Had the WORST experience with this company. I was lied to on multiple occasions and when I tried to bring it to there attention all they did was connect me to different departments. I purchased a phone full price and they said they can’t unlock it until after a full year of service with them. I Was never told that. I tried returning it but they didn’t want to give me a return address. There customer service was rude and u didn’t understand one thing they say because there OWN CELLULAR CONNECTION THEY USE IS TERRIBLE. This is my first time ordering from this company and I will NEVER EVERRRRRR order from here again, and I promise to make it my life’s mission whenever I hear someone talking about going to total Wireless I will let It be known from the top of my lungs just how much TOTAL WIRELESS AND THERE EMPLOYEES SUCK!!!!
