Unfortunately I had to use A & A as part of my military move. I was skeptical due to the previous reviews they had received, and wish I would have called to try and change the company. Everything started ok with the pre move inspection, and initially I did not really have any issues with the crew that was sent to pack. Upon delivery of my goods, and through the subsequent unpacking of everything, I discovered multiple issues. I had inadvertently left a family heirloom wedding ring in the top drawer of a dresser. The ring box was there, but the ring was missing. I was also missing a food vacuum sealer. I thought maybe they had packed it with some other random items, but after opening everything the vacuum sealer was no where to be found, and was not left in the house. On top of missing items, I had toilet brushes and plungers packed with couch cushions. If you are supposed to be a professional packing company, this does not seem like a professional thing to do, and almost seems like it was done out of spite for some reason. All in all, I would not use this company for any packing needs.

I was nervous about the quality of service based on some of the reviews. However this company, specifically Lamont and Rondell did a phenomenal job packing our stuff! They worked quickly and efficiently. They didn’t make a mess, they were clean and organized and were in and out in a day and a half. We have a large home (2500+ square feet) with a TON of stuff and they took great care of us. We’re also military so we have had some bad experiences in the past, however this company far exceeded our expectations. If they weren’t sure about what should or shouldn’t be packed they asked us first. They even made sure that some important papers weren’t packed up after I accidentally put it in the wrong pile. Thank you so much, I would definitely use them again.

You do not want to deal with this company. There receptionist does not know what is going on and customer service does not exist. We have been happy with this company for our appliance and furniture deliveries, until recently. Yes, they are busy, however, we informed them of a refrigerator delivery 2 weeks prior to delivery date. They just told me we did not inform them of this delivery and we need to find someone else for our delivery because they cant think about deliver to our customer till mid summer.

Worst moving company ever. The military should not use this company any more. How in hell they are not going to have trucks that can protect your belongings from the water or the elements. Have to wait over 9 days for delivery. When they came to deliver our HHG it was raining and they brought it in a flat bed truck. Who ever is in charge does not make sense at all and does not track weather conditions.

My wife and I moved across the US due to an assignment with the military a couple months ago, and when we moved, the military contracted A&A to handle the packing of our belongings. The service provided by A&A was an absolute disaster from the beginning. The packers were just throwing things in boxes without wrapping anything, and they left after a few hours without finishing the job. The next day when the movers arrived to pick everything up, they refused to load any of our items into the truck because nothing was packed properly and there was still a substantial amount of things unpacked.The movers called A&A and demanded they return to finish the job they left incomplete and also contacted a military move manager to come and inspect their work. It took forever for everything to be coordinated and finally packed appropriately. During this process one of the employees also sliced two large cuts in our wall with a box cutter.After everything was finally on the truck, we thought the nightmare was over... we were wrong.Brandon Tomasek, the A&A employee who was initially in charge of our move was the employee who took responsibility over packing my video game collection (including a large amount of high dollar vintage items). When our shipment arrived, we discovered that 8 items were stolen from my collection (small high value N64 and GameCube games) in addition to two cell phone chargers from our bedroom.Also, due to the extremely poor job they did packing our items, several delicate glass items were broken along with a lot of my wifes antique globes and frames.In conclusion, I dont have any idea why the military is still working with this company, or why Brandon has been allowed to stay employed despite our complaints of theft. If you are going to move with the military or hire a company yourself, AVOID THIS COMPANY. Seek recommendations from someone who has good experiences with a different moving company.

Professional, friendly packers from here. They did everything with care and worked quickly. I highly recommend them!

I am desperately looking for a lost box that was signed as accepted by A&A Transfer & Storage in November 2014. The lost item is a picture box containing two military promotion warrants that cannot be replaced. The last name on the box is ATTEBURY and its labeled 129 (red tag). At this point, I have exhausted all my options with the warehouse and Total Military Management. Please contact me if you find this lost box. There is a cash reward.
