We visited this place for our son eye test. The doctor was in hurry to finish the test and let us go out. We didnt get right answers as-well. Not sure even the test was any good. We ordered pair of glasses based on their recommendation and they gave 2 weeks time for delivery and they will call us whey they are ready. We called back after 2 weeks and they said, the glasses are ready to pick up. They didnt even call when the glasses were ready. Poor service. I wouldnt recommend visit Nationwide Vision, especially for kids.

After nearly 3 weeks I went into the office to ask why my glasses were taking so long. They told me the lab could not put my prescription in the frames I provided. Okay BUT call and let me know so I don’t have to wait 3 weeks for glasses that I’m not going to get!!! Very disappointed.

This is the second time I visit this location. The first time when my daughters classes where done they didn’t call me I had to call 3 weeks later to check and they told me on the phone “oh they are ready” like didn’t even apologize or explain why I wasn’t called when they were ready. Then today I went again for myself and the older lady there short hair older lady was so rude!! The way she talked to me and my family. Not sure why she is there in the first place if she doesn’t want to help the customers and wants to retire she should!! I didn’t appreciate her comments and the way she spoke to me. Rude and very unprofessional. But I should of known they already had bad reviews before I should of known. Next time I will drive the extra miles to a different location so I can get the service I deserve.

I have purchased glasses at Walmart, Target and the service I received in getting my glasses adjusted at this Nationwide Vision was awful. The mature women who was adjusting my glasses was rude and unprofessional. She walked away letting me sit there without someone to help me. The eye doctor is fantastic, but because of the mature women’s performance I can tell you that my wife, daughter and granddaughter who were customers will be going somewhere else. I will let people know via word of mouth that the service is awful.

There were two ladies at the front and I couldn’t get greeted. I was treated as if I ruined their day by asking to look at frames for my outside prescription. Although they lack customer service skills the frames are reasonably priced. Probably just a one and done kind of place. Expect mediocre

Believed I had an 8:30 appt, doors were locked when I arrived. Came back at 9:00 (opening time in door). Lady at reception was quite brusque when greeting me, then told me I was quite tardy and claimed she was at the desk at 8:30.

Thought this place was great the day I ordered the glasses . Jen the manger was so friendly and helpful. Went to pick up the glasses and could not see through the left lens. Realized they did not enter in the prescription for the left lens the day I ordered and paid for the glasses. Needed the glasses for a trip the next week. asked how long having the lens remade correctly would take . They could not tell me and never even apologized for their error. And acted as if this was no big deal and they could care less that they made the mistake.They didnt even care that it is a huge inconvenience for me. I guess once they get your $$ you no longer matter. Terrible customer service, I do not even think they know what customer service is. Would not recommend them to anyone unless you like being treated like dirt.

My son had lost one of the teeny tiny screws from a pair of glasses he has. We didnt even purchase them here, so I felt a little bad asking them if they could replace the screw. They immediately helped, fixed it. I offered to pay, knowing Im not a client and that I free loaded. They wouldnt hear of it. I really appreciate their customer service, I cant imagine they treat their customers any less than I was, which was above and beyond.

It seemed the prescription was accurate but the transitional lenses were difficult to use. When I asked to change them to single lens glasses the office help showed displeasure in my decision and did not show any concern over the cost to which I paid for the original glasses. Im sure the single vision lenses must have been cheaper but there was no money reimbursed. The original glasses arrived within a week but after I had them re-done delivery was more than a week and a half later. Was this due to other reasons not warrantied? Sorry to say for the Optometrist (who was great) I would not recommend this office.

The first pair of glasses I got here were fine. When I went back for my next annual visit the glasses I received after my exam were not what I originally picked and were way too big for my face and constantly falling off. When I finally realized they did not match my receipt I took them back. I was told they were correct but the could bend them so they wouldnt fall off my face when originally I was told they couldnt do anything about it. I said they still werent what I ordered. I picked out new glasses again and wrong again. My husband said they were not the correct frames either and the manager argued that they were and that she was giving us excellent customer service. Now I have no glasses and they wont refund me my money.

Love this location. Not a fan of Nationwide this is the only office of this branch I will go to. Been coming here for 5 years and its always a great experience. Love the staff and Dr. Koop is always great!

Well, they had me have an exam for contacts, I wanted colors, but I was never asked so I just had a trial pair for a month. Then, they gave me the script and it was brand specific. Trying to get resolved but so far, called last Friday, said they would need to speak with the docrtor first and would give me a call Monday. Today, several days later I called to follow up, they seemed confused, placed me on a several mintue hold and then hung up on me without calling me back - and they have no excuse, they confirmed my number right before placing me on hold. Avoid these people!
