Super nice people there who always greet me when I go in to get my mail and shipments. Glad I chose this location over others. 5 stars for my UPS Store!
We’ve had a box here for 3 years primarily for packages. Occasionally glitches happen but overall the staff have been very helpful. We get email notice when packages arrive. I don’t really understand why some people expect free boxes or tape or free packing services. These places operate on a very small profit and have to charge for the products and services. It’s a business not a charity. They have met our expectations for 3 years quite well.
This used to be an amazing location. I was super happy and always had a great experience. Now I’m always angry. They close whenever they want to, change hours, etc without communication to their customers and just make having a box at their location difficult. I will sadly be moving my box away from here as soon as I can get in at the other closet location.
I have been here several times. That says a lot. I am always in and out very quickly. The staff is very helpful and professional. Any questions I have they can answer or find out for me. They also have USPS drop off and pick up. They have P.O. boxes. Very convenient. They have a lot of product to help with your shopping needs.😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣❤🇺🇸
They are not even willing to help they should close the store if they don’t know how to manage business

It’s my second time doing business here at this location, and it’s my last time!! The person on the register did not offer me a little box for my .10lb return. He was trying to sell me a $5 box instate of offering me $1.99 envelope . Not coming back again to this location!
I decided to open a box here at this location 20403 because it is closer to me than my UPS store in Surprise 15508 that treated me like a first class customer. This store did not even notify me my package was delivered 2 days ago. I told them before I open a mailbox that I do receive lots of packages that is why I got the biggest box I could get and if they could just place my package if it fits because I work and go to school during the day and usually pick up my package later that night and me signing what slip for me. They cant be relied on to do a simple job.
I would have given this business a five star rating but the two women who work there did not wear masks. They were very nice and helpful but need to wear b masks to help people feel safe.
Disappointed today that only one employee had a mask on. 1 other employee had a mask hanging on one ear and the other 2 employees had nothing. This was at 11:30 am. Please wear masks for your own safety as well as the public. Service from the employee with the mask was very good. Luckily I had my own mask.
Attitude Matters....This is the closest UPS store to my house; however, I drive over to the one at Happy Valley Rd and Lake Pleasant Pkwy because the people who work here have been rude in the past. A few days ago I went here to return a package and the lady said (very rudely) Im going to charge you $1 to tape up the box. Charging $1 for five cents worth of tape is one thing, but she was so rude about it I left. It would have been worth $1 not to have the inconvenience of taking the box to the other location, but I hated her attitude so much I did not want to do business with her.
This is the worst UPS Store around. I dont recommend this location. Worst customer service imaginable. They are also not wearing masks. They do not care about their customers. Go to the one on Happy Valley.
We have done many shipments here sometimes here once a week... today was the first time the lady, I believe the owner informed us it was $2 for her to scan our email for shipping return. We have never had this before. Im sorry youd rather me print at home and waste paper so I can scan it an do the same thing.... not to mention she was beyond rude and just lost a very loyal customer
Very rude Asian lady. ( sorry but I didnt get her name). I was returning about 6 shoes ( amazon) and I asked her to go slower because I need time to look at the return invoice and find the shoes. She panicked because the line was getting long. So she sacrificed my business to accommodate others. InThe process she only credited me for 5 shoes instead of 6. Luvkily I was still nearby
Ive had a mailbox here for almost 3 years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I always get a call when packages come in. Im a truck driver and sometimes on the road for 6-8 weeks at a time. Theyve never had any problems with holding my mail and packages until I get back to get them. Very satisfied. Thanks!
They always want to charge you for something even the Amazon free returns. There’s an Asian lady there that’s so rude. Been here a few times because it’s close, never again I’ll drive out of the way.
The customer service here is superb. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, from shipping to calling me when I receive packages. Thank you for everything!
This has the RUDEST STAFF AND OWNER I have ever encountered. I WILL NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS STORE AGAIN. POOR SERVICE, POOR ATTITUDE, DIRTY CARPETS. I go out of my way to work with the store located North.I live in Fletcher Heights so this location is very easy for me and my business needs. Three months ago my wife was starting a business. We went inside this store to ask about opening a mailbox. Given their prices are more but you expect to receive notifications when packages arrive and it is closer to the home than USPS. I was asking the staff member who seemed clueless what happens if this store shuts down...does USPS transfer the mail, etc. Innocent and fair question. From the back a red faced owner comes out yelling and saying he does not need me spreading rumors and I have no right to assume that. I was floored. If it had been me, I would have WALKED OUT. Real customer service issues.So my wife went ahead with a three month service. During that time, instead of Texting or calling to say we had received packages. Our health insurance was cancelled because we were never notified. When my wife asked, the owner was rude and demeaning.The place has wrinkled carpets and is dirty. UPS NEEDS TO THINK ABOUT THE REP THEY ARE GETTING THRU THIS FRANCHISE OWNER. They are hurting the rep of the one in NORTH LAKE PLEASANT. RUN, HIDE. Not worth being treated like DIRT. HORRIBLE.
A pleasant experience at this particular UPS Store it wasnt busy around 2:30 on Saturday, theyre was a trainee and because she was a little slower with handling my iteams but I didnt mind because I wasnt in a hurry. My experience was pleasant my only complaint was the high cost to ship my 1lb iteam was 11$. But that isnt store policy thats just company policy, ups isnt cheap. The employees treated me kindly and i appreciated that.
