The best service in the area, Alvaro was very helpful and patience. Spend like 1,5h there but that was all pleasure !! Highly recommend if u have any issues with your phone ! Guys are doing great job

There should be more enthusiasm when a customer walks in wanting to buy a new phone, I’m sure they work on commission, so where is the enthusiasm? Do not even waste your time here, the representatives are rude and busy playing music on their phone.

Stay away from the young girl there ....not sure how she even works there when she doesnt know anything about tmobile products. She spoke confident as if she was 100 percent sure about what she was speaking about. Management needs to step up and train people correctly on customer service and how to speak to customers .If you dont like your job you shouldnt be there.

I went to this store for an upgrade on my sons phone. One of the employees did take care of me very well until the rebate. The phone was purchased in the end of July 2011 and a rebate only takes 6 to 8 weeks. I thought the store was good that I even took my mother there and she has not received her rebate either. I have gone to the store and called several times and keep getting the run around. We are now in January 2012 and still have not received the rebate. I rather deal with people that are responsible and not looking to make a quick buck. I will never go back to this store not even for a free phone. The sales rep Christian is slick saying he will mail out your rebate but probably kept it for himself. Then the manager just keeps passing the buck instead of taking responsibility for his employee. It only took the manager 2 weeks to finally step up for his employees errors.

Ive been a customer if simple mobile for a little over a year and have been to quite a few locations and none of them compare to this store. The employees are all very knowledgeable at what they do and their customer service has always been top notch.

I will never return to this Tmobile again. The sales representative lied straight to my face when I was purchasing an iphone 7. The representative told me that I am required to purchase the screen protector and the case in order to the purchase the phone. The next day I call the customer service line and find out that this is completely false, I am encouraged to purchase it not Obligated as the sales rep stated. I am disgusted with what transpired and how I was completely mislead. I do not recommend this Tmobile to anyone, a bunch of scammers !
