Worse place to deal with. Do not recommend. The owner broke the phone at the bottom to pry screen up and this caused replacement not to seal correctly. Didn’t last a month. Only offered 10% off to try to fix. Go elsewhere as this place is garbage. Owner wouldn’t even call me back. Total trash!

I was iffy about coming here because most places use really cheap glass and charge you full price but he gave me several options between a new screen for my iPhone x which would be $120 or some used original apple screens that had minor scratches/cracks. He sold me one for $75 that just has a small black spot in the corner of the screen and my main thing was getting the original apple glass so Im really grateful for the options!!

This is hands down the best repair and wireless store in the Pensacola area.I have purchased phones and had repairs completed and Everytime the experience has been first class. Big plus is they sell Boost Mobile (my carrier if choice) which has the best deals in wireless IMO. Abdul, Jonathan, and Asmee are all fantastic to do business with.

I waited 4 hours for my iPhone XR LCD screen to be fixed after being told it would take 2.I wouldn’t have had a problem with that time frame, but I wasn’t notified about the change until I called to check on my phone. At that point, I was told that it would be another hour and that they’d call me when it was ready. I completely understand being busy, but I would have appreciated a call ahead of time letting me know about the extended wait.By the time they called to tell me my phone was ready, it had been almost 2 hours since I had called.When my mom and I picked up my phone and complained about not being notified about the long wait time, the same guy that I spoke to earlier told us, “Well, there’s nothing I can do about that now” and then proceeded to get the owner to come up and ring me up. I’ve gone to some terrible phone repair shops, but this one takes the cake.

Had a bad experience here over a year ago when I tried to have my LG repaired due to a cracked screen. The guy in charge told me he could handle the issue & later after about 2 weeks of back and forth contact he repaired the screen but could not get it to work again. He had me believing it was a fairly routine repair & then I was left with a new screen but unusable phone. I later realized that he had taken out my Sim card & SD card & when I asked for them back he swore I must have done it because he didnt have them. He made me highly upset & frustrated after much discussion of this issue. I left & returned about a week later to check if he found my cards & he gave me somebody elses SD card that I didnt realize until later when I put it in another phone that it had pictures on it. I lost a lot of information & once in a lifetime pictures.
