Fixit Shop is our “go to place” for our lawn equipment repairs. Derrick will fix it immediately if its simple or hell call you with an estimated price after hes had time to check it out. There have been times he told us wed be better off buying a new one. He is courteous, professional and has reasonable prices. We highly recommend Fixit Shop.

Very impressed with this shop. They are honest, have very fair prices and are very efficient.

This business has very poor service. Not capable of fixing items. You pay but get nothing fixed. Takes a long time almost 3 months plus waiting for my machine. I think they have really bad help that doesn’t know what they are doing. Again you pay but get nothing it’s a joke.

Very unsatisfied with their service. Dropped off several pieces of equipment and paid the $30 non-refundable service fee for each item. Took them more than three weeks to get back to me to tell me that none of them was worth repairing. Went back to their shop to pick up the items but found out that they had been taken apart and some parts were missing. When asked were the parts were the man at the counter had no idea and said that I had to pay another $30 per item for them to put the items back together! Aside from this nonsense that they call repair service, the man at the counter was very unprofessional, rude and dismissive. I found this business to be deceitful and dishonest in their practice.

Ive dropped off lawn movers, chain saw. trimmer/edger and always fixed at a reasonable cost. Trust them to do it the right way.

Very decent, honest, and reasonably priced. I wish there were 10 stars. I highly recommend for all small engine repair, parts, or service in Pensacola area. So far I have gone tom for a lawnmower repair and assistance in finding a batter for Schumaker battery charger. He goes above and beyind everytime. If you need small engine powered items repaired, I highly recommend stopping by.

Got my Poulan chain saw running great at a very good price when another small engine repair shop basically insulted me with their written assessment and I quote...cylinder walls are scored; engine is not worth fixing. You would be better off buying a real chain saw like a Stihl or Echo.Fixit shop has earned my business! Ask for Derek, hes a guy that will make things happen.

Helpful, good service, fair prices. One day when they were not very busy at the moment, they installed gas Tubing on my edging cutter for free. 👍

Took in small lawn mower for repair - ready in less than 24 hrs at a reasonable price. Lawn mower cranked at home but quit shortly after. Returned mower to shop and they repaired again at no extra charge. Running well now. Staff were polite, fast and prices reasonable - I would recommend to others.

This place sucks they cant fix nothing, the management is a disappointment in trying to talk about your tools and calling bk is a joke, very disfunction group.

These guys are awesome !! I took a mower in that had been in storage and had bad gas and varnish clogging the carb. The Fixit Shop replaced the carb, did a full maintenance with oil change, new plug and blade sharpening.... all for about $68.00. They were fast and everyone at the shop was courteous and helpful. Great place.

Ive done a lot of Business with this Company . A lot of money spent there on repairs . But I went to get my TB110 Push Mower . And they said it disappeared ! Plus the owner said a couple of his Mowers had disapear ed too ! But I ask him if he called Cops or His Insurance ! He said no . And he hasnt tryed to Repayed me for my Mower . Over $200. Dollars no money, no lawn mower back . He also sold a riding lawn mower out from under me . Than he said I could buy 8n replacement of my push mower. Then he also wants to give me a push mower that his brother gave him ! But it needs a new carberator ! I want my Money for my Mower .
