I havent had an eye exam in many years and was intrigued with the new equipment being used for the different types of exams. The choice of optomap photographing your inner eye without having the eyes dilated was interesting. They also had a large selection of frames and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My appointment, exam and frame shopping were all done in a timely manner.

From walking in the door to leaving never had a better experience getting glasses. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming from the welcome in to have a amazing week. My doctor educating me on glaucoma which is Dr. Tran Who definitely knows her stuff and I felt she was going the extra mile to help me understand the problem and ways to fix the problem with my eyes. It’s amazing thing to see people that love what they do and put love in what they do seriously couldn’t have had a better experience. Then it came down to getting my glasses with Miss Stella that made the experience enjoyable, easy, helpful and will definitely say she is an asset to the company LensCrafters. Even as she helped me out pick out some super amazing glasses I noticed how engage the other workers are helping others also The team here is second to none. You guys keep being amazing keep spreading positivity keep the smile flowing and keep the door open because I will be back 🥂

Hands down the BEST experience I’ve had getting my eyes checked. The doctors and techs are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The front desk associates are also amazing! I went in for an eye exam and to order contacts and Stella was the associate who helped me. She was so kind and sincerely cared about giving me and everyone else she interacted with an extremely pleasant experience. She went the extra mile without hesitation and took the time to help me adjust/fit a couple of pairs of non-prescription sunglasses that I didn’t even purchase from their location. Her extremely personable attitude makes you feel so relaxed and at ease in the office. Stella’s customer service is unmatched and made my trip a very positive experience.

The Dr is wonderful. The Lens crafters team is a joke .They messed up first on husband glasses and the on my contacts . I called was very kind and the office Mgr was very rude and made a bad decision for the Doctor to say she does not want are business because of the mistakes they made not the Doctor.I would love to talk to the Doctor but they will not let me . Purchased 1 pair of Oakley, progressive, tinted eye glasses and frames over $500. I purchased these glasses mainly to be able to read and see the computer better. But the reading portion of the glass is a very thin sliver at the bottom of the glass. I have to hold the glasses with one hand away and upward to be able to read.I can see at distance better without the glasses. I suspect that my vision is actually better than 20/20 but the distance portion of glass seems to be 20/20 which is not as acute as my normal vision. Why degregate your vision with glasses?One positive note is the middle portion which allows for computer reading, it works well. This why 2 stars instead of one star.Its way past 30 days since I purchased these glasses so I expect Im out of luck.

Dr. Trinh is great! She worked my niece in to her schedule and completed eye exam in avery reasonable time. The wait wasnt bad as we did not have an appointment. We were in the store for a total of an hour and a half. They were busy and we had all 3 of our prescriptions for our glasses done, fitted and measured, as well as my nieces walk in exam and fitting. This was the first time Ive ever gone to lens crafters. Suggested by my insurance plan. Dr. Chen was great and so were the staff. The young ladies who helped with testing my eyes and also who helped me choose my glasses were great. Perfect fit and style. I received them in 6 days. Went to pick up and put them on not even an adjustment needed. Just perfect fit!. Love them and so attractive.

Great customer service and care, very professional

First visit went great. Exactly as I expected.The contacts I was given to try didnt work so I called back and was told to come in to talk over options with the doctor. My appointment was at 4 so I got there a little early as is normal with doctor appointments. At check in gave exact same info I had given over the phone. Waited until 4:40 to be told that the doctor said to just go back to old contacts. So basically I spent an hour waiting in their waiting room to not see the doctor and get a prescription, which could have been a decision made off of my previous phone call. Complete and total disregard of my time.

They will rush you and treat you like an inconvenience to their schedule and overcharge you.

I did not have to wait long to be seen and the appointment was quick. The staff was also very friendly.

I can honestly say that the optometrist was a lifesaver I had already lost one contact and was trying to get a new prescription but was unable to get in with the optometrist from my insurance plan. And considering it was the last days of the year right after Christmas it was hard to get in with anyone but when I explained to the girl that I had lost a contact did not have backups or even glasses to back me up she squeeze me in to see the optometrist that day the optometrist was wonderful she did the exam and she knew I only have the one lens until what she was getting me was in so she went into ones that she had in stock that although they were not perfect for me they would at least it would at least allow me to see so she gave me that she didnt even charge me for it I couldnt thank her enough I ended up going back a few weeks later before my new contacts that arrived because one of my eyes was really irritated when I saw her as soon as she looked at my eyes without any of her equipment just face-to-face looking at me she was like youve left that contact in overnight yeah I told her yeah I did I admit I hadnt taken it out last night she told me its been at least a week what was the honest truth how she knew that I dont know but she told me that because Id left it in the I was ulcerated so she gave me the medicine I needed to heal the eye and also these wonderful drops that took the pain away I couldnt thank her enough for everything she did for me is she was absolutely wonderful the optometrist as well as the rest of the staff because they made sure to squeeze me in because it was an emergency and they just been over backwards even though they are not with my insurance so I have to pay out-of-pocket I dont mind I feel as though LensCrafters and I believe the optometrist name was Park is that they were more caring and more concerned about me personally in about my vision then the optometrist that I have seen through my insurance so I will be going back to them for all my eye needs

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The doctor was so rude to me. She was talking bad about my vision to her assistant asking her how was I able to see all this time!! She also said she didn’t know how I got my license!! Lol. I told her I had good vision in the past and that’s why I didn’t find a reason to check my eyes and that’s how I got my license and she responded so rude! Never again will I go here! I have never met such an unprofessional doctor in my life!

Have had fantastic experiences with Lenscrafters my whole life, and this store since it openned. I had one negative with the manager and an insurance issue with the doctor however.

Had the most amazing experience with LensCrafters at Park West. The staff was wonderful and the doctor was by far the best Ive ever seen. She explained everything in a way that made sense and she made the whole experience fun and eye opening (pun intended...). Ive worn contacts for nearly 30 years and I have never seen the world this clear before. Half way into my day and for the first time I can recall, I do not have a headache! LensCrafters, and especially Dr. Linda should be your first and only choice when it comes to your eyes. I wont go anywhere else and neither should you! Thank you LensCrafters and Dr. Linda!

Recently switched doctors after going to Nationwide Vision and them taking forever and having to go back several time before they could get the right RX for me. I always had to wait several hours.My son and I went to see Dr. Le on a Saturday afternoon. We received excellent service. We both was seen and was in and out of the office in under an hour. When leaving my son said I really like Dr. Le he was really nice. It was an over all very pleasant experience and so glad that I decided to give them a try.

Excellent experience, staff was amazing, were able to sort out some problems with glasses I wasn’t satisfied with (from an out of state LensCrafters) as well as set up an appointment with the best optometrist I’ve seen in the 25 years I’ve worn glasses / contacts. Dr. Eric Le was able to sort out my bad prescription and fit me for the correct type of contact lenses in under an hour. I’m a truck driver and depend on good vision to earn a living, I’ve had problems getting a prescription that is even for both eyes (astigmatism) in the past. This exam was the most thorough I’ve ever had, the doctor listened to my symptoms, explained how to address those issues and I left with the most even vision I’ve ever had, and the most confidence in my sight in 20 years. If you want friendly staff that’s extremely knowledgeable, that you can count on in a stressful time this is the place. I couldn’t be happier

Went in to find my first pair of prescription glasses and from the beginning to the end, the service was outstanding! And the selection was what I was looking for... especially for Oakleys! I loved the representative Rose(: but she quit. Theres another lady that works there with a huge attitude. Im not sure why she was so mad.

It was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I called Monday at 9:08am. Their automated system kept telling me it didnt recognize my option after it told me to schedule an appointment press 1. Then I called back and pressed 2 to speak to a retail associate to tell them about their system malfunction and try to get to the eye doctor apt that way and it just rang and range. No option to leave a message, no answer. It is very frustrating. Making an apt, (or trying to) shouldnt take 20 min. Get a new system to better take care of your customers, and potential customers.

I have a very hard time with contacts but its what I HAVE to use for my job, my Dr was very patient and nice to me which doesnt come with every eye shop most are get in get out, so this store was great!
