from start to finish were superior. Designer Vetta was creative, helpful, talented, and flexible. Sam from the office was professional and patient. Alec, the installer, was thorough, efficient, kept the work area clean and neat, and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Great experience; I love my closet! Contracted with them again for a dressing room build and a pantry build. Reasonable pricing and worth the value; they positively care about customer satisfaction.

We are very pleased with our new closet from Closets by Design. The consultation went very smoothly as well as the installation. Everyone is very professional. We decided to work around our existing builder installed wooden rack ( instead of ripping it out) by adding a center double drawer cabinet, shoe organizing to both sides and dual hampers. We now have plenty of storage. We will definitely use them again when we makeover our other closets. Thank you Closets by Design!

What a wonderful experience! This week we decided to use Closet by Designs Emerald Coast to design our closets in our new build. We received multiple quotes, but Krystal was by far the most thorough and sold us on her design. She brought with her samples, ideas, and even had a visual layout and pricing before she left our home. We then met with the owner, Sam, when we went to their showroom to see a finished closet in person and these two together created magic. We started out only getting a quote for our master closet, but ended up letting them design all of our closets. We cannot wait to have our closets installed!

Closets by Design was strong on customer service from the very first visit to design and give us a quote. They kept us informed on progress of our delivery and installation. I absolutely LOVED the outcome of my closet installations and will definitely be a returning customer. Definitely expensive, paid more than I expected even after getting 50% off. That said, the designer was professional and really took her time designing our closets and giving us multiple options. She spent a couple of hours at our house measuring, drawing, and providing us her designs. The installer arrived on time, was extremely professional, and did a quality job. If you can get a significant discount (40% or more) and can afford it, you wont be disappointed.

It was a great experience overall. The quoting process was easy, and the representative took our input, came up with an initial design, incorporated our feedback, and worked within our budget. Were very happy with the result - it all seems well made and stable and gives us a lot more space in the closet. Installation went exactly as planned, which was excellent.As a side note, most of the poor reviews of the company seem to be related to complaints about how the installers removed previous closet hardware. The company was very clear with us from the beginning that removal of that hardware was our responsibility, so that seems a bit of an unfair criticism.

Had several issues with the measurements being off, however, the issues were addressed, they were more than happy to do so. Their installer, Tyler, did an absolutely awesome job! I would absolutely use CB Design again.
