This location needs to train their employees because they refused to accept a package that was wrapped in a mailer. The purpose of a mailer is to Mail things. It protects the interior contents from being damaged. Why this is even an issue is beyond my understanding. Management needs to clarify with their employees what basic shipping supplies looks like and they need to improve customer service.

I always get great service at this store. In particular, staff member Veronica or Victoria (sorry dont remember for sure) always offers assistance with printer/scanners etc. She also educates you so you can improve your proficiency on the machines.

Very quick and easy experience. I went in to mail a package with a prepaid label, I was assisted within 5 minutes and the rep explained the proper box that I needed, he packaged and taped the box for me and gave me a receipt for the tracking.

I came to the store to print a document which is 10MB in size.they charged me about $0.39 per minute for the internet usage and provided an extremely slow internet connection.It took nine minutes for me to download the document.Im not sure if the speed of internet was slow by design.I would definitely not recommend this store for printing documents.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The young kid who tried to help me saw that the side of my box had a sticker on it I was repurposing the box so he would not take it. I told him that I would gladly remove the sticker open the box and show him the contents in that nothing in there was hazardous. Her refuse to look at it refuse to do anything told me he would not accept it under any circumstances. This kind of ignorance cannot be tolerated. If you cant repurpose a box what are you supposed to do. I think this place needs better training The manager has done a poor job training this person.

I had some lamination done for a recipe book I was putting together. When I went to pick it up, Lee was very helpful. I spoke to him about the recipe book I was putting together; that I was trying to get it to fit in a three hole binder. He offered to cut the edges off all around the four sides of the lamination to fit better in the binder-which he did. I went home and hole punched it myself and put it in a binder and discovered that the top stuck out a little bit. I figured that, because Lee was so helpful that I could just go back and they would be willing to cut some lamination off for me so that the pages will fit better in my binder. When I went back, Veronica was very unhelpful. She wanted to charge me $53.00 to manually cut all the edges of my laminated pages. She refused to use the same machine that Lee had originally used when I initially went in to pick up my pages. She kept saying I wouldnt recommend it and just stared at me. Very poor customer service to say the least. I hadnt realized the review score was so low at this location. I know first hand why it is so low. I wont be coming back to this location.

My company has a fed ex account but every month I have an international customer that I could use the assistance for the fed ex personnel at this location but they are all VERY UNhelpful and VERY UNfriendly. If you get VICTORIA, forget it, that lady will do anything to get out of assisting you, use the same excuses from previous attempts to get her to assist me. She does not know what she is going. I asked for the manager, Tony Valesquez and he must have been doing some serious work in his office because he did not bother to come to the service desk when requested. Customer Service is terrible at this location. I will be driving further to go to UPS from now on. Every month its a different story, different paperwork needed, different by pass codes. I know more working with the different associates than they do but they only know what they know.

Friendly service. Victoria in particular was very helpful with the copying machine.

This Fed Ex location is AMAZING!!! Monique the manager made my visit very easy and efficient when I went in to ship DTV boxes. I’ve been dreading it, but I was welcome by Monique with a great greeting and smile! Even though she had her mask on practicing safe and healthy social distancing, I could hear the smile when she spoke with a great attitude!!! All other employee ya were polite and very helpful to others around me! Thank you Monique and the FedEx location on Bell and 85th Ave!!!

This location is one the worst fedex location. I came in try to ship a binoculars. There was an old ammo sticker on the box. Employee name Rhonda asked me what is it inside the box. I told her its Binoculars. She refused to ship the box due to the old ammo sticker. She insisted I have to buy their box and pay the handling as well. I told her I am gonna take the box home and take the sticker out. I came back and Rhonda still refused to ship the box. She said since she saw the sticker on the box She can not ship it without a new box. Is this for real? Is it Fedex policies or these employees making stuff up? FedEx def. off my book. Stay away from FedEx

Its was busy and I did wait nothing to bad, I got my package check and sent off in good time. Price was reasonable for the size of package I needed to send of. Over all I am satisfied with this location

Absolutely no reason I should have had to wait 20 minutes to pick up something that was already paid for just to have an employee turn around and help the person BEHIND me!! I never did get what I paid for!!

Great employees at this location. Total can-do attitude. I ship fragile large items constantly, and they are so accommodating. Shipping international? They make it easy at this location.

I had a great experience here printing programs for a memorial service. Customer service was excellent and I was pleased with the price I paid as well. I believe the person who helped me was named Stephen. I am very grateful for his help.

I have put this off for at least a year now. Sorry to say but every time I go in to either ship something or pick something up, I have to wait. Im a patient and fair person, however, on numerous times I see a couple of other employees standing there either at the computer or just at the center island (not sure what they are doing). Come to find out they are cross trained and can help but wait about 10 minutes before they come to the aid of the only person that is taking care of the customers in line. Im a business owner and know the value of good customer service, It just isnt a priority here. Im sure it comes down to management, as I see very little. One suggestion to speed up the line would be to have one specifically for pickups only. I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to pick up a package. Once I got to the counter it really only took about 1 minute. Like I said, Ive been hoping the service would get better for over a year. They need to hear this and hopefully will make some improvements in their system.

Always friendly. Had scanning of 500+ pages to thumb drive. Fast and accurate. Have used this place several times and will continue to do so.

My printer at home was acting a way, so I needed to get some major paperwork done here the other day. One of the employees, Victoria, was extremely helpful without ever having to ask her for anything because she continously checked up on my work progress and was beyond knowledgable on everything I was working on!I cannot say enough on how much I appreciate how kind and approachable she was!

Customer service: only one employee was working but he was somewhat quick and very polite and helpful. Most of the services were self-serve so if we had any questions, he was informative.Products/Services: array of shipping products, cards and candy. Very expensive. Id recommend buying your items to ship before going. Some services include shipping, printing, copying and faxing. Again, very expensive. To fax, its $2/sheet!Accessiblity: stroller and wheelchair accessible, no bathrooms, tons of room to maniuver where you need to.Environment: family friendly, clean, suitable for all agesGood place for office supplies of but definitely one of the more expensive places.

Excellent service on a Saturday at 1:45PM. Dropped off a pkg for FedEx return. 4 people working. Wait was less then 2 minutes.

I needed to get something notarized and then mailed. I call and ask if they can do this for me. They say yes. I pull up and they tell me they dont notarize... for wasting my time you get 1 star.

Worst FedEx I have been to. Most everyone but especially the assistant manager were unfriendly. How can u work in the service industry where u have to interact with people. They made me feel like I was bothering them. No smiles no Hi, how can i help u, just plain grumps. I paid for a package to be shipped overnight from this Peoria location to a physician office in Chandler by 10:30 the next day. It never made it. So I will never be back! There are plenty of offices that dont act like they want your business.

Wow! This employee (who will remain nameless...) really is a clock watcher! We were one of the last customers to leave, and for some reason a copier was giving us technical problems. Wouldnt refund us for copy mistakes which were obviously the copier technical issue saying belligerently, I would never refund a customer for mistakes like this, and I will never refund you!. He literally threw us out of the store before close. We had a customer service professional with us who was shocked by the treatment we received. Last time well EVER come here.

Very rude customer service, simply needed a piece of cardstock paper and yet they tend to other people in the store who are obviously not waiting in line. Decency is equal to a kindergarten. Update was helped after almost 20mins just standing in line looking a fool as others where blantenly being helping and being forced to cut me In line. Then to top it lady tries to charge me 1.30 for a single print when I legit paid .33 cents just the other day for the same page. She at least refunded me after I called her out.

What a bunch of jerks! I had a question if they were able to print table tents, since I had a template, and the guy SHANE (Calling you out bud), said, well it is printing on paper, so yes I guess we do. Well Shane, thanks for your condescending attitude and horrible service, and helping to know NOT TO GO TO YOUR STORE for service. Customer service starts at the first interaction with a customer... on phone, web or face-to-face. Good luck with that attitude moving forward.

This location is a SCAM. If you want to return a packaged the same way it was sent to you and have printed a free return label from Newegg they will not accept it. They want to charge you for repackaging. No other location does this. I will never buy anything that is shipped through Fedex again. Because of them I had to miss my reserved tickets and have to call and refund them. I was not willing to leave my $600 package in my vehicle because Fedex wanted to SCAM me.

I have come here before to get copies made etc and never had any issues until today ! What a horrible experience!

Terrible customer service, they act like theyre doing you a favor by waiting on you and taking your money.

Place is terrible, Tried to tell me i couldnt ship my monitor. So i go to a different one and ship it with no questions asked. The lady working the counter was just extremely lazy and didnt want to work. and was the most arrogant person i have ever dealt with. Will never go to again. and i highly advise you not to go to this location.

Terrible, employees have no experience whatsoever! We spent almost 2 hours in here and received little to no assistance.

Bad experience today. I ordered my print job online, and went in to retrieve it the next day. The associate had to look for my prints, and the print job was not done correctly and it had a stamp that read quality checked. The associate had to reprint my order again while I was there, and there were still errors.

Customer service is a bit lacking. Everything takes longer than it should to get things done here. This isnt my first choice for shipping/postage needs but itll do in a pinch.
