The store is clean and bright, the selection if frames is good. Vicki was attentive and extremely helpful. She did an exceptional job of helping select frames and explaining options. They take pictures to compare frames so you can put on your own glasses to see how the frames actually look. Kind of a game changer to see the glasses without them being blurry. Thanks Vicki and Michael for a good experience.

Michael was great to work with! Made it quick and easy once I selected my frames. No pushing or upwelling which for a change was nice. I worked retail for 24 years and I enjoyed learning and being told what was good and bad for my purchase. Highly recommend and will ship here again soon!

I was greeted by a nice lady and she couldn’t wait to help me. I brought in a pair of Oakley’s that needed the lenses replaced. She popped them in and out in seconds and cleaned them properly. Another gentlemen helped find me a replacement noise piece at no charge, also. I offered a tip, but they wouldn’t accept it! Great service!

Came into LensCrafters needing a basic pair of prescription glasses. Ian was helping me out. I gave him a price range I wanted to be at and after trying on several pairs of glasses I found a pair I liked. At checkout the price was within .50cents of where I wanted to be. Ian was very helpful and didn’t try to get me to spend more than I wanted to which I appreciate it very much. Overall a great experience.

Michael did an excellent job. He checked to see if my favorite frames were still being manufactured and offered to put my new RX into my old frames when we found that the model had been discontinued. He also made sure my RX would fit into the safety frames I had selected. Great attention to detail and rapport-building. Give this man a raise!

It was a good glasses picking experience. We had several options to choose from. I also had the eyes exam too, and the service was very good. Vickie helped me find a great pair of glasses... and got to use a 50 dollar coupon! Nice.

My uncle has been going there for years. He says that they do a very thorough examination. An independent does the exam and the staff appeared to be capable. Two people in particular stood out. The receptionist greeted us immediately, which we appreciated. Then there was Michael, he made all the difference. He took the time to read over my uncle’s previous chart. He was well informed and answered all of my questions. Again these are certainly good qualities to keep a business going.

After several calls to different locations I was finally able to get into here. The service was great. I was greeted right away with a smile. The doctor was patient and knowledgeable. He took his time answering all my questions and I didn’t feel like I was bothering him or slowing him down. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful. Explaining various options to me. I found my new eye care home.

Michael took very good care of us today ! My husband needed new nose pieces for his safety glasses and not only did Michael replace them, but gave him spares and totally cleaned his glasses!

Staff was excellent. My visit was for annual eye exam. The doctors staff was friendly and full of energy. After eye exam and order of my years supply of contacts I proceeded to eyeglasses lobby and purchased a pair of sunglasses ( non prescription ). I had no idea who repairs glasses, so I Googled it. Lens crafters popped up. The store on Sheridan was close and convenient so I stopped in. When entering the the store I was promptly greeted by two employees. The girl behind the counter looked busy, so I walked twords the guy. How can we help?I told him what I needed and he went rite to work on my glasses. When finished he brought my glasses to me and I asked what I owed. LensCrafters in Peoria, IL does such a great job that I came back even after moving almost 3 hours away. I wont go anywhere else. Everyone there was so helpful, and I was able to pick out the perfect pair of glasses.

Micheal was a great help n found me the strongest best frames inside the limits of what the company insurance had been changed to allow. Also observed him & the staff trying numerous ways & portals to try n find another customers insurance plan from an international manufacturers information that they had previously dealt w/ before. Had an eye exam. The doctor explained everything well. They have a lot of good options for frames. Vickie was great - helped me with answering questions on frames and get all the possible discounts.

Have gotten our glasses here for years. We have to travel a long way to get there, and it takes up most of the day, so we are intentional and careful while we are there. When my spouse tried his new pair on, he had 2 people help him, and he settled and we left. His vision was not right yet, had to take a third day to go back. Micheal adjusted them and he set them straight in only a few minutes. He actually looked at what was going on and did not treat us like we were wasting his time. Micheal for the win, when we thought we needed to start over.
