I was in the store today and once again was impressed and grateful for such great patient and helpful service. Be went above and beyond helping to set up my switch from ATT cell to T-Mobile. Initially I went in and Ahmad helped me but I had to go home for some paperwork and came back and Ben spent a good 45 minutes helping me from that point on. It was extremely busy when I walked into the store, however I was still greeted by the representatives with a pleasant tone of voice. After seeing how busy they were and noting how late in the evening it was I decided that I would be better off to come back at another time. It was my choosing to do so because I knew that what I wanted to talk about was going to take some time to get taken care of and I wasnt sure if theyd have the time to do it before it was time to close so I decided to come back in at another time instead.

The Representative at this store never picks up the phone. I can call repeatedly 5 times and he will not pickup. I give it a while and call an hour later he still does not pick up. This guy is too comfortable doing what he wants in his store. Ive seen him not answer phone calls while Im In store with him. Another thing, You either need to have better customer service to get people In and out so you can tend your other customers or simply GET ANOTHER WORKER beside you since you cant handle it all by yourself. Im not sure how this store is still open. Im not one to put reviews but when I keep on getting bad customer service I have to voice my opinion. Ive been a customer since before this store was called Simple Mobile. The Employee and Entire store representative (BEN) needs to get it together.

Came here to get my cracked screen fixed and not only was it done in no time, it was done carefully and professionally for a great price. The store has a a great variety of phone accessories. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area. A smooth experience. Service was attentive and staff well informed. All my questions and product needs we handled in a clear manner with results that were more than satisfactory.

Great store with a lot of cool things to buy and the owner is nice, friendly and helpful. I found one of his postings on FB, a Blink camera and he give me a discount price on the unit and we set a time for pick up the next day and a lot of other people started asking about the same item and he told them someone is coming to pick it up. Because it’s a item in demand they offered him more money if he would sell it to them and he told them he already have a deal with this customer and if he don’t come then he will let them know but added he don’t do business that way. I got my Blink camera and it works great and I save a lot of money, new in box.

I only stopped by to check out the OnePlus 6t phone in person as there are no T-Mobile stores near where I live. I was greeted with a hello and a friendly smile as I entered the store. He showed me where the 6t was and we talked about phones for a bit. This was by far the best and most laid back phone store experience Ive had. I dont remember the employees name but he was working 03/30/19 around 7pm. (I think he deserves a raise) 👍

I came in to sign up for a prepaid plan, purchase a new phone and transfer my number from MetroPCS. Everything worked flawlessly, the representative (sorry I forgot his name a day later) was very professional and reasonable, helped me put my screen protector on and even waived the $10 activation/SIM fee since I was making a sizable purchase with accessories. Pretty awesome, and Im glad I made the switch.

Don’t get your phone unlocked here! It’s a scam! They have a Craiglist add claiming they could factory. unlock any iPhone any carrier for 50 dollars. It’s a big lie and a scam. The unlocks are bootleg and aren’t permanent. Don’t waste your time or money at the simple mobile solutions at smith street.

Came to this location because the customer service at the woodbridge Mall store is flat out awful. Nice, sizable store and I was greeted right away and let known my name was put on a short waiting list and someone would be with me soon. I came to get a new SIM card as I was bringing my own device to Simple mobile Prepaid and the one in my SIM kit was the wrong size. A new sim was activated for me at no charge and they made sure I was working before I walked out the door. The rep assisting me was also friendly and talkative, and treated me with respect even though i didnt come in to make a purchase.
