After a couple good experiences fixing screens I needed a phone and decided to buy one here. I was told I was getting a new phone because thats specifically what I asked for but homeboy tried to sell me a used iPhone as new. The box didnt match the description and when I confronted him now all of a sudden the phone was shipped to them like new. Needless to say I was really upset and left without buying anything. Hit or miss here.

I bought iPhone from there.After 2 months it’s broke.They told me leave iPhone in store for fixing.After 2 weeks and many calls and visits store they were smiling to my face and gave me another broken iPhone not my and told me that it’s my iphone and they don’t give me money back! They told me that it’s was water in iPhone. It was not true. I had problem only with charging. Sometimes charged battery sometimes not. They stolen my phone and gave me other broken iPhone. NEVER BUY cellphone from this store.

Horrible! First I was told would pay 100 if paid in person. First month was free. When I went to pay I was charged 140.00 now im trying to pay over phone n Im being told my bill is 284. Store opens at 11am. This is ridiculous. I switched over from metro. I have never paid more than 100

While waiting the customer service representative came over. There was an Africa American woman and myself waiting in line. The gentleman assumed that we were together. I had to call him out on it.This guy is selling cellphones and having this poor lady wait. All she wanted to do was PAY HER BILL, which takes 2 minutes. It takes 25 minutes or more to activate and sell a phone. What type of customer service is this. I guess the employee wants his commission more than clearing out the store and elevating lines. They only care about money no customer service skills! Avoid this store at all times.

Everytime i go here the place is full of complaining customers .I bought an iphone 8 plus from here and it got blocked a month later. I called tmobile and they said it was reported lost or stolen .Now im trying to go here everyday to return it but they are always closed .Will try again after the jewish holiday . beware before you buy .Make sure phone is not reported stolen.

Worst customer service ever.They take your money but if you have problem with your phone they will not give u ur money back. Most of ther phones have problems because all refurbished or fixed
