Been here twice and expectations have been met for sure each time! The second time coming in the young lady whom does the notary remembered me after a few months from being in. Customer service from each employee there was excellent. Keep up the great work!

No option for zero stars. This store is absolutely filthy! The front windows and doors are so dirty you cannot see inside. Inside it smells like wet dog and B.O. The girl was rude and kept talking to another customer over the questions I asked her. I asked for my package back and walked out. Wont be going back to this store.
Wow! Really the worst UPS experience I’ve ever had. I felt like I was inconveniencing the employee with my business. There was one guy working who seemed to have at least some customer service skills and was friendly, but that’s not who helped me. The person helping me barely said a word, and seemed more interested in taking his personal phone calls. Very weird customer experience. Chose a different location if possible.Do better at hiring people with customer service experience, or at the very least, people who want to work with the public UPS!
Very rude, slow and doesn’t speak to customer. No “can I help you or thank you”. Don’t patronize this office if you want a satisfactory experience. Terrible business practices. Does not adhere to posted hours and doesnt answer phone and if so it is a recorded message that the mail box is full. This staff is so rude and slow. They go at their pace, do not ever go here u less you plan on waiting forever. No sense of urgency and they make you feel like you are bothering them by entering the store. I will not go back.
Came on a Sunday and no one is here. Currently 11am and it says it should be open but guess what... Its not. You need to change the time if you dont even bother showing up so I dont waste any more gas or time trying to use your services.
Avoid this location at all costs, it will cost you more time, money and headache than you can imagine. Theyve lost 2 of my packages, both of which I never got reimbursed, and one that had extremely sensitive and difficult to replace documents, on top of that theyre rude and show no effort in finding solutions. We sent a legal document to mexico (next day) and they charged us $86. The guy behind the counter then put it through as a standard delivery which would of cost $2.82.when we called up about the mistake the woman on the phone got the manager Tanya who started making up numbers and and had a terrible attitude and refused. We are now starting legal action against this store. Avoid using this location they are scammers.
Someone at the store has either stolen a package or completely lost it. I went in on 26 March to return a phone to Verizon and handed the package to the gentleman by the counter. He simply told me that “I got it” and gave me no receipt or confirmation of getting the package. Now, a month later, Verizon is stating that they have never gotten the device. When I attempted to contact the store, I was told there was nothing they could do. Apparently security cameras do not work and the customer is not actually their priority.
Please do not ignore reviews about lost/ stolen phones. I did not see reviews until this happened to me. Realized I had not been reimbursed for a phone returned through this location. Called and was told it was sent to the Goodyear warehouse. When I called UPS directly, they couldnt see this information or that it ever left the store.
I went to this UPS store once before and the owner herself was rude, no customer service at all. I never went back until a few months past and I needed some papers faxed ASAP. I dealt with 2 incompetent employees, and then complained to the owner and she was just as rude and no customer service skills at all. She never apologized for the incompetence of her employees, and she was rude as usual. Will Never go to this UPS again. Not Worth the aggravation, Rude, incompetent, and need training on treating paying customers with respect, not bad attitudes.
Do not bother to use this UPS store. They did not explain to me that since the item I wanted to send was going to a P.O. box they had send it through the Post Office since they would not deliver to a P.O. box. I was stunned by the $44.39 charge but needed to get the item delivered so I paid it. I did not pay attention to the address that the employee put on the form. It was not the correct address so the important document was returned to me. My wife went to see what they would do. NOTHING... Do not use them.

Several reviews of phones being shipped here then not arriving to destination.. fishy. Well my experience is that they lost my Amazon return. Never showed up to the warehouse. It was a literally useless item and had $0 value (damaged beyond any possible use) so I imagine it was simply irresponsibility rather than theft. Call and call with no answer and voicemail full. Location appears unkept in many ways. I avoid this location whenever possible, even if I have to go out of my way to do so. Unfortunately, this is not even the worst UPS location I’ve been to but it’s still bad enough for me to dread when I do have to go there.. Please get it together UPS.

Although the staff is friendly it seems as though they can care less about there job. I have walked into the store with an employees kids running around and was helped by an employee while she was holding her baby. Also, my Amazon returns have yet to be delivered to Amazon after over a month of dropping it at UPS.

If you want the most minimal amount of customer service, this is the place to go. Every question Ive ever asked the employees is met by an I dont know answer. They dont even bother to find out the information for you unless you specifically ask. Also, when you try calling, the mailbox is almost always full. Seriously, if youre looking for subpar service, this is the UPS store to go to.
The gentleman that works there is very quiet and doesnt communicate clearly with customers. I asked for a letter to be mailed priority mail. Since they are legal documents. I paid the balance and he put my letter in a Express envelope instead. Which costs more and made it so it didnt get delivered. 6 phone calls later I find out its because he placed it in the wrong envelope. So I owe an additional $18. There was a line behind me so he just pushed my letter a side and did not process it properly. The customer service is really lacking. The vibe I get immediately when he answers the phone and in person is he doesnt like his job. Wont be going here again. Not the first issue with this location.Update. Decided to give this place another chance. And they are the worst. They lost very important documents. First of all they sent them as media mail which was incorrect. I had to go in a second time. They tried to charge me again. And the lady couldnt figure out how to print the correct label. I stood there for 25 min. And now a month later the envelope is lost and they are rude and un helpful. Do not go here for anything important the whole family is incompetent and rude.
Very disappointed with this UPS store. I made an appointment on line for notary service and also went into store in person, a few days ahead, to confirm they would have a notary available. I was assured they always have a notary on staff during business hours. On the day and time of appointment we were told a notary would not be in till two hours later. Phone calls to this store always go to answering machine and calls are not returned.
Poor customer service. We have tried to get a mailbox service 2 times in 2 weeks. The same guy works but cant set up a mail box. He tells us only 1 person can do that amd only.works mon thru sat and starts at 11.What kind of service is that?Maybe you should train all employees how to rent out boxes.We have been in on a weekday and on a Sunday.

I had to get a document notorized they were very busy but managed to get my paperwork notorized and handle multiple customers and very patient as one gentleman was called up to counter and he was on a phone call the gentleman working was so patient with this customer and kept it moving I was very impressed with them
Terrible customer service. Charged me 3$ for a single printed sheet of paper. Receipt said desktop use which took him less than a minute to actually use. Waited for 5 minutes for him to play on his personal phone to say re-email it. Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else.

I usually have a fantastic experience at UPS stores. Quick drop offs, no problems. This store, however, has employees that provide such poor customer service.Also, this store charges for every single thing. They do not have the ability to print labels. Rather, they charge customers to use the computer, the time usage, per pages printed, $1 per box taped, and tax.I waited 10 minutes to speak with the manager, Tanya. I kindly explained my experience at other stores where I am not charged to print pre-paid labels or for tape, etc. She immediately responded with such attitude and a loud tone of voice. I asked her politely not to raise her voice or to speak to me that way. Offended, she demanded the phone number to the other store I go to so she could prove such charges to me. During this time I had the label pulled up on my phone. After I was not able to immediately give her the other stores number, she grabbed my phone out of my hand and started scanning it, to again prove to me that she cannot print it. That took me by surprise and at that moment, I was done.Apparently, this is a franchise store and their supplies are low. Thus, they feel the need to charge customers. Im not sure what their special-store tax rate is but they were going to charge me $1.90 for a single strip of tape for 1 box.I drove quite a distance to get to this store. Rather than deal with this poor service, I took my packages elsewhere. There should be no need to explain myself or for Tanya to attempt to prove me wrong.I wish I would have read the reviews prior. Will not return. Do not recommend.

The staff that works here are completely miserable and it shows in their interactions with customers. If you’re unhappy, work somewhere else and make room for someone else who would appreciate having a job. That has been my experience in the last 5 visits. If there was another location as close I would go to a new location. But it’s not worth it for 5 minutes of unpleasant customer experience. Not a good impression for such a large chain. Note, this is only reflective of 2 employees there. The others are great. Any others who frequent this location would probably know who I’m referring to and could share the same sentiment.
We did the online printing for a school report and went in to pick it up. The staff there had no idea what we were taking about and wasn’t interested in me giving him the order number. He walked away to a computer. My son even asked me if that meant someone else was going to help us. The man didn’t communicate what he was doing and neither of us were sure. He came back a bit later and told me I could email it to him and pointed and said “other end of the counter.” Not knowing what that meant but realizing it was the most communication I was going to get I went to the counter and saw an email address taped to it. I emailed the report and asked to be notified when it was printed (I don’t want to make multiple trips when it should have been complete the first time I went in). I still have not heard back and it has been a week. I had to get it printed elsewhere since we obviously needed it by a certain date.
I used this location to overnight two cell phones. Bradley charged me $2 for a bubble mailer and I left him with the phones sealed in the mailer.. and what do you know... the iphone went missing from the package and the other phone was repackaged in a UPS mailer. He was the only employee there and the only person to see what was going into the mailer. I am filing a police report, but since they are all family and friends working together, nothing will ever happen. Bradley.. the phone will never work, it was reported stolen, bro. Maybe use it as an alarm clock or something, cause you wont be using it as a phone.
This store is not professional at all! They threatened to call the cops on a friend of mine to get her to pay for a fax that did not go thru!They were not social distancing nor were they wearing masks. They push people to be side by side at the register. My friend told the she would wait her turn as she wanted to keep the distance! She was made to feel horrible!During this time we see people’s true colors. Many people are wonderful and kind and those are the people who will get my ups business!!I like the store off 99th and Bell. At least you can go there without being insulted and feeling accosted! Shame Shame!!!!

I consider Ron and Tunisha friends of mine. They are always looking to help customers save as much money as possible and go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of. I used to go to any FedEx or UPS, but now I only come here. I have seen some of the negative reviews on here and I have to say that this place has some of the best employees I have met anywhere; that is not an exaggeration.
Super friendly, fast and Convenient. The employee even gave me a free stamp. While it might only be $.47 it was the thoughtfulness that made all the difference. Spread the kindness .

This is a great place. I mail packages daily and receive very friendly and polite service from all of the employees. I have had nothing but positive experiences there. I would highly recommend this place!

Ive been using their copy & the mail services quite a bit recently for my upcoming wedding. The staff have been so helpful to me with everything that Ive needed. Theyve even been patient with me while I analyze everything and try not to be TOO much of a bridezilla! The whole staff feels so welcoming and treat you like family while still remaining a great level of professionalism. It truly feels as though I get the best quality of service and wish all postal centers were like this! Maybe I wouldnt mind going to the post office then. Ron ESPECIALLY has been amazing and let me take my time in the store and ask questions as much as I wanted. As long as they remain the staff/ owners, I plan to go to this location for anything I need-- even though it is technically out of my way!
Never have been to a ups store until today, needed to ship a few items. Walked in and said hi and said I need to send a few packages, well the lady at the counter Tanya was sooo rude looked at me and said with such a big attitude “over here” and rolled her eyes. She proceeded to help me with such an attitude until the very end she decided to be nice? Won’t come back to this UPS store ever again. I wish my husband was with me to say something to her I’m too nice of a person and it looks like I’m not the only one that has had this problem with this same person.
My first experience was having a black and white piece of paper printed on 8 1/2 x 11 white plain paper for $3.11. I left feeling completely taking advantage of. Never again!
If I could give no stars I would. We got a notice on our front door from UPS that we had a package to pick up at this UPS store. My husband took the notice to the store to pick up the package, but the owner, Tanya Burston, would not release the package to him because my name was on it, not his. This is NOT UPS policy. We have the same last name and the same address, so according to UPS policy, he should have been able to pick up the package. But Tanya acted like we had some kind of scam going, because she called me using my husbands cell phone and proceeded to grill me about whether or not I was expecting a package - like why does THAT matter? She wouldnt let me talk to my husband without putting the phone on speaker - ya know, cause we must be in a conspiracy trying to pick up this package that I may or may not be expecting with our mutual last name and address on it! Finally she got around to telling me she needed my okay to let my husband pick up the package for me (how does it make sense that she would take an okay from someone over the phone versus someone standing in front of her with ID??!!). So I gave my okay and hung up. Then when my husband asked her why she had to make it so difficult, she refused to give him the package and said I had to come pick it up!!!!!! Beyond RUDE!!!!!!!!!!

Did an Amazon return on Wednesday January 13,21 and went to see why it hadn’t shipped yet. On their back counter is full of Amazon return. They told me it will probably ship by next Wednesday. That’s 2 weeks Ridiculous
Same problem with this store charging $1.09 for just taping the box. They don’t want to take Amazon return box if they not perfectly box and tape and printed label. Amazon clearly said no needed box and label to drop off.
Don’t say I haven’t warned you . I took an Iphone in here to be returned to the carrier . It’s missing, never left this establishment. Can you say STOLEN ! Can you say CROOKS ! Don’t believe me read the other reviews this isn’t the first phone or package to turn up missing/stolen. Will never go here again!
Called today and spoke with Ron. He was very professional and helpful in helping me locate a missing package. I read other reviews about this store and was apprehensive about calling. Ron put my apprehension to rest by how he handled the situation. I highly recommend this store for their customer service and professionalism.

I have walked out because of the wait (not talking holiday season) and had the person that could help me pack and ship original art to England not be there twice! I drop fully ready postage paid packages. Thats about it. And yes, the phone doesnt work, always full ... Including right now, July 9, 2019, when they are supposedly open.
The girl helping me was very slow and seemed confused most of the time. When I asked if they could mark my package fragile I got attitude from the other lady asking what is fragile about it, then squeezing my package and giving me a dirty look when I said it was cookies. They were designer cookies asking my friend to be my maid of honor so I did not aporeciate the attitude.

Horrible customer service and the lady that helped me was very rude! After I spelled every letter of the name of the person I was sending a very important over seas letter too I noticed that a number was in the last name instead of a letter and the first name was spelled wrong. I told the lady of these issues and her response was well doesnt she know her name? I paid 73.00 to mail a letter that a signature was required to be received and expect it to be correct. Will never return to this store. They shouldnt be in business!!
Was there before 8 a.m. this morning, which is what time they open according to the website and the sign on the door. No one was there at 8 a.m., no one is there at 8:10, no ones here at 8:15 so I finally left so I wasnt late to work. I called the store about 8:45 and they were finally open, but the woman would not tell me what time they actually open the store today or the reason why it wasnt open when I was there. Extremely unhelpful and when I was there there was a whole line of other people and everyone left before I did at 8:15. not even an apology, very unprofessional, dont waste your time here!

This UPS store is extremely quick turn around, Im always in and out without a issue. Awesome customer service, very friendly people there.
I went here on a Sunday around 1:50. Google Maps and Yelp shows the hours for Sunday are 10-3. No one answered the phone the 5 times I called. The store was locked up when I got there. I waited 30 minutes in case they were on lunch break or whatever. Many other people showed up and left upset. I had to drive an extra hour out of my way to get my package turned into another location since only 3 are open on Sunday in my 20 mile radius. This made me 2 hours late for work. Im never hard on people, but this type of thing is purely unacceptable.
Terrible store. Opens late quite frequently. Was there again this morning (1 NOV 2018) and they were late again. Eventually left. Last time I used a credit card there, someone else used my card number at the Frys shopping center 2 miles from the store. Filed a police report.
My mother-in-law is STILL dealing with a nightmare that originated in December due to the lack of attentional to detail and unprofessionalism of this location. Tanisha (the owners daughter) put the incorrect shipping address on a very important, time sensitive package and also failed to update the return address when it was provided to her causing undue stress and late charges. When my MIL went back to the store for help, the mother (owner) stated their hands were tied and that my MIL needed to reach out to the post office, taking no responsibility for the fact that her daughters carelessness was the origination of the issue. My MIL issued a complaint with the corporate for UPS Store franchise owners to rectify the situation, only to be called and harassed by Tanisha saying that “she was causing problems for her business” This is just the beginning of your problems.
Well, because of these bad reviews......I will keep looking!! I do not deal with unhappy people bringing personal & home mess to the job and treating customers that are supporting the business like its personal. Im new from out of state....Thanks for truth in reviews! More than 1 person say the same thing!! Sad!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. December 9th I waited 5 minutes to be helped when there were two employees just talking behind the counter. When someone finally did help me the man was rude and tried to charge me three times higher than I normally pay for a regular peice of mail. When I told him that was incorrect (I ship a LOT at other UPS locations) he told me to leave the store and that I should go to a different UPS store. Very rude and sarcastic. Do not visit this store. The UPS stores just north of here are much better and friendlier. Will be calling corporate location about this. Do NOT go to this store. Find another.
Black woman with braids helped me out and Ive never had an easier time shipping something out. There was quiet a few people there but she attended to multiple people at once and managed very professionally.
The lady at register was screaming at someone on a private phone call all the way from out side and was extremely mad hope she has a better day. I love this place !

This is by far the worst ups store in the city of Peoria. I believe the new owners are a Mother/Daughter team and they have horrible customer service and even worse communication skills. We dropped off a letter to be mailed overnight and it did not even leave the facility for 4 days! Trust the 1 star reviews and save yourself the headaches! Go anywhere else for your needs but here.
Nobody answers the phone, tried to mail something, was told they couldnt because the system was down, the person in front of me was able to, I asked where the next closest one was, I was told she didnt know. POOR customer service.

Poor customer service, there is a pregnant lady who works there and shouldnt be. There staff are complainers like all the time. Unprofessional and lazy people. They complain ALL THE TIME. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THEM DOING PHYSICAL WORK. THEY NEED TO HIRE MALE STAFF THAT CAN PHYSICALLY HELP CUSTOMERS.
