Gotta tell you. I’m a big fan of work ethic. I called This location and had a dropped call. When I called back there was no pick up. The minute the clock turned 5pm no one picked up. Whatever happen to going the extra mile. Not giving up on people but darn could have had a better experience.

So Im a usual at Sherwin Williams but in this case I was required to use a color pallete from DE and I gotta say... the service is terrible and very moody. They couldnt even mix the paint the same day which they had in stock and the manager Richard was also no help. I hope not all DEs are like this...yikes

Very kind, helpful lady works at this location. She helped me with paint colors for our home and she suggested a free exterior designer to assist with picking colors.

My visit was with Cynthia, the color specialist. I have been agonizing for quite some time over what colors to paint the exterior of my house (keeping in mind the HOA regulations). I was very impressed with Cynthias knowledge and helpfulness. Within an hour, I walked out of Dunn Edwards with a beautiful selection of colors. I cant wait to get started painting! My only regret is that I wasnt aware of this free (in store) service a long time ago.

Thought the color coordinator would be more helpful but left more confused about colors. She did computer renderings of paint colors on my house but said they dont really look like that. Felt like a waste of time.

Decent paying, not my favorite but does the job. I think Behr Ultra premium is a way better paint at home depot in my opinion

Very helpful, reasonably priced and I did not have to wait too long.

The store off of 95th and peoria does look like its closed down when you pull in off of peoria Im not going to lie. Mainly due to the parking lot on either side being dirt. But if you drive around to the back thats the main enterence to the store. Was in and out super quick, everythings got prices that are clearly marked. People were helpful and got me on my way. The paint was more than I usually pay but the quality is noticeably better. It feels like for every dip of the brish Im able to put up twice the amount of paint from what Im used to. Ill be getting more paint from them very soon.
